Odvjetnik Anto Nobilo bio je gost današnjeg Novog dana na N1 televiziji, gdje je komentirao aferu i koliko su predsjednik i premijer obaviješteni u takvim situacijama.
Na pitanje tko smije znači činjenice o istragama i uhićenjima odvjetnik Anto Nobilo iz svoga iskustva objašnjava:
"Najmanje dan prije kretanja u akciju obavještavao bi se premijer, a ako su bili dobri odnosi, onda i predsjednik pod objašnjenjem da nije u redu da najviši političari u Hrvatskoj iz novina čitaju o nečemu što je sigurnosno važno za cijelo društvo i državu. Ne kažem da su oni donosili odluke, utjecali, ali informacije su primili", kaže Nobilo.
Dodaje kako smatra da u USKOK-u postoji 'ugrađena greška' zbog koje je moglo doći do curenja informacija.
"Ovdje su organi koji su vodili istragu godinu dana čuvali informacije. Međutim, nitko u javnosti nije izašao s nečim što ću vam sada reći - postoji ugrađena, sistemska greška kod USKOK-a i tu 24 sata ili 16 sati prije uhićenja cure informacije. Naime, USKOK u velikim predmetima ovakvog tipa iz meni nepoznatih razloga, dan prije do 12 sati u bankama blokira račun onih koje će sutradan uhititi. I to informacije otiđe u javnost", pojašnjava Nobilo za N1.
"Treba pokrenuti istragu jer su curile informacije. Ovo što vam ja kažem je iskustvo iz prethodnih slučajeva. Nije mi logično - ako su godinu dana čuvali informacije, kako da zadnji dan iscuri", pita se.
Osvrnuo se i na predsjednikovo često komentiranje cijele situacije.
"Predsjednik je legitimno postavio pitanja, ali način na koji je to napravio mi se na neki način ne sviđa. Naime, on je previše kategoričan, previše direktan i čovjek bi očekivao da onda ima i čvrste materijalne dokaze. I ja se iskreno nadam da ima", kaže.
Na pitanje što bi bili ti čvrsti materijalni dokazi odgovorio je:
"On od SOA-e mora biti informiran o svim sigurnosnim, interesnim informacijama I postoji mogućnost da je SOA sve istražila i da predsjednik ima podatke i da na osnovu toga nastupa. Ako nastupa na osnovu instinkta, kao ja na osnovu nekih iskustava, zaključivanja, onda je predirektno optuživao. Prečvrsto se miješao u neke procese i mislim da to nije dobro."
Premijer Plenković, pak, kaže kako on nije ništa znao i kako je to pravilno. Nobilo kaže što misli o tome.
"Stav 'ne zanima' me nije točan. Premijer ima odgovornost za borbu protiv korupcije. Ne mora biti operativno uključen u akcije, ali mora znati", kazao je Nobilo za N1.

Odvjetnik Anto Nobilo bio je gost današnjeg Novog dana na N1 televiziji, gdje je komentirao aferu i koliko su predsjednik i premijer obaviješteni u takvim situacijama.
Na pitanje tko smije znači činjenice o istragama i uhićenjima odvjetnik Anto Nobilo iz svoga iskustva objašnjava:
"Najmanje dan prije kretanja u akciju obavještavao bi se premijer, a ako su bili dobri odnosi, onda i predsjednik pod objašnjenjem da nije u redu da najviši političari u Hrvatskoj iz novina čitaju o nečemu što je sigurnosno važno za cijelo društvo i državu. Ne kažem da su oni donosili odluke, utjecali, ali informacije su primili", kaže Nobilo.
Dodaje kako smatra da u USKOK-u postoji 'ugrađena greška' zbog koje je moglo doći do curenja informacija.
"Ovdje su organi koji su vodili istragu godinu dana čuvali informacije. Međutim, nitko u javnosti nije izašao s nečim što ću vam sada reći - postoji ugrađena, sistemska greška kod USKOK-a i tu 24 sata ili 16 sati prije uhićenja cure informacije. Naime, USKOK u velikim predmetima ovakvog tipa iz meni nepoznatih razloga, dan prije do 12 sati u bankama blokira račun onih koje će sutradan uhititi. I to informacije otiđe u javnost", pojašnjava Nobilo za N1.
"Treba pokrenuti istragu jer su curile informacije. Ovo što vam ja kažem je iskustvo iz prethodnih slučajeva. Nije mi logično - ako su godinu dana čuvali informacije, kako da zadnji dan iscuri", pita se.
Osvrnuo se i na predsjednikovo često komentiranje cijele situacije.
"Predsjednik je legitimno postavio pitanja, ali način na koji je to napravio mi se na neki način ne sviđa. Naime, on je previše kategoričan, previše direktan i čovjek bi očekivao da onda ima i čvrste materijalne dokaze. I ja se iskreno nadam da ima", kaže.
Na pitanje što bi bili ti čvrsti materijalni dokazi odgovorio je:
"On od SOA-e mora biti informiran o svim sigurnosnim, interesnim informacijama I postoji mogućnost da je SOA sve istražila i da predsjednik ima podatke i da na osnovu toga nastupa. Ako nastupa na osnovu instinkta, kao ja na osnovu nekih iskustava, zaključivanja, onda je predirektno optuživao. Prečvrsto se miješao u neke procese i mislim da to nije dobro."
