Pulmolog Saša Srića gostovao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije gdje je govorio o epidemiološkoj situaciji u Hrvatskoj. Zbog porasta broja novozaraženih, Srića smatra da treba uvesti lockdown.

Srića ponovno pomaže liječnicima u KB Dubrava te navodi da je situacija u toj covid bolnici teška. Ističe da postoji mogućnost da se ponovi situacija iz prosinca kada je zdravstveni sustav bio pod pritiskom.

“Već se sada sustav bukira, dolaze pacijenti, jedino što je sad razlika to što su pacijenti mlađi i što je mogućnost oporavka veća. Međutim, ne zaboravimo da je situacija teška, da pacijenti vrlo brzo razvijaju težu kliničku sliku, vrlo brzo završavaju na visokim dozama kisika i na respiratoru i da je u ovom trenutku stanje takvo da kroz nekoliko dana, 10-15 dana, možemo očekivati prenatrpanost zdravstvenog sustava”, kazao je Srića.

Dodao je da je britanski soj nešto drugačiji nego izvorni.

“Brže se širi, klinička slika je utoliko drugačija da pacijenti obolijevaju s respiratornim simptomima, imaju povišenu tjelesnu temperaturu. Međutim, klinička slika se brže pogoršava. Pacijenti se kroz nekoliko sati znaju pogoršati”, istaknuo je za N1.

Naveo je da se stanje prije pogoršavalo u razdoblju od petog do osmog ili devetog do dvanaestog dana, a sada se to ranije događa.

“I prije petog dana pacijenti znaju razviti težu kliničku sliku, teže simptome. U takvim situacijama posežemo prije za terapijom kortikosteroidima, antiupalnim lijekovima koji su nam trenutno dostupni.”

Srića zagovara strože mjere, ali smatra da, zbog loše epidemiološke slike, slijedi uvođenje lockdowna.

“Definitivno sam zagovornik da se treba u potpunosti prijeći na online nastavu u cijeloj Hrvatskoj. Ako već idemo regionalnim pristupom, onda znamo koje su županije u teškim situacijama. Prema tome, mislim da je i Grad Zagreb u situaciji kada treba donijeti oštrije mjere. Mislim da nas lockdown kao takav čeka prije ili kasnije”, kazao je Srića za N1.

Smatra da bi se mogao povećati broj hospitaliziranih i preminulih ako se ne uvede lockdown.

“Trebalo bi ići prema zatvaranju svih županija koje su u ovom trenutku u lošem epidemiološkom stanju, a takvih je jako puno. Osobno sam zagovornik lockdowna koji, ako se ne donese danas, pitanje je što će se desiti za nekoliko dana. Čeka nas puno veća brojka hospitaliziranih i umrlih. Nemamo dobru situaciju, Dubrava čini maksimalno. Imamo situaciju koja je zabrinjavajuća”, rekao je Srića.

Govoreći o cijepljenju, Srića navodi da nije trenutak za odbijanje cjepiva.

“Svi naši sugrađani se trebaju cijepiti jer drugačijeg puta pobjede nad epidemijom osim cijepljenjem i pridržavanjem mjera ne postoji”, smatra Srića.

Dodao je da se on sam cijepio četiri mjeseca nakon što je prebolio covid-19.

“Primio sam prvu dozu Pfizera, uz visoki titar antitijela, druga doza nije bila potrebna i vjerujem da sam zaštićen. Svima preporučujem pojačavanje imunološkog sustava uzimanjem cinka i vitamina D”, savjetuje Srića.

Srića smatra da bi trebalo cijepiti i mladu aktivnu populaciju.

“Ključ pobjede je da se procijepi aktivna, zdrava populacija, ona koja je često u kontaktima s ljudima i da moramo upravo mladu populaciju procijepiti da bismo u ovoj priči bili što bolji”, smatra Srića, navodeći da to uključuje ugostiteljske radnike, turističke djelatnike, novinare i druge radnike koji su u kontaktu s drugima.

“Nisam siguran da ćemo pandemiju pobijediti do ljeta s ovim mjerama”, poručio je Srića.

Pulmolog Saša Srića gostovao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije gdje je govorio o epidemiološkoj situaciji u Hrvatskoj. Zbog porasta broja novozaraženih, Srića smatra da treba uvesti lockdown.

Srića ponovno pomaže liječnicima u KB Dubrava te navodi da je situacija u toj covid bolnici teška. Ističe da postoji mogućnost da se ponovi situacija iz prosinca kada je zdravstveni sustav bio pod pritiskom.

“Već se sada sustav bukira, dolaze pacijenti, jedino što je sad razlika to što su pacijenti mlađi i što je mogućnost oporavka veća. Međutim, ne zaboravimo da je situacija teška, da pacijenti vrlo brzo razvijaju težu kliničku sliku, vrlo brzo završavaju na visokim dozama kisika i na respiratoru i da je u ovom trenutku stanje takvo da kroz nekoliko dana, 10-15 dana, možemo očekivati prenatrpanost zdravstvenog sustava”, kazao je Srića.

Dodao je da je britanski soj nešto drugačiji nego izvorni.

“Brže se širi, klinička slika je utoliko drugačija da pacijenti obolijevaju s respiratornim simptomima, imaju povišenu tjelesnu temperaturu. Međutim, klinička slika se brže pogoršava. Pacijenti se kroz nekoliko sati znaju pogoršati”, istaknuo je za N1.

Naveo je da se stanje prije pogoršavalo u razdoblju od petog do osmog ili devetog do dvanaestog dana, a sada se to ranije događa.

“I prije petog dana pacijenti znaju razviti težu kliničku sliku, teže simptome. U takvim situacijama posežemo prije za terapijom kortikosteroidima, antiupalnim lijekovima koji su nam trenutno dostupni.”

Srića zagovara strože mjere, ali smatra da, zbog loše epidemiološke slike, slijedi uvođenje lockdowna.

“Definitivno sam zagovornik da se treba u potpunosti prijeći na online nastavu u cijeloj Hrvatskoj. Ako već idemo regionalnim pristupom, onda znamo koje su županije u teškim situacijama. Prema tome, mislim da je i Grad Zagreb u situaciji kada treba donijeti oštrije mjere. Mislim da nas lockdown kao takav čeka prije ili kasnije”, kazao je Srića za N1.

Smatra da bi se mogao povećati broj hospitaliziranih i preminulih ako se ne uvede lockdown.

“Trebalo bi ići prema zatvaranju svih županija koje su u ovom trenutku u lošem epidemiološkom stanju, a takvih je jako puno. Osobno sam zagovornik lockdowna koji, ako se ne donese danas, pitanje je što će se desiti za nekoliko dana. Čeka nas puno veća brojka hospitaliziranih i umrlih. Nemamo dobru situaciju, Dubrava čini maksimalno. Imamo situaciju koja je zabrinjavajuća”, rekao je Srića.

Govoreći o cijepljenju, Srića navodi da nije trenutak za odbijanje cjepiva.

“Svi naši sugrađani se trebaju cijepiti jer drugačijeg puta pobjede nad epidemijom osim cijepljenjem i pridržavanjem mjera ne postoji”, smatra Srića.

Dodao je da se on sam cijepio četiri mjeseca nakon što je prebolio covid-19.

“Primio sam prvu dozu Pfizera, uz visoki titar antitijela, druga doza nije bila potrebna i vjerujem da sam zaštićen. Svima preporučujem pojačavanje imunološkog sustava uzimanjem cinka i vitamina D”, savjetuje Srića.

Srića smatra da bi trebalo cijepiti i mladu aktivnu populaciju.

“Ključ pobjede je da se procijepi aktivna, zdrava populacija, ona koja je često u kontaktima s ljudima i da moramo upravo mladu populaciju procijepiti da bismo u ovoj priči bili što bolji”, smatra Srića, navodeći da to uključuje ugostiteljske radnike, turističke djelatnike, novinare i druge radnike koji su u kontaktu s drugima.

“Nisam siguran da ćemo pandemiju pobijediti do ljeta s ovim mjerama”, poručio je Srića.

Pulmolog Saša Srića gostovao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije gdje je govorio o epidemiološkoj situaciji u Hrvatskoj. Zbog porasta broja novozaraženih, Srića smatra da treba uvesti lockdown.

Srića ponovno pomaže liječnicima u KB Dubrava te navodi da je situacija u toj covid bolnici teška. Ističe da postoji mogućnost da se ponovi situacija iz prosinca kada je zdravstveni sustav bio pod pritiskom.

“Već se sada sustav bukira, dolaze pacijenti, jedino što je sad razlika to što su pacijenti mlađi i što je mogućnost oporavka veća. Međutim, ne zaboravimo da je situacija teška, da pacijenti vrlo brzo razvijaju težu kliničku sliku, vrlo brzo završavaju na visokim dozama kisika i na respiratoru i da je u ovom trenutku stanje takvo da kroz nekoliko dana, 10-15 dana, možemo...
