Spavao sam u šumi. Ne znam gdje su spavali ostali putnici, jer brod jednostavno nije došao. Nitko nam ništa ne govori. Čini se da je naš katamaran "Bišovo" u kvaru. Hodamo obezglavljeni po Malom Lošinju, ima ovdje i djece i stranaca... – opisivao je situaciju Benjamin Polak, koji je "zapeo", s ostalim putnicima, na Malom Lošinju jer njihova dvotrupca – nema.

Katamaran "Bišovo", u vlasništvu splitske kompanije "Catamaran Line", trebao je na redovitoj pruzi iz Malog Lošinja za Pulu isploviti u ponedjeljak u 19 sati.

– Stajali smo, nas dvadesetak, onako, s dosta prtljage, i čekali katamaran. Ni slutili nismo što nas čeka. Brod jednostavno nije došao. Ljudi su se pogledavali, djeca su bila nervozna, stranci gotovo u šoku.

Je li moguće da u eri interneta, iz tvrtke koja ima popis putnika, nitko nije našao način da nam dojavi da brod uopće neće doći?! I da moramo ostati u Malom Lošinju? Ja sam spavao u šumi, vjerujte, ne znam kako su se drugi snašli jer slobodnog i dostupnog smještaja baš i nema – kazao nam je Polak.

Tek nakon duljeg vremena na otočnom pristaništu pojavio se policijski brod, ustvrdio je naš sugovornik, te je policajac, naglasivši da im informaciju daje neslužbeno, kazao da je dvotrupac "Bišovo" u kvaru te da nije ni isplovio iz Pule prema Zadru. Katamaran, kojega su na Lošinju čekali u ponedjeljak navečer, uopće nije ni bio u Zadru, odakle je trebao krenuti prema Puli, nego je u najvećoj istarskoj luci bio privezan zbog kvara.

Riječ je o dvotrupcu koji plovi na liniji Zadar – Silba – Mali Lošinj – Susak –Unije – Pula i u suprotnom smjeru.

– Bio sam šokiran. Brod koji smo čekali iz Zadra nije ni krenuo iz Pule. No više sam bio šokiran indolentnošću i ignorancijom tvrtke koja nije našla načina da ljude o tome obavijesti. I mi smo turistička zemlja? – ogorčen je Puljanin, koji je tek sinoć mogao "uloviti" željenu prugu.

– "Catamaran Line" ima koncesiju za ovu liniju i subvencionirani su od države. Znači, ovo je redovna linija, ako je brod u kvaru, logično je da se šalje drugi. Obratio sam se i Agenciji za obalni linijski pomorski promet, zvao sam i kompaniju u Split, gdje su mi rekli da je obavijest objavljena na internetskoj stranici Hrvatskog autokluba. Pa tamo je samo pisalo da je "katamaranska linija Pula – Zadar – Pula u prekidu". Što to meni znači, kao i svim putnicima od Zadra do Pule? Gdje je drugi katamaran? Gdje je odgovornost? – kazao je ogorčeni Polak.

Što se točno dogodilo s "Bišovom" i zbog čega dvotrupac nije doplovio u Mali Lošinj, pitali smo Igora Lučića iz tvrtke "Catamaran Line".

– Katamaran je isplovio iz Pule i ostao u kvaru. Riječ je o problemu na visokotlačnoj pumpi goriva jednog od pogonskih strojeva. Nije riječ o kardinalnom kvaru, ali nismo mogli prijeći toliko veliku relaciju, odnosno cijeli put do Zadra. Odmah po saznanju problema smo putem službenih kanala te naše internetske i Facebook stranice objavili kako katamaran ne može isploviti po plovidbenom redu. Obavijestili smo i ostale agencije koje prodaju karte za ovu liniju kako bi znale to prenijeti putnicima – kazao je Lučić.

Na naš upit zbog čega nije aktiviran zamjenski dvotrupac, naš sugovornik je istaknuo kako se "to ne može organizirati isti dan".
– Zamjenski brod se teoretski ne može osigurati isti dan jer su ti brodovi na drugim zadacima. Zamjenski brod se treba osigurati za iduću plovidbu, a ne za isti dan. Mi smo u najkraćem roku obavijestili Agenciju za obalni linijski pomorski promet, kako bi osigurali zamjenski brod koji je u srijedu isplovio po plovidbenom redu.

Što se tiče povrata novca ili dodatnih troškova koje su putnici imali, mi ćemo stati iza toga i to nije sporno ni upitno. Naša agencija će snositi sve troškove. Već nas je kontaktiralo nekoliko putnika koji su "Bišovom" trebali u ponedjeljak otputovati iz Malog Lošinja te su dobili povrat novca za sve, bez ikakvih problema. Još jednom želim istaknuti da nam je žao što se ovo dogodilo – zaključio je predstavnik tvrtke "Catamaran Line".

Spavao sam u šumi. Ne znam gdje su spavali ostali putnici, jer brod jednostavno nije došao. Nitko nam ništa ne govori. Čini se da je naš katamaran "Bišovo" u kvaru. Hodamo obezglavljeni po Malom Lošinju, ima ovdje i djece i stranaca... – opisivao je situaciju Benjamin Polak, koji je "zapeo", s ostalim putnicima, na Malom Lošinju jer njihova dvotrupca – nema.

Katamaran "Bišovo", u vlasništvu splitske kompanije "Catamaran Line", trebao je na redovitoj pruzi iz Malog Lošinja za Pulu isploviti u ponedjeljak u 19 sati.

– Stajali smo, nas dvadesetak, onako, s dosta prtljage, i čekali katamaran. Ni slutili nismo što nas čeka. Brod jednostavno nije došao. Ljudi su se pogledavali, djeca su bila nervozna, stranci gotovo u šoku.

Je li moguće da u eri interneta, iz tvrtke koja ima popis putnika, nitko nije našao način da nam dojavi da brod uopće neće doći?! I da moramo ostati u Malom Lošinju? Ja sam spavao u šumi, vjerujte, ne znam kako su se drugi snašli jer slobodnog i dostupnog smještaja baš i nema – kazao nam je Polak.

Tek nakon duljeg vremena na otočnom pristaništu pojavio se policijski brod, ustvrdio je naš sugovornik, te je policajac, naglasivši da im informaciju daje neslužbeno, kazao da je dvotrupac "Bišovo" u kvaru te da nije ni isplovio iz Pule prema Zadru. Katamaran, kojega su na Lošinju čekali u ponedjeljak navečer, uopće nije ni bio u Zadru, odakle je trebao krenuti prema Puli, nego je u najvećoj istarskoj luci bio privezan zbog kvara.

Riječ je o dvotrupcu koji plovi na liniji Zadar – Silba – Mali Lošinj – Susak –Unije – Pula i u suprotnom smjeru.

– Bio sam šokiran. Brod koji smo čekali iz Zadra nije ni krenuo iz Pule. No više sam bio šokiran indolentnošću i ignorancijom tvrtke koja nije našla načina da ljude o tome obavijesti. I mi smo turistička zemlja? – ogorčen je Puljanin, koji je tek sinoć mogao "uloviti" željenu prugu.

– "Catamaran Line" ima koncesiju za ovu liniju i subvencionirani su od države. Znači, ovo je redovna linija, ako je brod u kvaru, logično je da se šalje drugi. Obratio sam se i Agenciji za obalni linijski pomorski promet, zvao sam i kompaniju u Split, gdje su mi rekli da je obavijest objavljena na internetskoj stranici Hrvatskog autokluba. Pa tamo je samo pisalo da je "katamaranska linija Pula – Zadar – Pula u prekidu". Što to meni znači, kao i svim putnicima od Zadra do Pule? Gdje je drugi katamaran? Gdje je odgovornost? – kazao je ogorčeni Polak.

Što se točno dogodilo s "Bišovom" i zbog čega dvotrupac nije doplovio u Mali Lošinj, pitali smo Igora Lučića iz tvrtke "Catamaran Line".

– Katamaran je isplovio iz Pule i ostao u kvaru. Riječ je o problemu na visokotlačnoj pumpi goriva jednog od pogonskih strojeva. Nije riječ o kardinalnom kvaru, ali nismo mogli prijeći toliko veliku relaciju, odnosno cijeli put do Zadra. Odmah po saznanju problema smo putem službenih kanala te naše internetske i Facebook stranice objavili kako katamaran ne može isploviti po plovidbenom redu. Obavijestili smo i ostale agencije koje prodaju karte za ovu liniju kako bi znale to prenijeti putnicima – kazao je Lučić.

Na naš upit zbog čega nije aktiviran zamjenski dvotrupac, naš sugovornik je istaknuo kako se "to ne može organizirati isti dan".
– Zamjenski brod se teoretski ne može osigurati isti dan jer su ti brodovi na drugim zadacima. Zamjenski brod se treba osigurati za iduću plovidbu, a ne za isti dan. Mi smo u najkraćem roku obavijestili Agenciju za obalni linijski pomorski promet, kako bi osigurali zamjenski brod koji je u srijedu isplovio po plovidbenom redu.

Što se tiče povrata novca ili dodatnih troškova koje su putnici imali, mi ćemo stati iza toga i to nije sporno ni upitno. Naša agencija će snositi sve troškove. Već nas je kontaktiralo nekoliko putnika koji su "Bišovom" trebali u ponedjeljak otputovati iz Malog Lošinja te su dobili povrat novca za sve, bez ikakvih problema. Još jednom želim istaknuti da nam je žao što se ovo dogodilo – zaključio je predstavnik tvrtke "Catamaran Line".
