Na ljeto stiže prvih šest milijardi kuna iz Fonda za oporavak, piše u četvrtak Večernji list, navodeći da je Hrvatska Europskoj komisiji poslala ključni dokument za korištenje novca iz fonda.

Hrvatska se nalazi među 18 članica koje su Europskoj komisiji i njezinim tijelima već dostavile Nacrt nacionalnog plana za oporavak i otpornost, ključni dokument na osnovi kojega će se koristiti novac iz fonda Next Generation “teškog” 750 milijardi eura.

Prema dogovoru, Hrvatska iz tog fonda može računati na 6,3 milijarde eura bespovratno (12 posto hrvatskog BDP-a iz 2019.) te dodatnih 3,37 milijardi eura povoljnih zajmova.

Bude li sve teklo prema planu, prvih 13 posto novca – što je za Hrvatsku 819 milijuna eura (6,1 milijarda kuna) – moglo bi stići tijekom kolovoza ili rujna.

"Europska komisija u stalnim je konzultacijama sa zemljama članicama kako bi izradile dobre planove. Bitno je da plan sadrži optimalan balans reformi i ulaganja", kazao je sugovornik iz Europske komisije u razgovoru s hrvatskim novinarima.

Kod svih je zemalja uočeno da je “puno lakše razmišljati kako potrošiti novac, nego kako provoditi reforme”.

Kad je riječ o Hrvatskoj, kao startna pozicija uzimaju se preporuke Europske komisije iz 2019. i 2020. godine u kojima se, na primjer, traži smanjenje teritorijalne rascjepkanosti javne uprave, reforma sustava obrazovanja, novi okvir za plaće u javnoj upravi, bolje upravljanje državnim poduzećima i njihova privatizacija, sankcioniranje korupcije, kraće trajanje sudskih postupaka i slično, donosi Večernji list.

Na ljeto stiže prvih šest milijardi kuna iz Fonda za oporavak, piše u četvrtak Večernji list, navodeći da je Hrvatska Europskoj komisiji poslala ključni dokument za korištenje novca iz fonda.

Hrvatska se nalazi među 18 članica koje su Europskoj komisiji i njezinim tijelima već dostavile Nacrt nacionalnog plana za oporavak i otpornost, ključni dokument na osnovi kojega će se koristiti novac iz fonda Next Generation “teškog” 750 milijardi eura.

Prema dogovoru, Hrvatska iz tog fonda može računati na 6,3 milijarde eura bespovratno (12 posto hrvatskog BDP-a iz 2019.) te dodatnih 3,37 milijardi eura povoljnih zajmova.

Bude li sve teklo prema planu, prvih 13 posto novca – što je za Hrvatsku 819 milijuna eura (6,1 milijarda kuna) – moglo bi stići tijekom kolovoza ili rujna.

"Europska komisija u stalnim je konzultacijama sa zemljama članicama kako bi izradile dobre planove. Bitno je da plan sadrži optimalan balans reformi i ulaganja", kazao je sugovornik iz Europske komisije u razgovoru s hrvatskim novinarima.

Kod svih je zemalja uočeno da je “puno lakše razmišljati kako potrošiti novac, nego kako provoditi reforme”.

Kad je riječ o Hrvatskoj, kao startna pozicija uzimaju se preporuke Europske komisije iz 2019. i 2020. godine u kojima se, na primjer, traži smanjenje teritorijalne rascjepkanosti javne uprave, reforma sustava obrazovanja, novi okvir za plaće u javnoj upravi, bolje upravljanje državnim poduzećima i njihova privatizacija, sankcioniranje korupcije, kraće trajanje sudskih postupaka i slično, donosi Večernji list.

Na ljeto Hrvatskoj stiže prvih šest milijardi kuna iz Fonda za oporavak

Na ljeto stiže prvih šest milijardi kuna iz Fonda za oporavak, piše u četvrtak Večernji list, navodeći da je Hrvatska Europskoj komisiji poslala ključni dokument za korištenje novca iz fonda.

Hrvatska se nalazi među 18 članica koje su Europskoj komisiji i njezinim tijelima već dostavile Nacrt nacionalnog plana za oporavak i otpornost, ključni dokument na osnovi kojega će se koristiti novac iz fonda Next Generation “teškog” 750 milijardi eura.

Prema dogovoru, Hrvatska iz tog fonda može računati na 6,3 milijarde eura bespovratno (12 posto hrvatskog BDP-a iz 2019.) te dodatnih 3,37 milijardi eura povoljnih zajmova.

Bude li sve teklo prema planu, prvih 13 posto novca – što je za Hrvatsku 819 milijuna eura (6,1 milijarda kuna) – moglo bi stići tijekom kolovoza ili rujna....
