Zbog blokiranog računa, odnosno nepodmirenog duga, Općina Promina proživljava najcrnje dane od osnivanja. Situacija je toliko teška da u općinskoj blagajni nema ni kune za nabavu goriva za službena i komunalna vozila, plaćanje računa za mobitele i telefone. Izvjesno je i gašenje javne rasvjete i prestanak organiziranog prijevoza školske djece.
Za deblokadu računa nužno 400 tisuća kuna
Za deblokadu računa neminovno treba priskrbiti 400 tisuća kuna, no to je lakše reći nego učiniti, pogotovo imajući u vidu da je to samo dio anuiteta. Promina, osim toga, duguje Šibensko-kninskoj županiji 270 tisuća kuna, Ministarstvu gospodarstva 200 tisuća kuna, za novogradnje 1,3 milijuna kuna...
Načelnik Paul Cota, HSS-ovac, jučer se zbog toga namjeravao biciklom uputiti iz Oklaja u 50-ak kilometara udaljeni Knin kako bi premijerku Jadranku Kosor i na taj način upoznao sa svom težinom problema.
U posljednji je trenutak odustao od dolaska na svečanost otvaranja radova na novim halama Tvornice vijaka jer je pozvan na susret s predstavnicima nadležnog resora, Ministarstva regionalnog razvoja te drugih državnih i lokalnih institucija kako bi se našlo zadovoljavajuće rješenje.
− Ni jedan se problem ne može riješiti izbjegavanjem dijaloga i ja sam uvijek za komunikaciju, iako sam možda izabrao pomalo neuobičajen način skretanja pozornosti na probleme svoje općine. No, vjerujte, teško je u ladici držati dva projekta vrijedna 380 milijuna eura koja će jamčiti procvat općine i čekati da se usvoji županijski prostorni plan i pripadajuća zakonska regulativa.
- Još teže je promatrati bogomdano područje triju najljepših rijeka u Europi kako se pretvara u prostor za umiranje, umjesto da bude prostor za bujanje života. Siguran sam da će i moji sugovornici biti svjesni trenutka u kojem živimo i da će se na sastanku izroditi nešto pozitivno za općinu Promina − kazao je Cota.
Upitan gdje je dogovoren susret i hoće li na odredište doći biciklom, “na prvu” je odgovorio.

Zbog blokiranog računa, odnosno nepodmirenog duga, Općina Promina proživljava najcrnje dane od osnivanja. Situacija je toliko teška da u općinskoj blagajni nema ni kune za nabavu goriva za službena i komunalna vozila, plaćanje računa za mobitele i telefone. Izvjesno je i gašenje javne rasvjete i prestanak organiziranog prijevoza školske djece.
Za deblokadu računa nužno 400 tisuća kuna
Za deblokadu računa neminovno treba priskrbiti 400 tisuća kuna, no to je lakše reći nego učiniti, pogotovo imajući u vidu da je to samo dio anuiteta. Promina, osim toga, duguje Šibensko-kninskoj županiji 270 tisuća kuna, Ministarstvu gospodarstva 200 tisuća kuna, za novogradnje 1,3 milijuna kuna...
Načelnik Paul Cota, HSS-ovac, jučer se zbog toga namjeravao biciklom uputiti iz Oklaja u 50-ak kilometara udaljeni Knin kako bi premijerku Jadranku Kosor i na taj način upoznao sa svom težinom problema.
U posljednji je trenutak odustao od dolaska na svečanost otvaranja radova na novim halama Tvornice vijaka jer je pozvan na susret s predstavnicima nadležnog resora, Ministarstva regionalnog razvoja te drugih državnih i lokalnih institucija kako bi se našlo zadovoljavajuće rješenje.
− Ni jedan se problem ne može riješiti izbjegavanjem dijaloga i ja sam uvijek za komunikaciju, iako sam možda izabrao pomalo neuobičajen način skretanja pozornosti na probleme svoje općine. No, vjerujte, teško je u ladici držati dva projekta vrijedna 380 milijuna eura koja će jamčiti procvat općine i čekati da se usvoji županijski prostorni plan i pripadajuća zakonska regulativa.
- Još teže je promatrati bogomdano područje triju najljepših rijeka u Europi kako se pretvara u prostor za umiranje, umjesto da bude prostor za bujanje života. Siguran sam da će i moji sugovornici biti svjesni trenutka u kojem živimo i da će se na sastanku izroditi nešto pozitivno za općinu Promina − kazao je Cota.
Upitan gdje je dogovoren susret i hoće li na odredište doći biciklom, “na prvu” je odgovorio.
− Srest ćemo se u Zagori... A i dok razgovaram s vama, vozim bicikl.
