Epidemiologinja Iva Pem Novosel iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) bila je gošća u programu N1 televizije.

U Hrvatskoj je jučer zabilježen 1851 novi slučaj zaraze koronavirusom, a preminulo je 18 osoba. Pem Novosel kaže da su ovakve brojke i predviđali.

“To su očekivane brojke s obzirom na doba godine, zahladilo je, aktivnosti se povlače u zatvorene prostore i automatski je omogućen lakši prijenosa virusa. Sljedećih tjedana očekujemo, nadamo se blagom rastu, teško je to unaprijed prognozirati, ali nadamo se da će do kraja mjeseca uzlazna faza epidemije doći do najveće razine, do tzv. platoa”, rekla je Pem Novosel.

Ističe da kako će situacija izgledati ne ovisi samo o virusu, nego i o našem ponašanju.

“Uz relativno slabu procijepljenost, još uvijek smo među zadnjim zemljama u Europi, ne možemo se pohvaliti iako se još uvijek ljudi cijepe, još uvijek dolaze. Počela je i primjena treće, odnosno booster doze. Ovih dana će sigurno biti nešto veće gužve na punktovima za cijepljenje”, rekla je Pem Novosel.

A uskoro kreće i cijepljenje protiv gripe.

“Cjepivo stiže ovih dana u Hrvatsku, barem je tako najavljeno. Onda slijedi distribucija na teren i kada do zadnjeg mjesta u Hrvatskoj bude distribuirano će se dogovoriti kada će biti početak cijepljenja protiv gripe. Vjerojatno kraj desetog ili početak jedanaestog mjeseca”, kazala je Pem Novosel. Očekuje da će interes biti podjednak onom prošle godine.

Najveći broj zaraženih koronavirusom u posljednje vrijeme kreće se u kolektivima poput škola.

“Nije neobično s obzirom da je školska dob uvijek dob kada se te respiratorne infekcije vrlo lako šire i to je jedna od dobnih skupina gdje su respiratorne infekcije najučestalije, tako je bilo i ranije sa sezonama gripe. Struka zna da je školska dob najbrojnija skupina gdje se te infekcije najlakše šire baš zbog uvjeta gdje djeca šest-sedam sati provode u školama, u tim kolektivima, ako se prostori ne provjetravaju redovito, na malim su razmacima… onda dolazi do lakših prijenosa infekcija”, rekla je Pem Novosel.

Zabrinjava i rast broja preminulih.

“Jako je zastrašujuće. Činjenica da imamo 27, 20 umrlih u jednom danu, to je stvarno velika brojka. To je nešto što želimo izbjeći, da se barem taj broj preminulih smanji. I zato pozivamo i dalje sve da se cijepe, da se pridržavaju mjera. Znam da je svima dosta, da su zasićeni, to je potpuno razumljivo, ali moramo apelirati da je još uvijek uzlazna faza četvrtog vala epidemije i zaista moramo paziti. Svi koji spadaju u rizične skupine neka se idućih dana posebno paze”, naglasila je Pem Novosel.

Epidemiologinja Iva Pem Novosel iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) bila je gošća u programu N1 televizije.

U Hrvatskoj je jučer zabilježen 1851 novi slučaj zaraze koronavirusom, a preminulo je 18 osoba. Pem Novosel kaže da su ovakve brojke i predviđali.

“To su očekivane brojke s obzirom na doba godine, zahladilo je, aktivnosti se povlače u zatvorene prostore i automatski je omogućen lakši prijenosa virusa. Sljedećih tjedana očekujemo, nadamo se blagom rastu, teško je to unaprijed prognozirati, ali nadamo se da će do kraja mjeseca uzlazna faza epidemije doći do najveće razine, do tzv. platoa”, rekla je Pem Novosel.

Ističe da kako će situacija izgledati ne ovisi samo o virusu, nego i o našem ponašanju.

“Uz relativno slabu procijepljenost, još uvijek smo među zadnjim zemljama u Europi, ne možemo se pohvaliti iako se još uvijek ljudi cijepe, još uvijek dolaze. Počela je i primjena treće, odnosno booster doze. Ovih dana će sigurno biti nešto veće gužve na punktovima za cijepljenje”, rekla je Pem Novosel.

A uskoro kreće i cijepljenje protiv gripe.

“Cjepivo stiže ovih dana u Hrvatsku, barem je tako najavljeno. Onda slijedi distribucija na teren i kada do zadnjeg mjesta u Hrvatskoj bude distribuirano će se dogovoriti kada će biti početak cijepljenja protiv gripe. Vjerojatno kraj desetog ili početak jedanaestog mjeseca”, kazala je Pem Novosel. Očekuje da će interes biti podjednak onom prošle godine.

Najveći broj zaraženih koronavirusom u posljednje vrijeme kreće se u kolektivima poput škola.

“Nije neobično s obzirom da je školska dob uvijek dob kada se te respiratorne infekcije vrlo lako šire i to je jedna od dobnih skupina gdje su respiratorne infekcije najučestalije, tako je bilo i ranije sa sezonama gripe. Struka zna da je školska dob najbrojnija skupina gdje se te infekcije najlakše šire baš zbog uvjeta gdje djeca šest-sedam sati provode u školama, u tim kolektivima, ako se prostori ne provjetravaju redovito, na malim su razmacima… onda dolazi do lakših prijenosa infekcija”, rekla je Pem Novosel.

Zabrinjava i rast broja preminulih.

“Jako je zastrašujuće. Činjenica da imamo 27, 20 umrlih u jednom danu, to je stvarno velika brojka. To je nešto što želimo izbjeći, da se barem taj broj preminulih smanji. I zato pozivamo i dalje sve da se cijepe, da se pridržavaju mjera. Znam da je svima dosta, da su zasićeni, to je potpuno razumljivo, ali moramo apelirati da je još uvijek uzlazna faza četvrtog vala epidemije i zaista moramo paziti. Svi koji spadaju u rizične skupine neka se idućih dana posebno paze”, naglasila je Pem Novosel.

Epidemiologinja Iva Pem Novosel iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) bila je gošća u programu N1 televizije.

U Hrvatskoj je jučer zabilježen 1851 novi slučaj zaraze koronavirusom, a preminulo je 18 osoba. Pem Novosel kaže da su ovakve brojke i predviđali.

“To su očekivane brojke s obzirom na doba godine, zahladilo je, aktivnosti se povlače u zatvorene prostore i automatski je omogućen lakši prijenosa virusa. Sljedećih tjedana očekujemo, nadamo se blagom rastu, teško je to unaprijed prognozirati, ali nadamo se da će do kraja mjeseca uzlazna faza epidemije doći do najveće razine, do tzv. platoa”, rekla je Pem Novosel.

Ističe da kako će situacija izgledati ne ovisi samo o virusu, nego i o našem ponašanju.
