Prema imovinskoj kartici, novi ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Ivan Paladina mjesečno uprihodi 114.500 kuna, vlasnik je stana u Zagrebu, brojnih čestica građevinskog zemljišta u Slavoniji, a ima i dva kredita - od 10,1 milijuna kuna i od 305.000 eura.
Prema imovinskoj kartici, mjesečna plaća Paladine je neto 18.432,10 kuna, a mjesečno prima još 19.276 kuna i 76.500 kuna od imovine i imovinskih prava.
Ima dva kredita u Podravskoj banci - od 10.150.000 kuna na 288 mjeseci, pri čemu mu je mjesečna rata 41.937,41 kuna (kamatna stopa 3,10 posto), te kredit od 305.000 eura na 360 mjeseci, uz mjesečnu ratu od 1230,73 eura (kamatna stopa 2,65 posto).
Novi ministar u imovinskoj kartici navodi i da ima potraživanje na osnovu vrijednosnog papira u iznosu 19,4 milijuna kuna.
Stan od 119,87 četvornih metara u Zagrebu tržišne vrijednosti 2.720.000 kuna kupio je kreditom, a u Zagrebu ima još četiri manje nekretnine – tri su površine po 13,5 četvornih metara i procijenjene na po 123.000 kuna, a nekretnina od 2,42 kvadrata procijenjena je na 22.000 kuna.

U imovinskoj se kartici ističe dugačak popis parcela građevinskog zemljišta kojima je Paladina vlasnik – sve su u Beravcima kod Slavonskog Broda, a ukupna im je vrijednost procijenjena na gotovo milijun eura.
Vlasnik je i nekoliko oranica u istome mjestu, a svo je to zemljište kupio, kako se navodi u kartici, od primitaka ostvarenih nesamostalnim radom, od drugih izvora dohotka, od kapitala te kreditom.
Ministar ima i 10 posto dionica "Kupari Luxury Hotels", a prijenos upravljačkih prava bit će obavljen u zakonskom roku, kao i kod tvrtke "Delta savjetovanje", čiji je stopostotni vlasnik.
U toj je tvrtki zaposlena njegova supruga, a mjesečna joj je plaća 4000 kuna neto, no ona ima i druga primanja - od imovine i imovinskih prava, koja mjesečno iznose 19.276 kuna.
Paladina i supruga su u Zagrebu vlasnici dvorišne poslovne zgrade s dvorištem, površine 402 četvorna metra, a nekretnina je procijenjena na nešto više od šest milijuna kuna i kupljena je sredstvima iz imovine i imovinskih prava.
Vlasnici su i stana od 74,25 četvornih metara u Zagrebu, procijenjenog na nešto više od milijun kuna, te dvorišta površine 415 kvadrata procijenjenog na 1,25 milijun kuna. Na štednji imaju 1,25 milijun kuna.
Paladina je također vlasnik broda "Quicksilver 700 Weekend", proizvedenog 2007. godine i procijenjenog na 255.000 kuna, a supruga automobila Mercedes b klase iz 2014. godine, procijenjenog na 90.000 kuna.

Prema imovinskoj kartici, novi ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Ivan Paladina mjesečno uprihodi 114.500 kuna, vlasnik je stana u Zagrebu, brojnih čestica građevinskog zemljišta u Slavoniji, a ima i dva kredita - od 10,1 milijuna kuna i od 305.000 eura.
Prema imovinskoj kartici, mjesečna plaća Paladine je neto 18.432,10 kuna, a mjesečno prima još 19.276 kuna i 76.500 kuna od imovine i imovinskih prava.
Ima dva kredita u Podravskoj banci - od 10.150.000 kuna na 288 mjeseci, pri čemu mu je mjesečna rata 41.937,41 kuna (kamatna stopa 3,10 posto), te kredit od 305.000 eura na 360 mjeseci, uz mjesečnu ratu od 1230,73 eura (kamatna stopa 2,65 posto).
Novi ministar u imovinskoj kartici navodi i da ima potraživanje na osnovu vrijednosnog papira u iznosu 19,4 milijuna kuna.
Stan od 119,87 četvornih metara u Zagrebu tržišne vrijednosti 2.720.000 kuna kupio je kreditom, a u Zagrebu ima još četiri manje nekretnine – tri su površine po 13,5 četvornih metara i procijenjene na po 123.000 kuna, a nekretnina od 2,42 kvadrata procijenjena je na 22.000 kuna.

U imovinskoj se kartici ističe dugačak popis parcela građevinskog zemljišta kojima je Paladina vlasnik – sve su u Beravcima kod Slavonskog Broda, a ukupna im je vrijednost procijenjena na gotovo milijun eura.
Vlasnik je i nekoliko oranica u istome mjestu, a svo je to zemljište kupio, kako se navodi u kartici, od primitaka ostvarenih nesamostalnim radom, od drugih izvora dohotka, od kapitala te kreditom.
Ministar ima i 10 posto dionica "Kupari Luxury Hotels", a prijenos upravljačkih prava bit će obavljen u zakonskom roku, kao i kod tvrtke "Delta savjetovanje", čiji je stopostotni vlasnik.
U toj je tvrtki zaposlena njegova supruga, a mjesečna joj je plaća 4000 kuna neto, no ona ima i druga primanja - od imovine i imovinskih prava, koja mjesečno iznose 19.276 kuna.
Paladina i supruga su u Zagrebu vlasnici dvorišne poslovne zgrade s dvorištem, površine 402 četvorna metra, a nekretnina je procijenjena na nešto više od šest milijuna kuna i kupljena je sredstvima iz imovine i imovinskih prava.
Vlasnici su i stana od 74,25 četvornih metara u Zagrebu, procijenjenog na nešto više od milijun kuna, te dvorišta površine 415 kvadrata procijenjenog na 1,25 milijun kuna. Na štednji imaju 1,25 milijun kuna.
Paladina je također vlasnik broda "Quicksilver 700 Weekend", proizvedenog 2007. godine i procijenjenog na 255.000 kuna, a supruga automobila Mercedes b klase iz 2014. godine, procijenjenog na 90.000 kuna.
