Svatko tko ima smartphone – a tko ga nema? – suočio se s tom malom paranojom, ono kad imate osjećaj da vas prisluškuju. I imate pravo – na neki način to se i događa jer ste... vi to tražili!
Možda ste s nekim preko mobitela razgovarali o tome da želite kupiti nove tenisice ili, možda, slušalice, kad ono – u "svemrežju" vam počnu iskakati oglasi upravo za te proizvode. U čemu je kvaka?!
Odgovor na to pitanje potražio je od dvojice stručnjaka N1.
Svakako treba znati koje sve dozvole dajemo svom uređaju jer aplikacije koje imate na svom uređaju prikupljaju gomilu podataka i nije svejedno koja dopuštenja dajete aplikacijama. Mnogi olako dopuštaju "sve kolačiće" kad im iskoči upozorenje o zaštiti podataka, a to se događa često i doista nije "user friendly" svaki čas na izborniku selektirati što ćete omogućiti određenoj aplikaciji.
Tako N1 napominje u uvjetima korištenja trebaju biti navede jasne informacije o tome kako se prikupljaju, pohranjuju i koriste podaci, a na korisnicima je da paze koja dopuštenja daju. Je li to pristup vašem mikrofonu, fotoaparatu, kontaktima, lokaciji, prostoru za pohranu ili samo nečemu od toga.
Neke aplikacije mogu tražiti pristup i za telefon, zapisnik poziva, SMS, lokaciju, a postoji i opcija "ostalo". Stoga svakako treba pripaziti čemu će točno sve aplikacija imati pristup ako odobrite neku od navedenih značajku.
Najbolje je dati pristup samo za ono što je nužno. Primjerice, za WhatsApp morate odobriti pristup kameri i mikrofonu jer bez toga aplikacija ne bi mogla izvršavati neke svoje usluge.
S druge strane, kada posjećujete internetske stranice, pojavi se pitanje o “kolačićima". Neke stranice ne daju vam pristup svom sadržaju dok ne odobrite pristup kolačićima. A kolačići omogućuju internetskim stranicama evidentiranje da ste ih već posjetili, a služe i za spremanje lozinki ili obraza koje ste ispunili.
Europska unija je donijela direktivu poznatu kao “EU zakon o kolačićima” koja regulira način na koji je web stranici dopušteno koristiti kolačiće i obrađivati osobne podatke. EU navodi da kolačići mogu biti koristan alat “u analizi učinkovitosti dizajna internetske stranice i oglašavanja te u provjeravanju identiteta korisnika”.
Informatički stručnjak Marko Rakar osvrnuo se na praksu ciljanih oglasa, no ističe da tu nije riječ o doslovnom prisluškivanju nego da nam se pojavljuju oglasi vezani uz predmete koje smo već pretraživali na internetu.
“To je više fenomen iz psihologije nego stvarni događaj. Ljudi su nešto spomenuli i onda odjednom to počnu primjećivati. Međutim, ako su guglali, utipkavali negdje, na aplikacijama, pretraživačima, onda naravno da ih počnu pratiti takvi oglasi”, navodi Rakar.
Dodao je i da tu nije riječ o tome da nas uređaj prisluškuje. “Nije dokazano da je to povezano pa se ne bih previše uznemiravao oko toga.”
Lucijan Carić, stručnjak za internetsku sigurnost, ima pak nešto drugačije viđenje stvari. Na upit sluša li nas mobitel kada pričamo o nekom predmetu, a potom nam se pojave oglasi na društvenim mrežama, Carić odgovara potvrdno.
“Apsolutno je moguće, takve podatke mogu prikupljati sve aplikacije kojima date određene dozvole, primjerice dozvolu za pristup snimaču”, rekao je Carić za N1.
“Dok god telefon radi, on skuplja sve podatke, i o tome što ste i napisali, čak i ako to niste poslali”, upozorava Carić. A upravo se ti podaci mogu koristiti i za ciljane oglase.

Svatko tko ima smartphone – a tko ga nema? – suočio se s tom malom paranojom, ono kad imate osjećaj da vas prisluškuju. I imate pravo – na neki način to se i događa jer ste... vi to tražili!
Možda ste s nekim preko mobitela razgovarali o tome da želite kupiti nove tenisice ili, možda, slušalice, kad ono – u "svemrežju" vam počnu iskakati oglasi upravo za te proizvode. U čemu je kvaka?!
Odgovor na to pitanje potražio je od dvojice stručnjaka N1.
Svakako treba znati koje sve dozvole dajemo svom uređaju jer aplikacije koje imate na svom uređaju prikupljaju gomilu podataka i nije svejedno koja dopuštenja dajete aplikacijama. Mnogi olako dopuštaju "sve kolačiće" kad im iskoči upozorenje o zaštiti podataka, a to se događa često i doista nije "user friendly" svaki čas na izborniku selektirati što ćete omogućiti određenoj aplikaciji.
Tako N1 napominje u uvjetima korištenja trebaju biti navede jasne informacije o tome kako se prikupljaju, pohranjuju i koriste podaci, a na korisnicima je da paze koja dopuštenja daju. Je li to pristup vašem mikrofonu, fotoaparatu, kontaktima, lokaciji, prostoru za pohranu ili samo nečemu od toga.
Neke aplikacije mogu tražiti pristup i za telefon, zapisnik poziva, SMS, lokaciju, a postoji i opcija "ostalo". Stoga svakako treba pripaziti čemu će točno sve aplikacija imati pristup ako odobrite neku od navedenih značajku.
Najbolje je dati pristup samo za ono što je nužno. Primjerice, za WhatsApp morate odobriti pristup kameri i mikrofonu jer bez toga aplikacija ne bi mogla izvršavati neke svoje usluge.
S druge strane, kada posjećujete internetske stranice, pojavi se pitanje o “kolačićima". Neke stranice ne daju vam pristup svom sadržaju dok ne odobrite pristup kolačićima. A kolačići omogućuju internetskim stranicama evidentiranje da ste ih već posjetili, a služe i za spremanje lozinki ili obraza koje ste ispunili.
Europska unija je donijela direktivu poznatu kao “EU zakon o kolačićima” koja regulira način na koji je web stranici dopušteno koristiti kolačiće i obrađivati osobne podatke. EU navodi da kolačići mogu biti koristan alat “u analizi učinkovitosti dizajna internetske stranice i oglašavanja te u provjeravanju identiteta korisnika”.
Informatički stručnjak Marko Rakar osvrnuo se na praksu ciljanih oglasa, no ističe da tu nije riječ o doslovnom prisluškivanju nego da nam se pojavljuju oglasi vezani uz predmete koje smo već pretraživali na internetu.
“To je više fenomen iz psihologije nego stvarni događaj. Ljudi su nešto spomenuli i onda odjednom to počnu primjećivati. Međutim, ako su guglali, utipkavali negdje, na aplikacijama, pretraživačima, onda naravno da ih počnu pratiti takvi oglasi”, navodi Rakar.
Dodao je i da tu nije riječ o tome da nas uređaj prisluškuje. “Nije dokazano da je to povezano pa se ne bih previše uznemiravao oko toga.”
Lucijan Carić, stručnjak za internetsku sigurnost, ima pak nešto drugačije viđenje stvari. Na upit sluša li nas mobitel kada pričamo o nekom predmetu, a potom nam se pojave oglasi na društvenim mrežama, Carić odgovara potvrdno.
“Apsolutno je moguće, takve podatke mogu prikupljati sve aplikacije kojima date određene dozvole, primjerice dozvolu za pristup snimaču”, rekao je Carić za N1.
“Dok god telefon radi, on skuplja sve podatke, i o tome što ste i napisali, čak i ako to niste poslali”, upozorava Carić. A upravo se ti podaci mogu koristiti i za ciljane oglase.
