Psihijatar Herman Vukušić, koji je zbog covida-19 već dva tjedna hospitaliziran u zagrebačkoj KB Dubravi, na svom je Facebooku objavio otvoreno pismo ministru zdravstva Viliju Berošu, donosi N1.

Njegovu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti.

“Dragi Vili,

s obzirom na naše višegodišnje poznanstvo i odličnu suradnju koju smo imali na projektu stručne procjene HRVI-ja, bit ću slobodan u ovome pismu obraćati ti se bez persiranja.

Ja sam već dva tjedna hospitaliziran na Odjelu za zrakoplovnu medicinu KB Dubrava (u daljnjem tekstu: Odjel) gdje sam zaprimljen s kliničkom slikom obostrane upale pluća uzrokovane covid-19 virusom.

Svoj povratak “među žive” mogu zahvaliti isključivo stručnosti i njezi medicinskog osoblja koje me prati, a moja potreba da ti se obratim s par riječi ide upravo u smislu pomoći tim ljudima u njihovom radu i budućim pacijentima Odjela.

“Nijedna soba na Odjelu nema dojavnik”

Meni je, dragi Vili, kao liječniku neshvatljivo da NITI JEDNA soba na Odjelu (a govorimo o jednoj od najbitnijih kliničkih jedinica u ratu protiv korone) nema dojavnik za medicinsko osoblje!

Posljedica toga jest da vrata svih soba moraju biti otvorena 24 sata tako da bi osoblje moglo čuti zapomaganja “Sestro, sestro!” ovisno o tome što bi tko od pacijenata trebao.

Kada se (nerijetko!) desi situacija da više pacijenata nešto treba, to izaziva kakofoniju zapomaganja po cijelom hodniku, koja, a kažem ti to kao psihijatar, ima loš učinak kako po moral djelatnika, tako i po duševno zdravlje pacijenata.

“Prozor se nije dao zatvoriti 12 dana”

Osobno sam imao nesreću da dođem u sobu u kojoj se prozor nije dao zatvoriti punih 12 dana, tako da sam se uz otvorena vrata nauživao propuha za sljedećih sto godina. Drage sestre su cijelo vrijeme pokušavale prozor (bezuspješno!) zatvoriti medicinskom trakom, sve dok milošću jednog divnog medicinskog tehničara napokon nije “pronađen” imbus ključ kojim je prozor zatvoren.

Ponavljam: nakon 12 dana.

S druge pak strane, imao sam sreću, dragi moj Vili, da sam smješten sobi u kojoj IMA TOPLE VODE i funkcionira sanitarni čvor.

Možda je to neki novi, revolucionarni pristup u liječenju korone, ali ja kao liječnik i bivši dužnosnik Vlade RH ne razumijem kako je moguće da na ovako važnom Odjelu ne funkcioniraju sanitarije u svakoj sobi ???

Mislim da je bespredmetno uopće komentirati prethodno navedenu činjenicu.

“Problem koji je rješiv s jednim običnim vojnim kazanom”

Moram ti priznati, ministre moj, da mi je najdraži dio dana jutro, jer tada stiže topli čaj, nakon kojeg mi saturacija odmah “skoči” za nekoliko stupnjeva.

Međutim, “revolucionarni” pristup organizacije borbe protiv korone koji sam spomenuo valjda je i odgovoran za činjenicu da pacijenti topli čaj mogu dobiti SAMO JEDNOM DNEVNO, jer se, eto, kuha u centralnoj kuhinji samo u 06.00 ujutro i jednom dnevno dostavlja na Odjel.

Dragi Vili, ovaj “organizacijski problem” rješiv je s jednim običnim vojnim kazanom u koji stane i do 50 litara toplog napitka, a koji čuva temperaturu i preko 24 sata i kao takav pokriva sve potrebe pacijenata za toplim napitcima tijekom cijelog dana.

“Pismo u dobroj vjeri”

Ovo pismo sam ti, dragi moj ministre, napisao u dobroj vjeri bez primisli na tvoju ili nečiju drugu odgovornost, jer, znaš kako se kaže: “Liječnici su najgori pacijenti”, pa sam si stoga uzeo pravo ipak biti malo kritičan prema nekim uvjetima boravka i rada na Odjelu.

Na koncu, ali nikako najmanje važno, svi navedeni problemi padaju u drugi plan pred ljubaznošću, stručnošću i požrtvovnošću liječnika i medicinskog osoblja Odjela koje čini nadljudske napore da nama, pacijentima, olakšaju teške bolničke dane.

Psihijatar Herman Vukušić, koji je zbog covida-19 već dva tjedna hospitaliziran u zagrebačkoj KB Dubravi, na svom je Facebooku objavio otvoreno pismo ministru zdravstva Viliju Berošu, donosi N1.

Njegovu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti.

“Dragi Vili,

s obzirom na naše višegodišnje poznanstvo i odličnu suradnju koju smo imali na projektu stručne procjene HRVI-ja, bit ću slobodan u ovome pismu obraćati ti se bez persiranja.

Ja sam već dva tjedna hospitaliziran na Odjelu za zrakoplovnu medicinu KB Dubrava (u daljnjem tekstu: Odjel) gdje sam zaprimljen s kliničkom slikom obostrane upale pluća uzrokovane covid-19 virusom.

Svoj povratak “među žive” mogu zahvaliti isključivo stručnosti i njezi medicinskog osoblja koje me prati, a moja potreba da ti se obratim s par riječi ide upravo u smislu pomoći tim ljudima u njihovom radu i budućim pacijentima Odjela.

“Nijedna soba na Odjelu nema dojavnik”

Meni je, dragi Vili, kao liječniku neshvatljivo da NITI JEDNA soba na Odjelu (a govorimo o jednoj od najbitnijih kliničkih jedinica u ratu protiv korone) nema dojavnik za medicinsko osoblje!

Posljedica toga jest da vrata svih soba moraju biti otvorena 24 sata tako da bi osoblje moglo čuti zapomaganja “Sestro, sestro!” ovisno o tome što bi tko od pacijenata trebao.

Kada se (nerijetko!) desi situacija da više pacijenata nešto treba, to izaziva kakofoniju zapomaganja po cijelom hodniku, koja, a kažem ti to kao psihijatar, ima loš učinak kako po moral djelatnika, tako i po duševno zdravlje pacijenata.

“Prozor se nije dao zatvoriti 12 dana”

Osobno sam imao nesreću da dođem u sobu u kojoj se prozor nije dao zatvoriti punih 12 dana, tako da sam se uz otvorena vrata nauživao propuha za sljedećih sto godina. Drage sestre su cijelo vrijeme pokušavale prozor (bezuspješno!) zatvoriti medicinskom trakom, sve dok milošću jednog divnog medicinskog tehničara napokon nije “pronađen” imbus ključ kojim je prozor zatvoren.

Ponavljam: nakon 12 dana.

S druge pak strane, imao sam sreću, dragi moj Vili, da sam smješten sobi u kojoj IMA TOPLE VODE i funkcionira sanitarni čvor.

Možda je to neki novi, revolucionarni pristup u liječenju korone, ali ja kao liječnik i bivši dužnosnik Vlade RH ne razumijem kako je moguće da na ovako važnom Odjelu ne funkcioniraju sanitarije u svakoj sobi ???

Mislim da je bespredmetno uopće komentirati prethodno navedenu činjenicu.

“Problem koji je rješiv s jednim običnim vojnim kazanom”

Moram ti priznati, ministre moj, da mi je najdraži dio dana jutro, jer tada stiže topli čaj, nakon kojeg mi saturacija odmah “skoči” za nekoliko stupnjeva.

Međutim, “revolucionarni” pristup organizacije borbe protiv korone koji sam spomenuo valjda je i odgovoran za činjenicu da pacijenti topli čaj mogu dobiti SAMO JEDNOM DNEVNO, jer se, eto, kuha u centralnoj kuhinji samo u 06.00 ujutro i jednom dnevno dostavlja na Odjel.

Dragi Vili, ovaj “organizacijski problem” rješiv je s jednim običnim vojnim kazanom u koji stane i do 50 litara toplog napitka, a koji čuva temperaturu i preko 24 sata i kao takav pokriva sve potrebe pacijenata za toplim napitcima tijekom cijelog dana.

“Pismo u dobroj vjeri”

Ovo pismo sam ti, dragi moj ministre, napisao u dobroj vjeri bez primisli na tvoju ili nečiju drugu odgovornost, jer, znaš kako se kaže: “Liječnici su najgori pacijenti”, pa sam si stoga uzeo pravo ipak biti malo kritičan prema nekim uvjetima boravka i rada na Odjelu.

Na koncu, ali nikako najmanje važno, svi navedeni problemi padaju u drugi plan pred ljubaznošću, stručnošću i požrtvovnošću liječnika i medicinskog osoblja Odjela koje čini nadljudske napore da nama, pacijentima, olakšaju teške bolničke dane.

Psihijatar Herman Vukušić, koji je zbog covida-19 već dva tjedna hospitaliziran u zagrebačkoj KB Dubravi, na svom je Facebooku objavio otvoreno pismo ministru zdravstva Viliju Berošu, donosi N1.

Njegovu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti.

“Dragi Vili,

s obzirom na naše višegodišnje poznanstvo i odličnu suradnju koju smo imali na projektu stručne procjene HRVI-ja, bit ću slobodan u ovome pismu obraćati ti se bez persiranja.

Ja sam već dva tjedna hospitaliziran na Odjelu za zrakoplovnu medicinu KB Dubrava (u daljnjem tekstu: Odjel) gdje sam zaprimljen s kliničkom slikom obostrane upale pluća uzrokovane covid-19 virusom.

Svoj povratak “među žive” mogu zahvaliti isključivo stručnosti i njezi medicinskog osoblja koje me prati, a moja potreba da ti se obratim s par riječi ide...
