Nevjerojatna je lakoća kojom se prosvjetne vlasti, iz jedne Vlade u drugu, odnose prema materiji za koju su zaduženi, a to je školstvo, od onoga za mališe, do onoga najvišega. No ako prostodušno konstatiramo da je visoko školstvo i tako namijenjeno punoljetnim građanima, a nije ni obvezno, pitanje osnovnoga obrazovanja koje bi, jel'da, trebalo biti i odgojno, već desetljećima je poligon za pokuse naživo.

Ti pokusi rezultiraju čudnim rezultatima, a najnoviji pokus, nazvan Kritičko mišljenje, zacijelo neće nimalo popraviti lažnu sliku izvrsnosti. Kao što znamo, naime, naše su osnovne škole neprirodno pune odlikaša budući da su i nastavnici digli ruke od kritičkoga mišljenja, a još više od kritičkoga djelovanja pa su, šta će, odlučili ne tući se ni s roditeljima ni s djecom, nego su ono što je po prirodi stvari zaslužilo možda trojku odlučili nagraditi blistavom peticom. Više od polovice hrvatskih đaka je prošlu školsku godinu završilo odličnim uspjehom. Riječ je o 240.482 učenika, odnosno 52,6 posto svih osnovaca i srednjoškolaca, a skoro stotinu tisuća njih bilo je bez ijedne jedine četvorke u svjedodžbi! I ne samo to – opći prosječan uspjeh osnovaca bio je 4,54, što znači da u našim osnovnim školama većina djece prolazi s pet. Imamo fantastičnu djecu, govoreći nekritički. I svi sretni, makar privremeno... Do prijemnog ispita.

Sad ćemo tim pustim odlikašima i njihovim učiteljima, a bogme i roditeljima, ponuditi predmet koji je umno Ministarstvo prosvjete nazvalo Kritičko mišljenje te im uvaliti obvezu da se malo, kao, samokritički i kritično pogledaju u zrcalo te da, makar dvaput tjedno, umjesto nekritičnog izbornog vjeronauka i svih ostalih jednako nekritičkih, ali neizbornih predmeta, usvoje nova znanja. Iz kritičnosti!

Ministarstvo do 15. listopada traži kandidate za radnu skupinu koja bi tek prionula "izradi Nacrta prijedloga kurikuluma nastavnoga predmeta Kritičko mišljenje od 1. do 8. razreda osnovne škole kao alternativnoga izbornog predmeta za one učenike koji ne upisuju konfesionalni Vjeronauk". Nacrt prijedloga! Navodno, tako su barem iz Ministarstva pustili u javnost, ta će radna skupina, kad se skupi, moći svašta nešto, ali će se morati držati deset godina starog Nacionalnog okvirnog kurikuluma za predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje te opće obvezno i srednjoškolsko obrazovanje radi usklađivanja odgojno-obrazovnoga standarda i ujednačavanja opterećenja učenika u osnovnoj školi. Iz Ministarstva kažu i kako će radna skupina, bože zdravlja, "moći predložiti i drugačiji naziv, ali i sadržaj, novoga predmeta koji će se provoditi dva školska sata tjedno". Pritom je ostalo posve nejasno zbog čega su onda uopće posegnuli za ikakvim, a pogotovo tako promašenim, nazivom kad su i naziv predmeta i njegov sadržaj još na vrbi svirala.

Osim toga, zbog čega se ide na samo jedan predmet koji bi, tobože, trebao biti izborni i alternativan vjeronauku? Izbor koji se svodi na ili-ili, nije nikakav izbor. No kako je i vjeronauk tobože izborni predmet, logika je jasna – ne'š ti, dijete, ništa birati. Ima tko hoće! Odlikaši, sine!

Nevjerojatna je lakoća kojom se prosvjetne vlasti, iz jedne Vlade u drugu, odnose prema materiji za koju su zaduženi, a to je školstvo, od onoga za mališe, do onoga najvišega. No ako prostodušno konstatiramo da je visoko školstvo i tako namijenjeno punoljetnim građanima, a nije ni obvezno, pitanje osnovnoga obrazovanja koje bi, jel'da, trebalo biti i odgojno, već desetljećima je poligon za pokuse naživo.

Ti pokusi rezultiraju čudnim rezultatima, a najnoviji pokus, nazvan Kritičko mišljenje, zacijelo neće nimalo popraviti lažnu sliku izvrsnosti. Kao što znamo, naime, naše su osnovne škole neprirodno pune odlikaša budući da su i nastavnici digli ruke od kritičkoga mišljenja, a još više od kritičkoga djelovanja pa su, šta će, odlučili ne tući se ni s roditeljima ni s djecom, nego su ono što je po prirodi stvari zaslužilo možda trojku odlučili nagraditi blistavom peticom. Više od polovice hrvatskih đaka je prošlu školsku godinu završilo odličnim uspjehom. Riječ je o 240.482 učenika, odnosno 52,6 posto svih osnovaca i srednjoškolaca, a skoro stotinu tisuća njih bilo je bez ijedne jedine četvorke u svjedodžbi! I ne samo to – opći prosječan uspjeh osnovaca bio je 4,54, što znači da u našim osnovnim školama većina djece prolazi s pet. Imamo fantastičnu djecu, govoreći nekritički. I svi sretni, makar privremeno... Do prijemnog ispita.

Sad ćemo tim pustim odlikašima i njihovim učiteljima, a bogme i roditeljima, ponuditi predmet koji je umno Ministarstvo prosvjete nazvalo Kritičko mišljenje te im uvaliti obvezu da se malo, kao, samokritički i kritično pogledaju u zrcalo te da, makar dvaput tjedno, umjesto nekritičnog izbornog vjeronauka i svih ostalih jednako nekritičkih, ali neizbornih predmeta, usvoje nova znanja. Iz kritičnosti!

Ministarstvo do 15. listopada traži kandidate za radnu skupinu koja bi tek prionula "izradi Nacrta prijedloga kurikuluma nastavnoga predmeta Kritičko mišljenje od 1. do 8. razreda osnovne škole kao alternativnoga izbornog predmeta za one učenike koji ne upisuju konfesionalni Vjeronauk". Nacrt prijedloga! Navodno, tako su barem iz Ministarstva pustili u javnost, ta će radna skupina, kad se skupi, moći svašta nešto, ali će se morati držati deset godina starog Nacionalnog okvirnog kurikuluma za predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje te opće obvezno i srednjoškolsko obrazovanje radi usklađivanja odgojno-obrazovnoga standarda i ujednačavanja opterećenja učenika u osnovnoj školi. Iz Ministarstva kažu i kako će radna skupina, bože zdravlja, "moći predložiti i drugačiji naziv, ali i sadržaj, novoga predmeta koji će se provoditi dva školska sata tjedno". Pritom je ostalo posve nejasno zbog čega su onda uopće posegnuli za ikakvim, a pogotovo tako promašenim, nazivom kad su i naziv predmeta i njegov sadržaj još na vrbi svirala.

Osim toga, zbog čega se ide na samo jedan predmet koji bi, tobože, trebao biti izborni i alternativan vjeronauku? Izbor koji se svodi na ili-ili, nije nikakav izbor. No kako je i vjeronauk tobože izborni predmet, logika je jasna – ne'š ti, dijete, ništa birati. Ima tko hoće! Odlikaši, sine!

Nevjerojatna je lakoća kojom se prosvjetne vlasti, iz jedne Vlade u drugu, odnose prema materiji za koju su zaduženi, a to je školstvo, od onoga za mališe, do onoga najvišega. No ako prostodušno konstatiramo da je visoko školstvo i tako namijenjeno punoljetnim građanima, a nije ni obvezno, pitanje osnovnoga obrazovanja koje bi, jel'da, trebalo biti i odgojno, već desetljećima je poligon za pokuse naživo.

Ti pokusi rezultiraju čudnim rezultatima, a najnoviji pokus, nazvan Kritičko mišljenje, zacijelo neće nimalo popraviti lažnu sliku izvrsnosti.
