Epidemiologinja HZJZ-a, Goranka Petrović, gostovala je u Novom danu televizije N1 gdje je komentirala sve češće slučajeve hripavca kod djece, ali i dolazak gripe.

Petrović kaže da se ne zna kakva će sezona gripe biti jer je to nepredvidljiv virus. "Mi ne znamo ni je li pogođeno to cjepivo koje smo nabavili. No preporuča se odabir onih sojeva koji su cirkulirali. Sada imamo sporadične slučajeve i to je gripa A, ali tek je krenula sezona", rekla je.

Napominje da se cijepiti može kod doktora obiteljske medicine, ali i na punktovima.

"Gripe je bilo manje, pogotovo 2020./2021. kada ona nije bila laboratorijski potvrđena. To što mi registriramo nije stvarna brojka jer je ona 2-3 puta veća jer niti se svi oboljeli jave liječniku, niti svi liječnici to prijave", dodala je.

Kaže da je funkcija cjepiva da zaštiti teške oblike gripe i da se izbjegnu hospitalizacije zbog gripe.

"Starijim osobama od 65 godina se preporuča cijepljenje jer starenjem i sam imunološki sustav stari, a ovo cijepljenje im pomaže da se obnovi imunološki sustav. Dobro je i da se oni zdrave i nerizični cijepe", navela je.

"Nuspojave su najčešće bolnost i crvenilo kod mjesta uboda. Mogu se pojaviti i blagi simptomi gripe poput glavobolje, slabosti i povišene temperature, no to ne znači da je osoba razvila gripu jer ne može se razviti gripa od cjepiva", rekla je.

Napomenula je kako se čini da su se gripa i covid preraspodijelili jer je u početku bilo puno covida i malo gripe, dok opadanjem covida primat preuzima gripa. "Važno je da ljudi koji imaju simptome i jednog i drugog virusa ostanu doma i prebole to kako ne bi širili zarazu. Moguća je i i infekcija gripom i covidom u isto vrijeme, ali nije često. To ne znači i toliko teže simptome, to je puno složenije jer ovisi o osobi", dodala je.

Što se hripavca tiče kaže da je službeno 114 slučajeva i 15-ak sumnji, a najveći je broj njih iz Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, njih 70-ak, i iz Zagreba, njih 17. "Cijepljenje je na razini Hrvatske 93 posto, no imamo županije gdje je to ispod 90 posto, kao što su splitsko-dalmatinska i primorsko-goranska, ali i županije poput dubrovačko-neretvanske i požeško-slavnoske gdje je to ispod 80 posto", navela je Petrović.

"Cjepivo i oboljeli nemaju dugotrajnu zaštitu, nakon 5-10 godina zaštita se gubi. Važno je da se cijepi dojenčad jer su ona najosjetljivija i imaju najveći rizik teškog oblika bolesti. Imamo jedan rezervoara hripavca koji je u školskoj djeci i starijima, a koji je najčešće samo dosadan kašalj, ali time šire bolest na one osjetljive", objasnila je.

U slučaju da se hripavac nađe u školi, svi se oboljeli izoliraju, kao i njihovi bliski kontakti te im se daju antibiotici, i to se primjenjuje u tri škole u Zagrebu. "U Zagrebu je bolja situacija nego u Splitu jer su oboljela školska djeca, dok je u Splitu veći broj oboljelih među najmlađima", dodala je.

Epidemiologinja HZJZ-a, Goranka Petrović, gostovala je u Novom danu televizije N1 gdje je komentirala sve češće slučajeve hripavca kod djece, ali i dolazak gripe.

Petrović kaže da se ne zna kakva će sezona gripe biti jer je to nepredvidljiv virus. "Mi ne znamo ni je li pogođeno to cjepivo koje smo nabavili. No preporuča se odabir onih sojeva koji su cirkulirali. Sada imamo sporadične slučajeve i to je gripa A, ali tek je krenula sezona", rekla je.

Napominje da se cijepiti može kod doktora obiteljske medicine, ali i na punktovima.

"Gripe je bilo manje, pogotovo 2020./2021. kada ona nije bila laboratorijski potvrđena. To što mi registriramo nije stvarna brojka jer je ona 2-3 puta veća jer niti se svi oboljeli jave liječniku, niti svi liječnici to prijave", dodala je.

Kaže da je funkcija cjepiva da zaštiti teške oblike gripe i da se izbjegnu hospitalizacije zbog gripe.

"Starijim osobama od 65 godina se preporuča cijepljenje jer starenjem i sam imunološki sustav stari, a ovo cijepljenje im pomaže da se obnovi imunološki sustav. Dobro je i da se oni zdrave i nerizični cijepe", navela je.

"Nuspojave su najčešće bolnost i crvenilo kod mjesta uboda. Mogu se pojaviti i blagi simptomi gripe poput glavobolje, slabosti i povišene temperature, no to ne znači da je osoba razvila gripu jer ne može se razviti gripa od cjepiva", rekla je.

Napomenula je kako se čini da su se gripa i covid preraspodijelili jer je u početku bilo puno covida i malo gripe, dok opadanjem covida primat preuzima gripa. "Važno je da ljudi koji imaju simptome i jednog i drugog virusa ostanu doma i prebole to kako ne bi širili zarazu. Moguća je i i infekcija gripom i covidom u isto vrijeme, ali nije često. To ne znači i toliko teže simptome, to je puno složenije jer ovisi o osobi", dodala je.

Što se hripavca tiče kaže da je službeno 114 slučajeva i 15-ak sumnji, a najveći je broj njih iz Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, njih 70-ak, i iz Zagreba, njih 17. "Cijepljenje je na razini Hrvatske 93 posto, no imamo županije gdje je to ispod 90 posto, kao što su splitsko-dalmatinska i primorsko-goranska, ali i županije poput dubrovačko-neretvanske i požeško-slavnoske gdje je to ispod 80 posto", navela je Petrović.

"Cjepivo i oboljeli nemaju dugotrajnu zaštitu, nakon 5-10 godina zaštita se gubi. Važno je da se cijepi dojenčad jer su ona najosjetljivija i imaju najveći rizik teškog oblika bolesti. Imamo jedan rezervoara hripavca koji je u školskoj djeci i starijima, a koji je najčešće samo dosadan kašalj, ali time šire bolest na one osjetljive", objasnila je.

U slučaju da se hripavac nađe u školi, svi se oboljeli izoliraju, kao i njihovi bliski kontakti te im se daju antibiotici, i to se primjenjuje u tri škole u Zagrebu. "U Zagrebu je bolja situacija nego u Splitu jer su oboljela školska djeca, dok je u Splitu veći broj oboljelih među najmlađima", dodala je.

Epidemiologinja HZJZ-a, Goranka Petrović, gostovala je u Novom danu televizije N1 gdje je komentirala sve češće slučajeve hripavca kod djece, ali i dolazak gripe.

Petrović kaže da se ne zna kakva će sezona gripe biti jer je to nepredvidljiv virus. "Mi ne znamo ni je li pogođeno to cjepivo koje smo nabavili. No preporuča se odabir onih sojeva koji su cirkulirali. Sada imamo sporadične slučajeve i to je gripa A, ali tek je krenula sezona", rekla je.

Napominje da se cijepiti može kod doktora obiteljske medicine, ali i na punktovima.

"Gripe je bilo manje, pogotovo 2020./2021. kada ona nije bila laboratorijski potvrđena. To što mi registriramo nije stvarna brojka jer je ona 2-3 puta veća jer niti se svi oboljeli jave liječniku, niti svi liječnici to prijave", dodala je.

Kaže da je funkcija cjepiva da zaštiti teške oblike gripe i da se izbjegnu hospitalizacije zbog gripe.

"Starijim osobama od 65 godina se preporuča cijepljenje jer starenjem i sam imunološki sustav stari, a ovo cijepljenje im pomaže da se obnovi imunološki sustav. Dobro je i da se oni zdrave i nerizični cijepe", navela je.

"Nuspojave su najčešće bolnost i crvenilo kod mjesta uboda. Mogu se pojaviti i blagi simptomi gripe poput glavobolje, slabosti i povišene temperature, no to ne znači da je osoba razvila gripu jer ne može se razviti gripa od cjepiva", rekla je.

Napomenula je kako se čini da su se gripa i covid preraspodijelili jer je u početku bilo puno covida i malo gripe, dok opadanjem covida primat preuzima gripa. "Važno je da ljudi koji imaju simptome i jednog i drugog virusa ostanu doma i prebole to kako ne bi širili zarazu. Moguća je i i infekcija gripom i covidom u isto vrijeme, ali nije često. To ne znači i toliko teže simptome, to je puno složenije jer ovisi o osobi", dodala je.
