Ekskluzivan jednosoban stan veličine 81,43 kvadrata u Ban centru u Zagrebu prodaje se, na tržištu nekretnina, za vrtoglavih 860.000 eura - piše Korana Sutlić za Jutarnji list.

U ponudi agencije Remax Centar nekretnina naišli smo na ovaj stan koji se nalazi vrlo blizu Trga bana Josipa Jelačića. U zgradi u kojoj raskošan stan ima i nogometaš Mateo Kovačić, kojeg je kupio od poduzetnika Luke Rajića.

Kako saznajemo, stanovi na ovoj lokaciji su dosta traženi, te se navodno prodaju u roku od mjesec, dva.

Ubrzo nakon objave teksta povela se rasprava na društvenim mrežama je li spomenuti stan od 81,43 jednosoban ili dvosoban. Kako su nam objasnili u jednoj agenciji na obali se kod nas jednosobnim smatra stan s dnevnim boravkom i jednom spavaćom sobom, dok u Zagrebu uglavnom agencije stan s boravkom i jednom sobom smatraju dvosobnim. Tako ta procjena na tržištu nekretnina ovisi i od toga od kuda je agencija.

Kako su nam objasnili u jednoj agenciji na obali se kod nas jednosobnim smatra stan s dnevnim boravkom i jednom spavaćom sobom, dok u Zagrebu uglavnom agencije stan s boravkom i jednom sobom smatraju dvosobnim. Tako ta procjena na tržištu nekretnina ovisi i od toga od kuda je agencija.
