Kada smo lani u ovo doba pisali o rekordnom urodu trešanja, najveći problem proizvođača bio je pronalazak radne snage za branje. Složeni mehanizam odobravanja dozvola za uvoz radne snage nemilosrdnim je birokratskim mjerama ostavio mnoge sezonske proizvođače hrane bez dovoljno radnika. Najdrastičniji primjer zabilježili smo u voćnjaku Zlatana Kljakovića Gašpića, predsjednika udruge ZG Trešnja, u selu Majkovec nedaleko od Svete Helene, piše Jutarnji list.

Jedan od najvećih proizvođača trešanja u Hrvatskoj požalio nam se kako će unatoč sjajnom urodu sa 7600 stabala trešanja na 3,2 hektara biti sretan ako obere njih petnaestak posto. Iako je očajnički zvao agencije za uvoz radne snage i apelirao na službenike u uredima za nezaposlene, čak 6500 stabala punih trešanja ostalo je neiskorišteno i njemu donijelo milijunske gubitke.

No, ovaj diplomirani inženjer agronomije sa 40-godišnjim iskustvom u uzgoju voća nije se obeshrabrio i nastavio je proizvodnju iako početak godine nije bio najbolji za voćare.

Problemi s kišom

- Nepisano je pravilo kako se nakon rekordne godine obično događa pad pa je tako kišni period nagovijestio manji urod jer su pčele bile manje aktivne u vrijeme oprašivanja. Srećom nije bilo mrazova, ali uporna kiša je kod ranih sorti izazvala pucanje zrelih plodova. Kiša je uništila velik dio uroda kaštelanskih, zadarskih, pa i istarskih trešanja, a kod nas na kontinentu dio uroda je spašen - započinje Kljaković Gašpić analizu sezone dozrijevanja trešanja.

Prve domaće, pomalo popucale pojavile su se na tržnicama kada su uvozne iz Španjolske po 10-15 eura dizale kosu potrošačima, ali ta visoka cijena bila je velikim dijelom posljedica lošeg uroda u Italiji i velike potražnje u EU.

- Svi su se tada pitali kolika će biti cijena domaćih? Pa isto visoka zato što je nema, jer tržište određuje cijenu, a ne mi proizvođači. Ja sam, recimo, dio svojih ranih trešanja premium klase prodavao za 10, 12, 14 eura po kilogramu, ovisno o stanju na tržištu. Sad je cijena prepolovljena, neki dan sam prodao ono što vrijedi 7 eura za 5 jer svježi urod treba što prije otići s plantaže, kad dolaze u berbu srednje kasne sorte koje su najbolje i ima ih najviše - kaže.

I u toj utrci s vremenom tek počinju problemi jer vremenska prognoza koja je ozbiljnim proizvođačima ispred molitve pokazuje da bi promjenjivo vrijeme s čestim oborinama moglo potrajati sve do 20. lipnja. A kiša je za trešnje najveća opasnost, zreli plodovi pucaju, brzo trunu i ne isplati ih se ni brati.

Navala radnika

- Ma kakav pekmez, kakva rakija!? Tu nema spasa. Treba brati ono što se može prodati jer na tržište uskoro dolaze velike količine uvoznih trešanja. Talijani i Španjolci sada ispadaju iz igre, iz Maroka i Tunisa je znalo doći samo ranih sorti, a Turci sve viškove šalju u Rusiju. Tržište će preplaviti uvozne trešnje iz Srbije koja je miljama daleko od nas napredovala u proizvodnji i kapacitetima obrade i skladištenja. Sad imaju velike viškove i nisku nabavnu cijenu od oko tri eura, što ne znači da će u maloprodaji cijena pasti, nego se stabilizirati na oko pet - rekao je.

Naime, i lani je, unatoč velikom urodu, cijena trešanja bila od 30 do 50 kuna, ali rasli su svi troškovi proizvodnje, pa i radne snage. Lani nije mogao naći radnike, a ove se godine, kaže, teško obranio od navale ponuda iz Agencija koje nude Nepalce i Indijce, no radije je odabrao domaće ljude s burze.

- Ne znam što se dogodilo u odnosu na lani kad se nitko nije javio. Mislim da mogu biti zadovoljni satnicom od 5 eura i plaćenim prijevozom, a bolji berači, koji rade na kilu, mogu zaraditi i 60 eura za 8 sati rada - zaključio je.

Kada smo lani u ovo doba pisali o rekordnom urodu trešanja, najveći problem proizvođača bio je pronalazak radne snage za branje. Složeni mehanizam odobravanja dozvola za uvoz radne snage nemilosrdnim je birokratskim mjerama ostavio mnoge sezonske proizvođače hrane bez dovoljno radnika. Najdrastičniji primjer zabilježili smo u voćnjaku Zlatana Kljakovića Gašpića, predsjednika udruge ZG Trešnja, u selu Majkovec nedaleko od Svete Helene, piše Jutarnji list.

Jedan od najvećih proizvođača trešanja u Hrvatskoj požalio nam se kako će unatoč sjajnom urodu sa 7600 stabala trešanja na 3,2 hektara biti sretan ako obere njih petnaestak posto. Iako je očajnički zvao agencije za uvoz radne snage i apelirao na službenike u uredima za nezaposlene, čak 6500 stabala punih trešanja ostalo je neiskorišteno i njemu donijelo milijunske gubitke.

No, ovaj diplomirani inženjer agronomije sa 40-godišnjim iskustvom u uzgoju voća nije se obeshrabrio i nastavio je proizvodnju iako početak godine nije bio najbolji za voćare.

Problemi s kišom

- Nepisano je pravilo kako se nakon rekordne godine obično događa pad pa je tako kišni period nagovijestio manji urod jer su pčele bile manje aktivne u vrijeme oprašivanja. Srećom nije bilo mrazova, ali uporna kiša je kod ranih sorti izazvala pucanje zrelih plodova. Kiša je uništila velik dio uroda kaštelanskih, zadarskih, pa i istarskih trešanja, a kod nas na kontinentu dio uroda je spašen - započinje Kljaković Gašpić analizu sezone dozrijevanja trešanja.

Prve domaće, pomalo popucale pojavile su se na tržnicama kada su uvozne iz Španjolske po 10-15 eura dizale kosu potrošačima, ali ta visoka cijena bila je velikim dijelom posljedica lošeg uroda u Italiji i velike potražnje u EU.

- Svi su se tada pitali kolika će biti cijena domaćih? Pa isto visoka zato što je nema, jer tržište određuje cijenu, a ne mi proizvođači. Ja sam, recimo, dio svojih ranih trešanja premium klase prodavao za 10, 12, 14 eura po kilogramu, ovisno o stanju na tržištu. Sad je cijena prepolovljena, neki dan sam prodao ono što vrijedi 7 eura za 5 jer svježi urod treba što prije otići s plantaže, kad dolaze u berbu srednje kasne sorte koje su najbolje i ima ih najviše - kaže.

I u toj utrci s vremenom tek počinju problemi jer vremenska prognoza koja je ozbiljnim proizvođačima ispred molitve pokazuje da bi promjenjivo vrijeme s čestim oborinama moglo potrajati sve do 20. lipnja. A kiša je za trešnje najveća opasnost, zreli plodovi pucaju, brzo trunu i ne isplati ih se ni brati.

Navala radnika

- Ma kakav pekmez, kakva rakija!? Tu nema spasa. Treba brati ono što se može prodati jer na tržište uskoro dolaze velike količine uvoznih trešanja. Talijani i Španjolci sada ispadaju iz igre, iz Maroka i Tunisa je znalo doći samo ranih sorti, a Turci sve viškove šalju u Rusiju. Tržište će preplaviti uvozne trešnje iz Srbije koja je miljama daleko od nas napredovala u proizvodnji i kapacitetima obrade i skladištenja. Sad imaju velike viškove i nisku nabavnu cijenu od oko tri eura, što ne znači da će u maloprodaji cijena pasti, nego se stabilizirati na oko pet - rekao je.

Naime, i lani je, unatoč velikom urodu, cijena trešanja bila od 30 do 50 kuna, ali rasli su svi troškovi proizvodnje, pa i radne snage. Lani nije mogao naći radnike, a ove se godine, kaže, teško obranio od navale ponuda iz Agencija koje nude Nepalce i Indijce, no radije je odabrao domaće ljude s burze.

- Ne znam što se dogodilo u odnosu na lani kad se nitko nije javio. Mislim da mogu biti zadovoljni satnicom od 5 eura i plaćenim prijevozom, a bolji berači, koji rade na kilu, mogu zaraditi i 60 eura za 8 sati rada - zaključio je.
