Podravska općina Legrad raspisala je natječaj za prodaju nekretnina u njenom vlasništvu. Radi se o neizgrađenim česticama, kao i o česticama s kućama, njih 19 koje su u vlasništvu općine, a početna cijena kreće se od nešto više od 5 tisuća kuna pa sve do 100.000 kuna.

No, sve te nekretnine moguće je dobiti po cijeni od jedne kune ako prijavitelj zadovoljava uvjete natječaja.

Tako je Općina odlučila da za jednu kunu možete kupiti kuću ili zemljište ako ste mlađi od 40 godine, imate najmanje srednju stručnu spremu i stanovnik ste općine Legrad, ili ako niste, da u roku od tri godine svoje boravište prijavite u općini. Isto tako barem jedan od prijavitelja, supružnika ili životnih partnera mora imati stalna primanja, piše Podravski.

Postoji još uvjeta koji se moraju zadovoljiti da bi se kupilo nekretninu za jednu kunu, a cijeli natječaj dostupan je na mrežnim stranicama Općine Legrad i vrijedi do kraj ovog mjeseca.

– Svi oni koji nemaju uvjete za povlaštenu kupnju mogu kupiti nekretnine po navedenim cijenama i odabrat će se najviša ponuđena ponuda. No, u sklopu mjera za poboljšanje demografske slike naše općine moguće je do nekretnina doći i po cijeni od jedne kune. No, to uključuje i neke uvjete, a najvažniji od svih je da ljudi koji kupe tu nekretninu u njoj planiraju živjeti i ostanu u našoj općini – rekao je Ivan Sabolić, načelnik Općine Legrad, piše Podravski.

Podravska općina Legrad raspisala je natječaj za prodaju nekretnina u njenom vlasništvu. Radi se o neizgrađenim česticama, kao i o česticama s kućama, njih 19 koje su u vlasništvu općine, a početna cijena kreće se od nešto više od 5 tisuća kuna pa sve do 100.000 kuna.

No, sve te nekretnine moguće je dobiti po cijeni od jedne kune ako prijavitelj zadovoljava uvjete natječaja.

Tako je Općina odlučila da za jednu kunu možete kupiti kuću ili zemljište ako ste mlađi od 40 godine, imate najmanje srednju stručnu spremu i stanovnik ste općine Legrad, ili ako niste, da u roku od tri godine svoje boravište prijavite u općini. Isto tako barem jedan od prijavitelja, supružnika ili životnih partnera mora imati stalna primanja, piše Podravski.

Postoji još uvjeta koji se moraju zadovoljiti da bi se kupilo nekretninu za jednu kunu, a cijeli natječaj dostupan je na mrežnim stranicama Općine Legrad i vrijedi do kraj ovog mjeseca.

– Svi oni koji nemaju uvjete za povlaštenu kupnju mogu kupiti nekretnine po navedenim cijenama i odabrat će se najviša ponuđena ponuda. No, u sklopu mjera za poboljšanje demografske slike naše općine moguće je do nekretnina doći i po cijeni od jedne kune. No, to uključuje i neke uvjete, a najvažniji od svih je da ljudi koji kupe tu nekretninu u njoj planiraju živjeti i ostanu u našoj općini – rekao je Ivan Sabolić, načelnik Općine Legrad, piše Podravski.
