Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš najavio je u petak da će se građani za jeftiniju cijenu od 500 odnosno 700 kuna moći testirati najvjerojatnije drugi tjedan odnosno kad nove cijene, koje su danas utvrđene, budu objavljene u Narodnim novinama. 

"Cijene su danas utvrđene. Njih je potvrdilo upravno vijeće Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje. Međutim, mislim da ta cijena mora biti istaknuta i objavljena u Narodnim novinama nakon čega ona vrijedi. Isto, tako jasno je da upravna vijeća pojedinih zdravstvenih ustanova prihvaćaju tu cijenu", rekao je Beroš za RTL Dnevnik.

Istaknuo je da će se građani moći testirati u okviru Klinike za infektivne bolesti gdje je kapacitet testiranja 1400 testova dnevno ili na Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo gdje je kapacitet 500, kao i u Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Zagrebačke županije.

Na pitanje hoće li to biti idući tjedan, Beroš je odgovorio: "Vjerujem da da". Ne vjeruje pak da će broj testiranja bez uputnice skočiti nakon što testovi pojeftine.

"Najveći dio testiranja je ipak na indikaciju koju postavljaju epidemiolozi ili liječnici obiteljske odnosno opće medicine. To su oni testovi koji su besplatni", rekao je Beroš.

Dodao je i da postoji niz privatnih razloga zbog kojih netko ide na testiranje i oni će se sada moći testirati.

"Ne vjerujem da će netko tko ne treba testiranje poželjeti isto. Mislim da će i dalje sve ostari u okviru kliničkih indikacija", rekao je.

Odgovorio je da apsolutno to može biti i mogućnost za strane turiste da u svoju državu dođu s negativnim testom.
Ministar Beroš objasnio je i razliku u cijeni i kvaliteti testova.

"Nakon što smo svjedočili različitim cijenama testova za koronavirus u različitim zdravstvenim ustanovama, a i u inozemstvu, naložio sam HZZO-u da zatraži od svih ustanova u Hrvatskoj koje vrše testiranje određeni izračun cijena da bismo mogli napraviti jednu prosječnu i detektirati koji su to testovi optimalni kad je riječ o cijeni i kvaliteti.

Dakle, nakon takvog izračuna došli smo do ovih podataka, cijena testa s dvije sekvence genoma stoji 501 kunu, a s tri sekvence 698 kuna. Razlika je u tome što testovi s dvije sekvence detektiraju prvo jednu koja je karakteristična za sve koronaviruse, a druga je karakteristična za ovaj novi tip koji uzrokuje Covid-19. No možemo detektirati i treću sekvencu da bismo potvrdili ovaj raniji nalaz, a to ovisi o kliničkoj slici i kliničkoj indikaciji", rekao je Beroš.

"Tehnologija ide naprijed, cijene se mijenjaju i zato smo uz pomoć HZZO-a detektirali ovu cijenu koja je sada", dodao je.

"Za sve one bolesnike koji se testiraju putem indikacija, odnosno putem uputnica, oni ne plaćaju test, za njih je besplatan", dodao je.

I dalje će ostati testovi za 1500 kuna. "Bit će u krajnjoj upotrebi, kada je klinička indikacija takva da se drugim testovima ne može relevantno potvrditi bolest", kazao je Beroš.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš najavio je u petak da će se građani za jeftiniju cijenu od 500 odnosno 700 kuna moći testirati najvjerojatnije drugi tjedan odnosno kad nove cijene, koje su danas utvrđene, budu objavljene u Narodnim novinama. 

"Cijene su danas utvrđene. Njih je potvrdilo upravno vijeće Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje. Međutim, mislim da ta cijena mora biti istaknuta i objavljena u Narodnim novinama nakon čega ona vrijedi. Isto, tako jasno je da upravna vijeća pojedinih zdravstvenih ustanova prihvaćaju tu cijenu", rekao je Beroš za RTL Dnevnik.

Istaknuo je da će se građani moći testirati u okviru Klinike za infektivne bolesti gdje je kapacitet testiranja 1400 testova dnevno ili na Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo gdje je kapacitet 500, kao i u Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Zagrebačke županije.

Na pitanje hoće li to biti idući tjedan, Beroš je odgovorio: "Vjerujem da da". Ne vjeruje pak da će broj testiranja bez uputnice skočiti nakon što testovi pojeftine.

"Najveći dio testiranja je ipak na indikaciju koju postavljaju epidemiolozi ili liječnici obiteljske odnosno opće medicine. To su oni testovi koji su besplatni", rekao je Beroš.

Dodao je i da postoji niz privatnih razloga zbog kojih netko ide na testiranje i oni će se sada moći testirati.

"Ne vjerujem da će netko tko ne treba testiranje poželjeti isto. Mislim da će i dalje sve ostari u okviru kliničkih indikacija", rekao je.

Odgovorio je da apsolutno to može biti i mogućnost za strane turiste da u svoju državu dođu s negativnim testom.
Ministar Beroš objasnio je i razliku u cijeni i kvaliteti testova.

"Nakon što smo svjedočili različitim cijenama testova za koronavirus u različitim zdravstvenim ustanovama, a i u inozemstvu, naložio sam HZZO-u da zatraži od svih ustanova u Hrvatskoj koje vrše testiranje određeni izračun cijena da bismo mogli napraviti jednu prosječnu i detektirati koji su to testovi optimalni kad je riječ o cijeni i kvaliteti.

Dakle, nakon takvog izračuna došli smo do ovih podataka, cijena testa s dvije sekvence genoma stoji 501 kunu, a s tri sekvence 698 kuna. Razlika je u tome što testovi s dvije sekvence detektiraju prvo jednu koja je karakteristična za sve koronaviruse, a druga je karakteristična za ovaj novi tip koji uzrokuje Covid-19. No možemo detektirati i treću sekvencu da bismo potvrdili ovaj raniji nalaz, a to ovisi o kliničkoj slici i kliničkoj indikaciji", rekao je Beroš.

"Tehnologija ide naprijed, cijene se mijenjaju i zato smo uz pomoć HZZO-a detektirali ovu cijenu koja je sada", dodao je.

"Za sve one bolesnike koji se testiraju putem indikacija, odnosno putem uputnica, oni ne plaćaju test, za njih je besplatan", dodao je.

I dalje će ostati testovi za 1500 kuna. "Bit će u krajnjoj upotrebi, kada je klinička indikacija takva da se drugim testovima ne može relevantno potvrditi bolest", kazao je Beroš.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš najavio je u petak da će se građani za jeftiniju cijenu od 500 odnosno 700 kuna moći testirati najvjerojatnije drugi tjedan odnosno kad nove cijene, koje su danas utvrđene, budu objavljene u Narodnim novinama. 

"Cijene su danas utvrđene. Njih je potvrdilo upravno vijeće Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje. Međutim, mislim da ta cijena mora biti istaknuta i objavljena u Narodnim novinama nakon čega ona vrijedi. Isto, tako jasno je da upravna vijeća pojedinih zdravstvenih ustanova prihvaćaju tu cijenu", rekao je Beroš za RTL Dnevnik.

Istaknuo je da će se građani moći testirati u okviru Klinike za infektivne bolesti gdje je kapacitet testiranja 1400 testova dnevno ili na Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo gdje je kapacitet 500, kao...
