Osječki Županijski sud danas je, temeljem odluke istražnog suca posebnog istražnog odjela USKOK-a, donio drugo rješenje o proširenju istrage u predmetu "Dijagnoza 2", u kojem se ukupno devet osoba tereti za kaznena djela zlouporabe službene dužnosti i primanja mita, s ciljem da se pojedinim osobama protupravno osiguraju prava hrvatskih ratnih vojnih invalida.

Na svojim internetskim strancima Sud je izvijestio da je rješenje o proširenju istrage doneseno protiv pet okrivljenika, od kojih je za dvoje već ranije otvorena istraga, te protiv nova tri okrivljenika, liječnika osječke Kliničke bolnice (KBO), zbog novih devet kaznenih djela protiv službene dužnosti - primanja mita.

Sud je protiv okrivljenika, od prvo do petookrivljenog, kojima je isticao pritvor, produljio pritvor za iduća dva mjeseca, iz razloga što istraga nije dovršena te zbog njenog proširenja na nova kaznena djela i nove okrivljenike, a također i zbog toga što još nisu provedena zatražena vještačenja.

Ovo je drugo rješenje o proširenju istrage u ovome predmetu, koja se sada vodi protiv ukupno devet okrivljenika, od kojih je pet liječnika, a koje se tereti da su, od sredine prošle do veljače ove godine, počinili više kaznenih djela primanja mita te zlouporabe službene dužnosti, s ciljem da se većem broju osoba, stjecanjem statusa hrvatskih ratnih vojnih invalida, omogući stjecanje protupravne imovinske koristi, na štetu državnog proračuna.

Osječki Županijski sud danas je, temeljem odluke istražnog suca posebnog istražnog odjela USKOK-a, donio drugo rješenje o proširenju istrage u predmetu "Dijagnoza 2", u kojem se ukupno devet osoba tereti za kaznena djela zlouporabe službene dužnosti i primanja mita, s ciljem da se pojedinim osobama protupravno osiguraju prava hrvatskih ratnih vojnih invalida.

Na svojim internetskim strancima Sud je izvijestio da je rješenje o proširenju istrage doneseno protiv pet okrivljenika, od kojih je za dvoje već ranije otvorena istraga, te protiv nova tri okrivljenika, liječnika osječke Kliničke bolnice (KBO), zbog novih devet kaznenih djela protiv službene dužnosti - primanja mita.

Sud je protiv okrivljenika, od prvo do petookrivljenog, kojima je isticao pritvor, produljio pritvor za iduća dva mjeseca, iz razloga što istraga nije dovršena te zbog njenog proširenja na nova kaznena djela i nove okrivljenike, a također i zbog toga što još nisu provedena zatražena vještačenja.

Ovo je drugo rješenje o proširenju istrage u ovome predmetu, koja se sada vodi protiv ukupno devet okrivljenika, od kojih je pet liječnika, a koje se tereti da su, od sredine prošle do veljače ove godine, počinili više kaznenih djela primanja mita te zlouporabe službene dužnosti, s ciljem da se većem broju osoba, stjecanjem statusa hrvatskih ratnih vojnih invalida, omogući stjecanje protupravne imovinske koristi, na štetu državnog proračuna.
