Jesmo li potrese dočekali nespremni? Jesmo li trebali drugačije planirati i graditi, a da bi u konačnici bilo manje žrtava i štete? Ovo su pitanja koja se nameću usred tragedije koja je zadesila Banovinu.

Cijenjeni arhitekt Jerko Rošin, koji se kroz svoju bogatu i dugu profesionalnu karijeru bavi i pitanjima urbanizma, kaže da svari u tom smislu nisu prepuštene slučaju, no da svakako ono što se dogodilo prvo u Zagrebu, a onda i na Banovini, mora biti opomena svima i da iz toga moramo izvući određene pouke.

- Moguće je na neki način usmjeriti rušenje zgrada u potresu. Evo vam primjera. Kad se ciljano rušila zgrada Jugoplastike na splitskoj Brodarici, na temelju statičkog izračuna postignuto je to da je kuća na neki način sama sebe srušila. Za to rušenje nije bilo potrebno trošiti puno eksploziva, nego je samo postavljen na one točke koje su bile ključne za konstrukciju. Bila joj je oslabljena vertikalna nosivost pa se ona jednostavno spustila na pod kao čovjek kad mu klecnu koljena. Ista je stvar kod potresa. Pomoću statičkog izračuna možete predvidjeti kako će se ta kuća srušiti - veli Rošin na pitanje je li moguće graditi kuće tako da kod prirodnih katastrofa poput one u Banovini, ne padaju ravno na ulicu, odnosno na građane koji su u strahu na nju instiktivno istrčali.

Kuće se, objašnjava, kod planske gradnje podižu na način da se u odnosu na njihovu visinu u slučaju potresa ne urušavaju na ulicu ili na kuću do, nego padaju ravno na tlo.

Rošin kaže da je vrlo važno paziti i na stabilnost objekta i poštivati sve elemente koji na to utječu.

- I to je jako pooštreno u našem zakonodavstvu. Kad statičari rade projekte, uvijek moraju paziti mogu li temelji izdržati nosivost kuće, da prvi kat može izdržati onaj drugi na svojim leđima. No, osim vertikalnog opterećenja, pazi se i na horizontalne sile, a one se također mogu pojaviti u slučaju potresa, i u tom su smislu opasnije od horizontalnih sila. U Petrinji i Zagrebu su se zemljine ploče horizontalno izmicale i "šetale" kuće, a one su ih u konačnici i srušile. Imajući takve situacije na umu, što se tiče statičkih prejekata, tu su zakonom jako poostroženi kriteriji, u odnosu na gradnju prije velikih potresa koji su se davno dogodili; od onoga u Skoplju 1963. godine pa naovamo. Svako desetljeće otprilike, zakonska regulativa je u tom smislu sve rigoroznija - kaže Rošin.

- U Zagrebu ste mogli vidjeti da su neke kuće u jednoj te istoj ulici stradale, a neke novije nisu. Problem je, znate, i u građevnom materijalu. To se vidjelo u Petrinji i selima koja je okružuju. Većinom su te kuće ljudi gradili sami i nije se pri tome vodilo računa o zakonitostima struke. Starije kuće su građene ciglom, imale su uglove u preklopima, no vezivo koje ih je držalo - odavno je dotrajalo, pa su te kuće bile rastresite i same od sebe - veli Rošin, i dodaje da su objekti od cigle u slučaju potresa, kudikamo opasniji od betonskih.

- Cigle se međusobno razdvajaju jer je struktura zida sastavljena od puno komadića. Tako su oni koji žive u takvim kućama u većoj opasnosti u slučaju potresa, nego oni u objektima s armirano-betonskom konstrukcijom, jer prije će vas matun udariti u glavu, nego usmrtiti betonska ploča. Kad se armirano betonska konstrukcija sruši, ostaju ogromni blokovi, a ukoliko vas direktno ne poklope, može se pod njima ostati živ, dapače, zaštititi vas od drugih stvari koje padaju - veli Rošin, i poručuje kako iz svega ovoga treba izvući pouke.

- Sad smo svi euforični, a kad se ohladimo, zaboravimo na teške sudbine stradalih. To se ovoga puta ne smije dogoditi.

Jesmo li potrese dočekali nespremni? Jesmo li trebali drugačije planirati i graditi, a da bi u konačnici bilo manje žrtava i štete? Ovo su pitanja koja se nameću usred tragedije koja je zadesila Banovinu.

Cijenjeni arhitekt Jerko Rošin, koji se kroz svoju bogatu i dugu profesionalnu karijeru bavi i pitanjima urbanizma, kaže da svari u tom smislu nisu prepuštene slučaju, no da svakako ono što se dogodilo prvo u Zagrebu, a onda i na Banovini, mora biti opomena svima i da iz toga moramo izvući određene pouke.

- Moguće je na neki način usmjeriti rušenje zgrada u potresu. Evo vam primjera. Kad se ciljano rušila zgrada Jugoplastike na splitskoj Brodarici, na temelju statičkog izračuna postignuto je to da je kuća na neki način sama sebe srušila. Za to rušenje nije bilo potrebno trošiti puno eksploziva, nego je samo postavljen na one točke koje su bile ključne za konstrukciju. Bila joj je oslabljena vertikalna nosivost pa se ona jednostavno spustila na pod kao čovjek kad mu klecnu koljena. Ista je stvar kod potresa. Pomoću statičkog izračuna možete predvidjeti kako će se ta kuća srušiti - veli Rošin na pitanje je li moguće graditi kuće tako da kod prirodnih katastrofa poput one u Banovini, ne padaju ravno na ulicu, odnosno na građane koji su u strahu na nju instiktivno istrčali.

Kuće se, objašnjava, kod planske gradnje podižu na način da se u odnosu na njihovu visinu u slučaju potresa ne urušavaju na ulicu ili na kuću do, nego padaju ravno na tlo.

Rošin kaže da je vrlo važno paziti i na stabilnost objekta i poštivati sve elemente koji na to utječu.

- I to je jako pooštreno u našem zakonodavstvu. Kad statičari rade projekte, uvijek moraju paziti mogu li temelji izdržati nosivost kuće, da prvi kat može izdržati onaj drugi na svojim leđima. No, osim vertikalnog opterećenja, pazi se i na horizontalne sile, a one se također mogu pojaviti u slučaju potresa, i u tom su smislu opasnije od horizontalnih sila. U Petrinji i Zagrebu su se zemljine ploče horizontalno izmicale i "šetale" kuće, a one su ih u konačnici i srušile. Imajući takve situacije na umu, što se tiče statičkih prejekata, tu su zakonom jako poostroženi kriteriji, u odnosu na gradnju prije velikih potresa koji su se davno dogodili; od onoga u Skoplju 1963. godine pa naovamo. Svako desetljeće otprilike, zakonska regulativa je u tom smislu sve rigoroznija - kaže Rošin.

- U Zagrebu ste mogli vidjeti da su neke kuće u jednoj te istoj ulici stradale, a neke novije nisu. Problem je, znate, i u građevnom materijalu. To se vidjelo u Petrinji i selima koja je okružuju. Većinom su te kuće ljudi gradili sami i nije se pri tome vodilo računa o zakonitostima struke. Starije kuće su građene ciglom, imale su uglove u preklopima, no vezivo koje ih je držalo - odavno je dotrajalo, pa su te kuće bile rastresite i same od sebe - veli Rošin, i dodaje da su objekti od cigle u slučaju potresa, kudikamo opasniji od betonskih.

- Cigle se međusobno razdvajaju jer je struktura zida sastavljena od puno komadića. Tako su oni koji žive u takvim kućama u većoj opasnosti u slučaju potresa, nego oni u objektima s armirano-betonskom konstrukcijom, jer prije će vas matun udariti u glavu, nego usmrtiti betonska ploča. Kad se armirano betonska konstrukcija sruši, ostaju ogromni blokovi, a ukoliko vas direktno ne poklope, može se pod njima ostati živ, dapače, zaštititi vas od drugih stvari koje padaju - veli Rošin, i poručuje kako iz svega ovoga treba izvući pouke.

- Sad smo svi euforični, a kad se ohladimo, zaboravimo na teške sudbine stradalih. To se ovoga puta ne smije dogoditi.
