Gradonačelnica Siska, Kristina Ikić Baniček, skeptična je po pitanju obnove područja Sisačko-moslovačke županije koje je krajem prosinca pogodio razoran potres. Smatra da će se obnova odužiti.

''Sve ovo što se dogodilo u posljednjih 16 dana ne daje mi za pravo da mislim da će se išta drugo napraviti'', komentira gradonačelnica za RTL.

"Vlada planira povjerenstvo koje će biti osnovano za deset dana, a za kvalitetan program potrebno je najmanje dva mjeseca", govori Ikić Baniček. Toliko, objašnjava, nemaju na raspolaganju. Ljudi žive u kontejnerima, autima i sportskim dvoranama, a vremena nema, rekla je Ikić Baniček.

''Nemamo vremena za povjerenstvo, nemamo vremena za programe, nemamo vremena za išta drugo nego da Stožer koji je osnovan, i proglasio katastrofu, počne donositi konkretne odluke'', komentira.

"Ja upućujem prijedloge i sugestije od osmog dana od potresa, kad su me prvi put nazvali, kad me potpredsjednik Medved zasjeo na čelo Stožera. Nismo članovi Stožera, ni jedan ni drugi gradonačelnik Sjedimo sa strane imamo pravo diskutirati samo o točkama dnevnog reda. No nijedan odgovor još nismo dobili.Trebamo konkretne odgovore. Što sa crvenima N1, što sa crvenim N2, što sa žutima, Konkretni životni problemi, rekla je i nastavila:

''1100 ljudi je otišlo iz Sisačko-moslovačke županije, promijenili su svoje prebivalište i boravište. Da je reakcija grada Siska, volontera, odgajatelja, svih koji su se ugradili u priču prvih 24 sata bila išta slabija, ta brojka bi bila duplo veća. To su ljudi koji su kupili kartu za jedan smjer i neće se vratiti. Bit će ih puno više ako se budemo bavili programima, a ne donošenjem konkretnih odluka i mjera koje su trebale nastupiti jučer.

''Bojim se da ekipa i dalje nema pojma što radi. Bojim se da na papiru će izgledati sve fenomenalno, a da na terenu neće biti ni približno dobro.

Drago joj je, kaže, da su uvrstili i Sisačko-moslovačku županiju u Zakon o obnovi, nadala se da će to ubrzati cijelu proceduru. ''Sad se opet vrtimo u krug'', govori. Ne mogu si priuštiti da se, dok svi ljudi nisu zbrinuti, oni bave programima. Potrebna je jasna procedura, postupanja i ovlasti. ''Nemamo više vremena čekati'', poručila je.

Prijedlozi gradonačelnice su da Vlada mora konkretno objaviti koji su koraci postupanja sa kojom vrstom naljepnice koja je dodijeljena stambenom objektu.

''Ja imam životne sastanke sa upraviteljima zgrada koji žele krenuti u dokumentaciju, ali građani im ne daju da upravljaju sa novcima koji su na računu zgrade jer im Vlada svaki dan na vijestima kaže ''mi ćemo vam obnoviti domove''. Što to znači? Kada? Tko smo to mi? Koja je to agencija? Na koji način?'', pita se gradonačelnica Siska.

Pitanje je tko će obnoviti institucije i javne ustanove na županijskoj razini. Ikić Baniček je, kaže, već počela na gradskoj razini poduzimati korake za obnovu, ali pita se tko će to napraviti na županijskoj razini.

''Ključno je da se prestanu donositi odluke koje nas vrte u krug, koje nas vraćaju jedan korak natrag i da nam daju jasne alate i procedure da se ljudi konačno počinju smještati u čvrste objekte, a ne da ja moram brinuti 16. dan nakon potresa o baki koja spava u garaži i koju ne mogu smjestiti u stambeni kontejner jer sam ih dobila samo 77, a trebam ih 377'', objašnjava.

Svjesna je da ne može tražiti građane Siska da ostanu u svome gradu u uvjetima koji nisu dobri ni za privremeni boravak, a kamo li dok se ne obnove sve građevine.

''Život u kontejnerima nije rješenje, to je životarenje'' te dodaje da je to privremeno rješenje i dati će sve od sebe i neće odustati dok se i posljednja osoba ne smjesti u čvrsti objekt.

''Bojim se da ekipa u Stožeru i Vladi toga nije svjesna'', izjavila je Ikić Baniček.

''Očekujem da Vlada i da potpredsjednik Vlade, Tomo Medved, koji je na čelu Stožera i koji je na čelu te katastrofe, počne donositi konkretne odluke na način da ako ja predložim bankama moratorij, da onda nemate situaciju gdje Hrvatska udruga banaka kaže da u načelu će se moratorij provoditi, ali kamate ćete morati plaćati ili primjer Zagrebačke banke gdje vam nude moratorij na dva mjeseca, ali onda treći mjesec morate platiti sve tri rate odjednom. Tu uređena država mora nastupiti, lupiti šakom o stol i reći da je interes građana iznad kapitala, prije svega'', ogorčeno zaključuje gradonačelnica Siska, Kristina Ikić Baniček za RTL.

Gradonačelnica Siska, Kristina Ikić Baniček, skeptična je po pitanju obnove područja Sisačko-moslovačke županije koje je krajem prosinca pogodio razoran potres. Smatra da će se obnova odužiti.

''Sve ovo što se dogodilo u posljednjih 16 dana ne daje mi za pravo da mislim da će se išta drugo napraviti'', komentira gradonačelnica za RTL.

"Vlada planira povjerenstvo koje će biti osnovano za deset dana, a za kvalitetan program potrebno je najmanje dva mjeseca", govori Ikić Baniček. Toliko, objašnjava, nemaju na raspolaganju. Ljudi žive u kontejnerima, autima i sportskim dvoranama, a vremena nema, rekla je Ikić Baniček.

''Nemamo vremena za povjerenstvo, nemamo vremena za programe, nemamo vremena za išta drugo nego da Stožer koji je osnovan, i proglasio katastrofu, počne donositi konkretne odluke'', komentira.

"Ja upućujem prijedloge i sugestije od osmog dana od potresa, kad su me prvi put nazvali, kad me potpredsjednik Medved zasjeo na čelo Stožera. Nismo članovi Stožera, ni jedan ni drugi gradonačelnik Sjedimo sa strane imamo pravo diskutirati samo o točkama dnevnog reda. No nijedan odgovor još nismo dobili.Trebamo konkretne odgovore. Što sa crvenima N1, što sa crvenim N2, što sa žutima, Konkretni životni problemi, rekla je i nastavila:

''1100 ljudi je otišlo iz Sisačko-moslovačke županije, promijenili su svoje prebivalište i boravište. Da je reakcija grada Siska, volontera, odgajatelja, svih koji su se ugradili u priču prvih 24 sata bila išta slabija, ta brojka bi bila duplo veća. To su ljudi koji su kupili kartu za jedan smjer i neće se vratiti. Bit će ih puno više ako se budemo bavili programima, a ne donošenjem konkretnih odluka i mjera koje su trebale nastupiti jučer.

''Bojim se da ekipa i dalje nema pojma što radi. Bojim se da na papiru će izgledati sve fenomenalno, a da na terenu neće biti ni približno dobro.

Drago joj je, kaže, da su uvrstili i Sisačko-moslovačku županiju u Zakon o obnovi, nadala se da će to ubrzati cijelu proceduru. ''Sad se opet vrtimo u krug'', govori. Ne mogu si priuštiti da se, dok svi ljudi nisu zbrinuti, oni bave programima. Potrebna je jasna procedura, postupanja i ovlasti. ''Nemamo više vremena čekati'', poručila je.

Prijedlozi gradonačelnice su da Vlada mora konkretno objaviti koji su koraci postupanja sa kojom vrstom naljepnice koja je dodijeljena stambenom objektu.

''Ja imam životne sastanke sa upraviteljima zgrada koji žele krenuti u dokumentaciju, ali građani im ne daju da upravljaju sa novcima koji su na računu zgrade jer im Vlada svaki dan na vijestima kaže ''mi ćemo vam obnoviti domove''. Što to znači? Kada? Tko smo to mi? Koja je to agencija? Na koji način?'', pita se gradonačelnica Siska.

Pitanje je tko će obnoviti institucije i javne ustanove na županijskoj razini. Ikić Baniček je, kaže, već počela na gradskoj razini poduzimati korake za obnovu, ali pita se tko će to napraviti na županijskoj razini.

''Ključno je da se prestanu donositi odluke koje nas vrte u krug, koje nas vraćaju jedan korak natrag i da nam daju jasne alate i procedure da se ljudi konačno počinju smještati u čvrste objekte, a ne da ja moram brinuti 16. dan nakon potresa o baki koja spava u garaži i koju ne mogu smjestiti u stambeni kontejner jer sam ih dobila samo 77, a trebam ih 377'', objašnjava.

Svjesna je da ne može tražiti građane Siska da ostanu u svome gradu u uvjetima koji nisu dobri ni za privremeni boravak, a kamo li dok se ne obnove sve građevine.

''Život u kontejnerima nije rješenje, to je životarenje'' te dodaje da je to privremeno rješenje i dati će sve od sebe i neće odustati dok se i posljednja osoba ne smjesti u čvrsti objekt.

''Bojim se da ekipa u Stožeru i Vladi toga nije svjesna'', izjavila je Ikić Baniček.

''Očekujem da Vlada i da potpredsjednik Vlade, Tomo Medved, koji je na čelu Stožera i koji je na čelu te katastrofe, počne donositi konkretne odluke na način da ako ja predložim bankama moratorij, da onda nemate situaciju gdje Hrvatska udruga banaka kaže da u načelu će se moratorij provoditi, ali kamate ćete morati plaćati ili primjer Zagrebačke banke gdje vam nude moratorij na dva mjeseca, ali onda treći mjesec morate platiti sve tri rate odjednom. Tu uređena država mora nastupiti, lupiti šakom o stol i reći da je interes građana iznad kapitala, prije svega'', ogorčeno zaključuje gradonačelnica Siska, Kristina Ikić Baniček za RTL.
