Guverner HNB-a Boris Vujčić govorio je za RTL o Vladinoj mjeri odgode naplate kredita za tri mjeseca građanima pogođenima krizom zbog koronavirusa.

- Mjera tek počinje ovaj tjedan i odgoda potraživanja na tri mjeseca je za prvi korak nešto što je potrebno. Hoće li biti dovoljno, u ovom trenutku je nemoguće reći. Odgoda je prvenstveno za one koji su pogođeni restrikcijama. Ako one potraju, bit će potrebno produljenje. Ako budu relativno kratke, vratit će se gospodarska aktivnost, rekao je Vujčić.

Kada je riječ o moratoriju u trajanju od godinu dana po uzoru na Lex franak, što predlaže SDP, Vujčić kaže:

- Nisam upoznat s tim, ali bilo koje rješenje mora voditi računa o onome što sam rekao. Jedna je da postoji dio subjekata koji su pogođeni restrikcijama i njima treba omogućiti odgodu. Nikome nije u interesu da zbog više sile manja i srednja poduzeća propadnu. Treba im pomoći da prežive ovo razdoblje, a u tome mora pomoći i država, rekao je guverner HNB-a.

Osvrnuo se na prijedlog da HNB svaka dva tjedna izvještava koliko su poslovne banke upumpale u gospodarstvo. Rekao je da HNB redovito skuplja podatke i moguće ih je redovito i objaviti.

- U ovom trenutku je još rano govoriti, ako se misli na akcije koje su povezane s koronakrizom, ali za koji tjedan ćemo i to moći publicirati, zaključio je.

U usporedbi s krizom iz 2008. godine, Vujčić kaže da je ovo drugačije. Sada se radi o goroj krizi, no trajat će, smatra, kraće.

- Ovo je drugačija vrsta krize jer ona 2008. i 2009. je bila kriza u financijskom sektoru te se prenijela na realni sektor, a ovdje je obrnuto. S tim da je ova kriza i kriza ponude, ali i potražnje pa su makroekonomske politike neefikasne. Teško je poticati potražnju, ako je blokirana ponuda pa bih rekao da je ovo gora kriza, ali trebala bi trajati kraće, rekao je Vujčić za RTL, no ipak ne zna koliko bi sve moglo trajati.

- Nitko nema kristalnu kuglu. Ali ako kriza bude relativno kratka, posljedice ne bi trebale biti velike, imamo mogućnost nositi se s time, kaže Vujčić.

Na pitanje o turističkoj sezoni, guverner HNB-a je siguran da će ona ove godine patiti.

- Rekao bih da se na tržištu već vidi da sezona neće biti kao prema planu, a kolike će biti posljedice, znat će se kad vidimo kolika će sezona biti. Prihoda će biti bitno manje, ali vidjet ćemo koliko, rekao je Boris Vujčić.

Guverner HNB-a Boris Vujčić govorio je za RTL o Vladinoj mjeri odgode naplate kredita za tri mjeseca građanima pogođenima krizom zbog koronavirusa.

- Mjera tek počinje ovaj tjedan i odgoda potraživanja na tri mjeseca je za prvi korak nešto što je potrebno. Hoće li biti dovoljno, u ovom trenutku je nemoguće reći. Odgoda je prvenstveno za one koji su pogođeni restrikcijama. Ako one potraju, bit će potrebno produljenje. Ako budu relativno kratke, vratit će se gospodarska aktivnost, rekao je Vujčić.

Kada je riječ o moratoriju u trajanju od godinu dana po uzoru na Lex franak, što predlaže SDP, Vujčić kaže:

- Nisam upoznat s tim, ali bilo koje rješenje mora voditi računa o onome što sam rekao. Jedna je da postoji dio subjekata koji su pogođeni restrikcijama i njima treba omogućiti odgodu. Nikome nije u interesu da zbog više sile manja i srednja poduzeća propadnu. Treba im pomoći da prežive ovo razdoblje, a u tome mora pomoći i država, rekao je guverner HNB-a.

Osvrnuo se na prijedlog da HNB svaka dva tjedna izvještava koliko su poslovne banke upumpale u gospodarstvo. Rekao je da HNB redovito skuplja podatke i moguće ih je redovito i objaviti.

- U ovom trenutku je još rano govoriti, ako se misli na akcije koje su povezane s koronakrizom, ali za koji tjedan ćemo i to moći publicirati, zaključio je.

U usporedbi s krizom iz 2008. godine, Vujčić kaže da je ovo drugačije. Sada se radi o goroj krizi, no trajat će, smatra, kraće.

- Ovo je drugačija vrsta krize jer ona 2008. i 2009. je bila kriza u financijskom sektoru te se prenijela na realni sektor, a ovdje je obrnuto. S tim da je ova kriza i kriza ponude, ali i potražnje pa su makroekonomske politike neefikasne. Teško je poticati potražnju, ako je blokirana ponuda pa bih rekao da je ovo gora kriza, ali trebala bi trajati kraće, rekao je Vujčić za RTL, no ipak ne zna koliko bi sve moglo trajati.

- Nitko nema kristalnu kuglu. Ali ako kriza bude relativno kratka, posljedice ne bi trebale biti velike, imamo mogućnost nositi se s time, kaže Vujčić.

Na pitanje o turističkoj sezoni, guverner HNB-a je siguran da će ona ove godine patiti.

- Rekao bih da se na tržištu već vidi da sezona neće biti kao prema planu, a kolike će biti posljedice, znat će se kad vidimo kolika će sezona biti. Prihoda će biti bitno manje, ali vidjet ćemo koliko, rekao je Boris Vujčić.

Guverner HNB-a Boris Vujčić govorio je za RTL o Vladinoj mjeri odgode naplate kredita za tri mjeseca građanima pogođenima krizom zbog koronavirusa.

- Mjera tek počinje ovaj tjedan i odgoda potraživanja na tri mjeseca je za prvi korak nešto što je potrebno. Hoće li biti dovoljno, u ovom trenutku je nemoguće reći. Odgoda je prvenstveno za one koji su pogođeni restrikcijama. Ako one potraju, bit će potrebno produljenje. Ako budu relativno kratke, vratit će se gospodarska aktivnost, rekao je Vujčić.

Kada je riječ o moratoriju u trajanju od godinu dana po uzoru na Lex franak, što predlaže SDP, Vujčić kaže:

- Nisam upoznat s tim, ali bilo koje rješenje mora voditi računa o onome što sam rekao. Jedna je da postoji dio subjekata koji su pogođeni restrikcijama i njima...
