Domovinski pokret optužio je u ponedjeljak Vladu za kršenje zakona jer nije pravovremeno obnovila robne zalihe, zbog čega je smatraju suodgovornom za "kaos na Banovini" nakon razornog potresa.
"Vlada je očigledno prekršila članak 17. Zakona o strateškim robnim zalihama, koji kaže kako se robne zalihe održavaju pravovremenim obnavljanjem. Propuštanjem pravovremenog obnavljanja zaliha kontejnera još proljetos, Vlada je suodgovorna za kaos na Banovini", stoji u priopćenju Domovinskog pokreta.
Poručuju da netko mora odgovarati, "kao što mora odgovarati i netko tko je radio izvedbu ili nadzor obnove zgrada porušenih u velikosrpskoj agresiji".
Iz Ministarstva gospodarstva u nedjelju su nakon ranijih prozivki i optužbi Domovinskog pokreta oko kontejnera, izvijestili da je njih 201 upućeno za pomoć zdravstvenom sustavu u borbi protiv koronavirusa, 77 ih je još uvijek u funkciji smještaja u Zagrebu i okolici, a posljednjih dana 21 kontejner je upućen na područje Petrinje, Gline i Siska.
"S razlogom se pitamo tko je ovdje lud? U Ministarstvu tvrde da država u robnim zalihama ima kontejnere, ali su, eto trenutno zauzeti pa se nitko ne bi smio buniti, iako je Petrinja sravnjena sa zemljom", stoji u priopćenju Domovinskog pokreta.
Ne pojašnjavaju, dodaju, zašto se nitko od odgovornih nije dosjetio nabaviti nove kontejnere prije nego se dogodila nova katastrofa, niti kako je moguće da se zdravstvenom sustavu kontejnere dodijelilo bez javnog natječaja, niti kako je moguće da i devet mjeseci poslije potresa u Zagrebu u kontejnerima još živi čak 77 obitelji.
Odgovorna vlast bi u svakom trenutku morala imati rezervu koja se kontinuirano obnavlja, poručuje DP.
Opravdavanja Ministarstva vrhunac indolencije, neorganiziranosti i gluposti
Pravdati se da kontejnera ima dovoljno, samo su raspoređeni na drugim mjestima je, navode, "vrhunac indolencije, neorganiziranosti i gluposti". Kada je netko (imenovan od HDZ-a ili neke druge stranke) primijetio da broj kontejnera pada ispod nekog minimalnog broja, trebao je naručiti nove, dodatne, a ne čekati da se dogodi katastrofa, pa to onda učiniti.
Domovinski pokret navodi da je iz hrvatskih robnih zaliha na pogođena područja stigao tako tek 21 stambeni kontejner, 517 kreveta, 45 agregata, tona mesnih narezaka i samo 2000 suhih obroka. S druge strane, iz cijele Europe na potresom pogođena područja je dosad stiglo ili će uskoro stići ukupno 217 stambenih kontejnera, 1003 šatora, 5570 kreveta, 3685 vreća za spavanje, 501 grijalica, svjetiljki.
Domovinski pokret priopćio je ranije u nedjelju kako je iz neslužbenih, ali visokih povjerljivih izvora doznao da su kontejneri iz robnih zaliha postavljeni uz zelenu granicu, umjesto da se koriste na potresom stradalom području te su pozvali Vladu da odgovori gdje su to nestali kontejneri iz Gunje.
GLAS: Vladi je trebalo sedam dana za prvu reakciju
Stranka GLAS u ponedjeljak je prozvala Vladu što odmah nakon razornog potresa u Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji nije proglasila stanje katastrofe i osnovala stožer za sanaciju, ocijenivši da su reakcije Vlade "katastrofa nakon katastrofe".
"Sedam dana je Vladi trebalo da objavi prvu ozbiljniju reakciju na užas u kojem su se pogođeni ljudi našli, i to nakon mnogih, svakodnevnih apela i upozorenja medija i volontera", navodi GLAS u priopćenju.
Nezamislivo im je da Vlada tek sad najavljuje osnivanje stožera, te ističu da bi "svaka normalna i razumna država odmah prvi dan proglasila katastrofu i preuzela odgovornost za saniranje posljedica elementarne nepogode ovih razmjera".
Dosad su, kažu, već trebali biti pregledani svi objekti, osigurana sva opasna područja i svi građani smješteni na sigurno, posebno jer je to područje svakodnevno pogođeno naknadnim potresima. No, ponovno se pokazalo da, ocjenjuje GLAS, državom ne upravlja nitko i da se građani ne mogu pouzdati u brzu i primjerenu reakciju državnih institucija kad im to najviše treba.
GLAS upozorava da je prošlotjedni potres snažno pogodio i Zagreb, u kojemu su nastale dodatne štete te je još jedan dio građana morao napustiti domove i to prije nego je Vlada uopće ozbiljno krenula u obnovu nakon potresa u ožujku.
"Devet mjeseci nakon zagrebačkog potresa 76 obitelji još uvijek stanuje u kontejnerima, u kojima ih je ih zatekao i ovaj potres", ističe GLAS.

Domovinski pokret optužio je u ponedjeljak Vladu za kršenje zakona jer nije pravovremeno obnovila robne zalihe, zbog čega je smatraju suodgovornom za "kaos na Banovini" nakon razornog potresa.
"Vlada je očigledno prekršila članak 17. Zakona o strateškim robnim zalihama, koji kaže kako se robne zalihe održavaju pravovremenim obnavljanjem. Propuštanjem pravovremenog obnavljanja zaliha kontejnera još proljetos, Vlada je suodgovorna za kaos na Banovini", stoji u priopćenju Domovinskog pokreta.
Poručuju da netko mora odgovarati, "kao što mora odgovarati i netko tko je radio izvedbu ili nadzor obnove zgrada porušenih u velikosrpskoj agresiji".
Iz Ministarstva gospodarstva u nedjelju su nakon ranijih prozivki i optužbi Domovinskog pokreta oko kontejnera, izvijestili da je njih 201 upućeno za pomoć zdravstvenom sustavu u borbi protiv koronavirusa, 77 ih je još uvijek u funkciji smještaja u Zagrebu i okolici, a posljednjih dana 21 kontejner je upućen na područje Petrinje, Gline i Siska.
"S razlogom se pitamo tko je ovdje lud? U Ministarstvu tvrde da država u robnim zalihama ima kontejnere, ali su, eto trenutno zauzeti pa se nitko ne bi smio buniti, iako je Petrinja sravnjena sa zemljom", stoji u priopćenju Domovinskog pokreta.
Ne pojašnjavaju, dodaju, zašto se nitko od odgovornih nije dosjetio nabaviti nove kontejnere prije nego se dogodila nova katastrofa, niti kako je moguće da se zdravstvenom sustavu kontejnere dodijelilo bez javnog natječaja, niti kako je moguće da i devet mjeseci poslije potresa u Zagrebu u kontejnerima još živi čak 77 obitelji.
Odgovorna vlast bi u svakom trenutku morala imati rezervu koja se kontinuirano obnavlja, poručuje DP.
Opravdavanja Ministarstva vrhunac indolencije, neorganiziranosti i gluposti
Pravdati se da kontejnera ima dovoljno, samo su raspoređeni na drugim mjestima je, navode, "vrhunac indolencije, neorganiziranosti i gluposti". Kada je netko (imenovan od HDZ-a ili neke druge stranke) primijetio da broj kontejnera pada ispod nekog minimalnog broja, trebao je naručiti nove, dodatne, a ne čekati da se dogodi katastrofa, pa to onda učiniti.
Domovinski pokret navodi da je iz hrvatskih robnih zaliha na pogođena područja stigao tako tek 21 stambeni kontejner, 517 kreveta, 45 agregata, tona mesnih narezaka i samo 2000 suhih obroka. S druge strane, iz cijele Europe na potresom pogođena područja je dosad stiglo ili će uskoro stići ukupno 217 stambenih kontejnera, 1003 šatora, 5570 kreveta, 3685 vreća za spavanje, 501 grijalica, svjetiljki.
Domovinski pokret priopćio je ranije u nedjelju kako je iz neslužbenih, ali visokih povjerljivih izvora doznao da su kontejneri iz robnih zaliha postavljeni uz zelenu granicu, umjesto da se koriste na potresom stradalom području te su pozvali Vladu da odgovori gdje su to nestali kontejneri iz Gunje.
GLAS: Vladi je trebalo sedam dana za prvu reakciju
Stranka GLAS u ponedjeljak je prozvala Vladu što odmah nakon razornog potresa u Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji nije proglasila stanje katastrofe i osnovala stožer za sanaciju, ocijenivši da su reakcije Vlade "katastrofa nakon katastrofe".
"Sedam dana je Vladi trebalo da objavi prvu ozbiljniju reakciju na užas u kojem su se pogođeni ljudi našli, i to nakon mnogih, svakodnevnih apela i upozorenja medija i volontera", navodi GLAS u priopćenju.
Nezamislivo im je da Vlada tek sad najavljuje osnivanje stožera, te ističu da bi "svaka normalna i razumna država odmah prvi dan proglasila katastrofu i preuzela odgovornost za saniranje posljedica elementarne nepogode ovih razmjera".
Dosad su, kažu, već trebali biti pregledani svi objekti, osigurana sva opasna područja i svi građani smješteni na sigurno, posebno jer je to područje svakodnevno pogođeno naknadnim potresima. No, ponovno se pokazalo da, ocjenjuje GLAS, državom ne upravlja nitko i da se građani ne mogu pouzdati u brzu i primjerenu reakciju državnih institucija kad im to najviše treba.
GLAS upozorava da je prošlotjedni potres snažno pogodio i Zagreb, u kojemu su nastale dodatne štete te je još jedan dio građana morao napustiti domove i to prije nego je Vlada uopće ozbiljno krenula u obnovu nakon potresa u ožujku.
"Devet mjeseci nakon zagrebačkog potresa 76 obitelji još uvijek stanuje u kontejnerima, u kojima ih je ih zatekao i ovaj potres", ističe GLAS.
