Pulmolog Saša Srića koji radi u covid-bolnici u Dubravi bio je gost Novog dana.

Zašto misli da je situacija kritična, kada su respiratorni virusi najaktivniji, što misli o novim mjerama te kakva je situacija u bolničkom sustavu, samo su neke od tema o kojima je govorio.

O broju novozaraženih i hospitaliziranih

"Da. Nažalost, taj trend je očekivan s obzirom da broj novozaraženih i hospitaliziranih raste. Jedan izvjestan broj hospitaliziranih razvija bizarnu i dramatičnu kliničku sliku. Prema svim mogućim pokazateljima i smjernicama, a s obzirom na mjere koje su još nedovoljne, za očekivati je da će se brojka kretati prema brojci iznad 100. Ta brojka bi mogla do kraja tekućeg mjeseca između 1500 do 2000 umrlih pacijenata. Još uvijek nismo na vrhuncu pandemije", kaže Srića.

"Situacija je alarmantna. Treba naglasiti da je KB Dubrava kao bolnica koja je sadržavala sve specijalnosti u kratkom je vremenu pretvorena u covid-bolnicu. Broj umrlih je velik, ali zato što je to najveća ustanova koja zbrinjava takve pacijente", dodaje.

"U ovom trenutku imamo oko 450 pacijenata hospitaliziranih pacijenata. Ide se na otvaranje sedme intenzivne jedinice. Raspolažemo s otprilike 79 respiratora", rekao je.

"Bizarne kliničke slike"

"Sam koronavirus izaziva bizarnu kliničku sliku, ali najčešći uzrok komplikacija su upale pluća. Često spominjemo taj ključni peti dan kad se događaju pogoršanja. To su pacijenti koje redovito pratimo uz neke terapijske mjere. Kod tih pacijenata se događa manja prisutnost kisika u krvi. Kod njih se često događa da kisik dođe do zadovoljavajuće razine pa se ti pacijenti znaju naglo urušiti. Jedan izvjestan broj pacijenata završava naglom smrću, a dio pacijenta je sklon naglom zgrušavanju krvi odnosno trombogenezi. Unatoč adekvatnoj terapiji koju dajemo u terapijskoj dozi, pacijenti znaju završiti naglom smrću. Jedna od komplikacija je ta plućna embolija", objašnjava Srića.

Umire li većina ljudi na respiratorima?

"Većina pacijenata koji su završili jesu starije životne dobi, ali ima pacijenata srednje i mlađe životne dobi. Jedan od najmlađih pacijenata koji je hospitaliziran ima 38 godina. Veliki broj tih pacijenata dolazi s prethodnim kroničnim bolestima. Sama pojava dolaska na respirator ne znači kraj. Naravno da je visoka smrtnost na respiratorima. To su pacijenti koji su zbrinuti sa svom mogućom terapijom, ali usprkos svemu podlegnu ovoj bolesti", rekao je.

"Zdravstveni sustav ovog trenutka isključivo drže zdravstveni djelatnici, ljudi koji u bolnicama provode i više vremena nego što je dozvoljeno. Pozdravljam našeg predsjednika HLK koji se beskrajno trudi, kolegu Luetića, pozdravljam i predsjednicu HUBOL-a kolegicu Šmit. Mislim da nije u redu od ministra Beroša nazivati izjavu kolegice Šmit politikantstvom. Ni ja se nisam ovdje došao naslikavati", odgovara Srića na pitanje o stanju u zdravstvenom sustavu.

"Dosadašnje mjere nisu dovoljne"

Govorio je o dosadašnjim mjerama.

"Dosadašnje mjere su bile preblage, ali i sadašnje nisu dovoljne. U svakodnevnom sam kontaktu s kolegom Đikićem. Udio pozitivnih među testiranima je i dalje preko 30 posto. Brojka testiranja se svakako mora povećati na oko 20 tisuća testiranja dnevno. Mislim da bi uvođenje potpunog lockdowna sada bilo jedino rješenje", smatra.

"Meni je žao ugostitelja i svih onih koji žive od svog rada, ali ako se ne donesu čvršće mjere, bojim se da to neće dovesti do adekvatnih rezultata. Apelirao bih na uglednog znanstvenika akademika Radmana koji u nekim segmentima relativizira ovu bolest. Pozivam ga da dođe i da se obuče u skafander i vidi da to nije obična mala bolest i virozica", dodaje.

Mislim da sam uz kolegu Đikića i kolegu Kolarića zazivao restriktivne mjere. Neki su nam se smijali i uvređujuće poruke slali, ali nažalost smo bili u pravu, tvrdi Srića.

"Iščekujemo da u narednom periodu brojka još bude u porastu. Zasigurno 12. mjeseci bit će najizazovniji u periodu ove pandemije", ističe.

Što će biti 21.12. kad isteknu mjere?

"Da smo ranije donijeli ranije, zasigurno bismo Božić dočekali opuštenije. Mislim da je teško očekivati da ćemo nakon 21.12. ići u opuštanje mjera", zaključuje Srića.

Pulmolog Saša Srića koji radi u covid-bolnici u Dubravi bio je gost Novog dana.

Zašto misli da je situacija kritična, kada su respiratorni virusi najaktivniji, što misli o novim mjerama te kakva je situacija u bolničkom sustavu, samo su neke od tema o kojima je govorio.

O broju novozaraženih i hospitaliziranih

"Da. Nažalost, taj trend je očekivan s obzirom da broj novozaraženih i hospitaliziranih raste. Jedan izvjestan broj hospitaliziranih razvija bizarnu i dramatičnu kliničku sliku. Prema svim mogućim pokazateljima i smjernicama, a s obzirom na mjere koje su još nedovoljne, za očekivati je da će se brojka kretati prema brojci iznad 100. Ta brojka bi mogla do kraja tekućeg mjeseca između 1500 do 2000 umrlih pacijenata. Još uvijek nismo na vrhuncu pandemije", kaže Srića.

"Situacija je alarmantna. Treba naglasiti da je KB Dubrava kao bolnica koja je sadržavala sve specijalnosti u kratkom je vremenu pretvorena u covid-bolnicu. Broj umrlih je velik, ali zato što je to najveća ustanova koja zbrinjava takve pacijente", dodaje.

"U ovom trenutku imamo oko 450 pacijenata hospitaliziranih pacijenata. Ide se na otvaranje sedme intenzivne jedinice. Raspolažemo s otprilike 79 respiratora", rekao je.

"Bizarne kliničke slike"

"Sam koronavirus izaziva bizarnu kliničku sliku, ali najčešći uzrok komplikacija su upale pluća. Često spominjemo taj ključni peti dan kad se događaju pogoršanja. To su pacijenti koje redovito pratimo uz neke terapijske mjere. Kod tih pacijenata se događa manja prisutnost kisika u krvi. Kod njih se često događa da kisik dođe do zadovoljavajuće razine pa se ti pacijenti znaju naglo urušiti. Jedan izvjestan broj pacijenata završava naglom smrću, a dio pacijenta je sklon naglom zgrušavanju krvi odnosno trombogenezi. Unatoč adekvatnoj terapiji koju dajemo u terapijskoj dozi, pacijenti znaju završiti naglom smrću. Jedna od komplikacija je ta plućna embolija", objašnjava Srića.

Umire li većina ljudi na respiratorima?

"Većina pacijenata koji su završili jesu starije životne dobi, ali ima pacijenata srednje i mlađe životne dobi. Jedan od najmlađih pacijenata koji je hospitaliziran ima 38 godina. Veliki broj tih pacijenata dolazi s prethodnim kroničnim bolestima. Sama pojava dolaska na respirator ne znači kraj. Naravno da je visoka smrtnost na respiratorima. To su pacijenti koji su zbrinuti sa svom mogućom terapijom, ali usprkos svemu podlegnu ovoj bolesti", rekao je.

"Zdravstveni sustav ovog trenutka isključivo drže zdravstveni djelatnici, ljudi koji u bolnicama provode i više vremena nego što je dozvoljeno. Pozdravljam našeg predsjednika HLK koji se beskrajno trudi, kolegu Luetića, pozdravljam i predsjednicu HUBOL-a kolegicu Šmit. Mislim da nije u redu od ministra Beroša nazivati izjavu kolegice Šmit politikantstvom. Ni ja se nisam ovdje došao naslikavati", odgovara Srića na pitanje o stanju u zdravstvenom sustavu.

"Dosadašnje mjere nisu dovoljne"

Govorio je o dosadašnjim mjerama.

"Dosadašnje mjere su bile preblage, ali i sadašnje nisu dovoljne. U svakodnevnom sam kontaktu s kolegom Đikićem. Udio pozitivnih među testiranima je i dalje preko 30 posto. Brojka testiranja se svakako mora povećati na oko 20 tisuća testiranja dnevno. Mislim da bi uvođenje potpunog lockdowna sada bilo jedino rješenje", smatra.

"Meni je žao ugostitelja i svih onih koji žive od svog rada, ali ako se ne donesu čvršće mjere, bojim se da to neće dovesti do adekvatnih rezultata. Apelirao bih na uglednog znanstvenika akademika Radmana koji u nekim segmentima relativizira ovu bolest. Pozivam ga da dođe i da se obuče u skafander i vidi da to nije obična mala bolest i virozica", dodaje.

Mislim da sam uz kolegu Đikića i kolegu Kolarića zazivao restriktivne mjere. Neki su nam se smijali i uvređujuće poruke slali, ali nažalost smo bili u pravu, tvrdi Srića.

"Iščekujemo da u narednom periodu brojka još bude u porastu. Zasigurno 12. mjeseci bit će najizazovniji u periodu ove pandemije", ističe.

Što će biti 21.12. kad isteknu mjere?

"Da smo ranije donijeli ranije, zasigurno bismo Božić dočekali opuštenije. Mislim da je teško očekivati da ćemo nakon 21.12. ići u opuštanje mjera", zaključuje Srića.

Pulmolog Saša Srića koji radi u covid-bolnici u Dubravi bio je gost Novog dana.

Zašto misli da je situacija kritična, kada su respiratorni virusi najaktivniji, što misli o novim mjerama te kakva je situacija u bolničkom sustavu, samo su neke od tema o kojima je govorio.

O broju novozaraženih i hospitaliziranih

"Da. Nažalost, taj trend je očekivan s obzirom da broj novozaraženih i hospitaliziranih raste. Jedan izvjestan broj hospitaliziranih razvija bizarnu i dramatičnu kliničku sliku. Prema svim mogućim pokazateljima i smjernicama, a s obzirom na mjere koje su još nedovoljne, za očekivati je da će se brojka kretati prema brojci iznad 100. Ta brojka bi mogla do kraja tekućeg mjeseca između 1500 do 2000 umrlih pacijenata. Još uvijek nismo na vrhuncu pandemije", kaže Srića....
