Hrvatska narodna banka potvrdila je da su krajem prošle godine na tržištu kupili zlato ukupne vrijednosti 96 milijuna eura. Riječ je o 56.256,29 unca zlata spomenute vrijednosti 96 milijuna eura po tečaju od 30. prosinca 2022. Više od tonu i pol zlata HNB je zatim prenio u međunarodne pričuve u sjedištu Europske središnje banke (ESB) u Frankfurtu. Hrvatska središnja banka pritom nije imala zlato u svojim rezervama više od dvadeset godina, a cijela transakcija je odrađena kao obveza nakon ulaska Hrvatske u eurozonu 1. siječnja ove godine, piše Jutarnji.

Kako su cijelu proceduru objasnili u HNB-u, Statutom Europskog sustava središnjih banaka (ESSB) i Europske središnje banke propisano je da nacionalna središnja banka država članica prilikom pristupanja Europskom sustavu dio međunarodnih, odnosno deviznih pričuva prenosi Europskoj središnjoj banci. Na temelju toga, ESB je 30. prosinca 2022. donio odluku o uplaćivanju kapitala, prijenosu deviznih pričuva i doprinosima Hrvatske narodne banke u svoje pričuve i rezervacije. Iznos prijenosa deviznih pričuva određuje se prema kapitalnom ključu nacionalne središnje banke u odnosu na postojeće stanje međunarodnih pričuva ESB-a, a struktura prijenosa određena je tako da se 85 posto iznosa prenosi u američkim dolarima, a 15 posto u zlatu.

"U skladu s tim iznos deviznih pričuva izraženih u eurima primjenom tečaja od 30. prosinca 2022. koje je HNB trebao prenijeti ESB-u ocijenjen je na 639,9 milijuna eura. Prijenos u američkim dolarima, dakle 85 posto ukupnog prijenosa iskazan u eurima, iznosio je 543,9 milijuna eura. Prijenos zlata, 15 posto iznosa od 639,9 milijuna eura, iznosio je 96 milijuna eura. Za potrebe prijenosa zlata Hrvatska narodna banka pribavila je na tržištu u prosincu 2022. adekvatan iznos tzv. nealociranog zlata (bez fizičkog transporta u Hrvatsku). Sam prijenos deviznih pričuva ESB-u bio je 3. siječnja 2023. Na temelju prijenosa dijela međunarodnih pričuva u Europsku središnju banku, HNB u svojoj bilanci na strani imovine zadržava istovjetan iznos potraživanja od ESB-a", pojašnjavaju u HNB-u.

Uz to, ističu kako upravljaju financijskom imovinom koju čine vlastita domaća financijska sredstva u eurima i međunarodne pričuve Republike Hrvatske koje nisu prenesene Europskoj središnjoj banci (ESB). Financijskom imovinom HNB upravlja u skladu s vlastitim odrednicama, a prema načelima likvidnosti i sigurnosti ulaganja. Pritom ulaganja moraju biti usklađena i s ograničenjima unutar Europskog sustava kako bi se spriječio utjecaj na provođenje monetarne politike ESB-a te poštovala zabrana monetarnog financiranja. Nacionalne središnje banke Europskog sustava upravljaju financijskom imovinom kako bi, između ostalog, osigurale svoju financijsku nezavisnost i nesmetano obavljanje zadaća koje ostaju u nadležnosti pojedine nacionalne središnje banke.

HNB sudjeluje i u upravljanju dijela međunarodnih pričuva koji je s pristupanjem europodručju prenesen ESB-u, kao što to uime ESB-a čine i sve druge nacionalne središnje banke Europskog sustava. Međunarodne pričuve Europske središnje banke služe za osiguravanja kredibiliteta Europskog sustava središnjih banaka (ESSB) i mogu se koristiti pri intervencijama na deviznom tržištu.

Hrvatska narodna banka potvrdila je da su krajem prošle godine na tržištu kupili zlato ukupne vrijednosti 96 milijuna eura. Riječ je o 56.256,29 unca zlata spomenute vrijednosti 96 milijuna eura po tečaju od 30. prosinca 2022. Više od tonu i pol zlata HNB je zatim prenio u međunarodne pričuve u sjedištu Europske središnje banke (ESB) u Frankfurtu. Hrvatska središnja banka pritom nije imala zlato u svojim rezervama više od dvadeset godina, a cijela transakcija je odrađena kao obveza nakon ulaska Hrvatske u eurozonu 1. siječnja ove godine, piše Jutarnji.

Kako su cijelu proceduru objasnili u HNB-u, Statutom Europskog sustava središnjih banaka (ESSB) i Europske središnje banke propisano je da nacionalna središnja banka država članica prilikom pristupanja Europskom sustavu dio međunarodnih, odnosno deviznih pričuva prenosi Europskoj središnjoj banci. Na temelju toga, ESB je 30. prosinca 2022. donio odluku o uplaćivanju kapitala, prijenosu deviznih pričuva i doprinosima Hrvatske narodne banke u svoje pričuve i rezervacije. Iznos prijenosa deviznih pričuva određuje se prema kapitalnom ključu nacionalne središnje banke u odnosu na postojeće stanje međunarodnih pričuva ESB-a, a struktura prijenosa određena je tako da se 85 posto iznosa prenosi u američkim dolarima, a 15 posto u zlatu.

"U skladu s tim iznos deviznih pričuva izraženih u eurima primjenom tečaja od 30. prosinca 2022. koje je HNB trebao prenijeti ESB-u ocijenjen je na 639,9 milijuna eura. Prijenos u američkim dolarima, dakle 85 posto ukupnog prijenosa iskazan u eurima, iznosio je 543,9 milijuna eura. Prijenos zlata, 15 posto iznosa od 639,9 milijuna eura, iznosio je 96 milijuna eura. Za potrebe prijenosa zlata Hrvatska narodna banka pribavila je na tržištu u prosincu 2022. adekvatan iznos tzv. nealociranog zlata (bez fizičkog transporta u Hrvatsku). Sam prijenos deviznih pričuva ESB-u bio je 3. siječnja 2023. Na temelju prijenosa dijela međunarodnih pričuva u Europsku središnju banku, HNB u svojoj bilanci na strani imovine zadržava istovjetan iznos potraživanja od ESB-a", pojašnjavaju u HNB-u.

Uz to, ističu kako upravljaju financijskom imovinom koju čine vlastita domaća financijska sredstva u eurima i međunarodne pričuve Republike Hrvatske koje nisu prenesene Europskoj središnjoj banci (ESB). Financijskom imovinom HNB upravlja u skladu s vlastitim odrednicama, a prema načelima likvidnosti i sigurnosti ulaganja. Pritom ulaganja moraju biti usklađena i s ograničenjima unutar Europskog sustava kako bi se spriječio utjecaj na provođenje monetarne politike ESB-a te poštovala zabrana monetarnog financiranja. Nacionalne središnje banke Europskog sustava upravljaju financijskom imovinom kako bi, između ostalog, osigurale svoju financijsku nezavisnost i nesmetano obavljanje zadaća koje ostaju u nadležnosti pojedine nacionalne središnje banke.

HNB sudjeluje i u upravljanju dijela međunarodnih pričuva koji je s pristupanjem europodručju prenesen ESB-u, kao što to uime ESB-a čine i sve druge nacionalne središnje banke Europskog sustava. Međunarodne pričuve Europske središnje banke služe za osiguravanja kredibiliteta Europskog sustava središnjih banaka (ESSB) i mogu se koristiti pri intervencijama na deviznom tržištu.

Hrvatska narodna banka potvrdila je da su krajem prošle godine na tržištu kupili zlato ukupne vrijednosti 96 milijuna eura.
