- Od jučer, od osam sati ujutro, stoje nam kamioni na Bregani na ulazu u Hrvatsku. Kakva je to organizacija? Kud to sve vodi? Kakva je to kontrola? Koliko to traje? Koliki je to promet? Je li tamo premalo ljudi? Pa šoferi će nam dobiti koronu samo zbog čekanja na granici – uzrujano nam je kazao Dragutin Kranjčec, predsjednik Udruge hrvatskih cestovnih prijevoznika govoreći o kaosu koji se zbog koronavirusa događa u teretnom prometu.

Ne zna je li točno što mu je rekao jedan od vozača kamiona pristiglih iz Italije, a nema, kaže, razloga sumnjati u njegove riječi, da je na Bregani za njih angažiran samo jedan policajac ("pregledavaju ih sanitarni inspektori, dobijaju ta nekakva rješenja...").

Kranjčec objašnjava i što na granici, primjerice, očekuje vozače dvaju kamiona zadarskih tablica koji su, doznajemo, jučer natovareni kupaonskom opremom u Mantovi, jednom od gradova u središtu najvećeg žarišta koronovirusa u Europi - talijanskoj regiji Lombardija.

- Oni će doći u Hrvatsku, bit će evidentirani, a vozači dva tjedna neće smjeti voziti. Od jučer je na snazi odluka da svi vozači koji su bili u Italiji moraju biti u kućnoj izolaciju od 14 dana. Znači da, kad se vrate iz Italije, dva tjedna više ne mogu raditi. Mi pak tvrdimo da bi transfer iz Hrvatske trebao biti slobodan. Promet roba ne bi smio stati zbog koronavirusa – izričit je Kranjčec navodeći kako ima vozača koji traže da voze za Italiju, ali im je to onemogućeno.

- Dobili smo i informaciju da su Srbi zatvorili manje granične prijelaze gdje ne mogu kontrolirati sa sanitarnim inspektorima. Znam samo da su Slovenija i Austrija dogovorila slobodan prijevoz kamionima prema Italiji. Znači nema ograničenja, mogu voziti svaki tjedan, dakako uz zdravstvenu kontrolu – naglašava Kranjčec ljutit što se situacija s koronavirusom lomi preko leđa hrvatskih vozača kamiona, a on danas na varaždinskom području primjećuje nešto što nije vidio zadnjih pet godina – talijanske registarske oznake na teretnim vozilima.

- Sad ih tu ima. Znači Hrvati ne mogu voziti, a stranci mogu. Uz to, ako malo bolje pogledate tko je donio tu bolest u Hrvatsku iz Italije, najmanji problem su vozači kamiona. Donijeli su je radnici u ugostiteljstvu i turistički djelatnici. Ali to se jako dobro skriva, za sve u krivi vozači – govori Kranjčec i upućuje dramatično upozorenje:"Ako tjedan dana neće biti prometa između zemalja Hrvatska će biti gladna, jer ne proizvodimo niti trećinu hrane za svoje potrebe. Sve uvozimo. Za velike trgovačke centre, mahom iz Italije i Njemačke".

Zato moli Stožer za civilnu zaštitu da Udruzi hrvatskih cestovnih prijevoznika na dnevnoj bazi proslijedi informacije o razvoju situacije, kako bi se izbjegle gužve i problemi.

- Mi kao udruga nijednu informaciju iz Stožera nismo dobili na papiru. Nekakvu službenu uputu, pravila... Dobijamo ono što dobija cijela hrvatska javnost. S pressica, konferencija, lovimo informacije po medijima. I to nije dobro, mi moramo dobiti prvi, pravu i cjelovitu informaciju, a ne da se na jednoj granici događa jedno, a na drugoj drugo. Dobijamo oprečne informacije, koje nisu ni točne ni vjerodostojne, jer stižu s tri, četiri strane i na kraju ne znamo koja je prava - potužio se Kranjčec.

- Od jučer, od osam sati ujutro, stoje nam kamioni na Bregani na ulazu u Hrvatsku. Kakva je to organizacija? Kud to sve vodi? Kakva je to kontrola? Koliko to traje? Koliki je to promet? Je li tamo premalo ljudi? Pa šoferi će nam dobiti koronu samo zbog čekanja na granici – uzrujano nam je kazao Dragutin Kranjčec, predsjednik Udruge hrvatskih cestovnih prijevoznika govoreći o kaosu koji se zbog koronavirusa događa u teretnom prometu.

Ne zna je li točno što mu je rekao jedan od vozača kamiona pristiglih iz Italije, a nema, kaže, razloga sumnjati u njegove riječi, da je na Bregani za njih angažiran samo jedan policajac ("pregledavaju ih sanitarni inspektori, dobijaju ta nekakva rješenja...").

Kranjčec objašnjava i što na granici, primjerice, očekuje vozače dvaju kamiona zadarskih tablica koji su, doznajemo, jučer natovareni kupaonskom opremom u Mantovi, jednom od gradova u središtu najvećeg žarišta koronovirusa u Europi - talijanskoj regiji Lombardija.

- Oni će doći u Hrvatsku, bit će evidentirani, a vozači dva tjedna neće smjeti voziti. Od jučer je na snazi odluka da svi vozači koji su bili u Italiji moraju biti u kućnoj izolaciju od 14 dana. Znači da, kad se vrate iz Italije, dva tjedna više ne mogu raditi. Mi pak tvrdimo da bi transfer iz Hrvatske trebao biti slobodan. Promet roba ne bi smio stati zbog koronavirusa – izričit je Kranjčec navodeći kako ima vozača koji traže da voze za Italiju, ali im je to onemogućeno.

- Dobili smo i informaciju da su Srbi zatvorili manje granične prijelaze gdje ne mogu kontrolirati sa sanitarnim inspektorima. Znam samo da su Slovenija i Austrija dogovorila slobodan prijevoz kamionima prema Italiji. Znači nema ograničenja, mogu voziti svaki tjedan, dakako uz zdravstvenu kontrolu – naglašava Kranjčec ljutit što se situacija s koronavirusom lomi preko leđa hrvatskih vozača kamiona, a on danas na varaždinskom području primjećuje nešto što nije vidio zadnjih pet godina – talijanske registarske oznake na teretnim vozilima.

- Sad ih tu ima. Znači Hrvati ne mogu voziti, a stranci mogu. Uz to, ako malo bolje pogledate tko je donio tu bolest u Hrvatsku iz Italije, najmanji problem su vozači kamiona. Donijeli su je radnici u ugostiteljstvu i turistički djelatnici. Ali to se jako dobro skriva, za sve u krivi vozači – govori Kranjčec i upućuje dramatično upozorenje:"Ako tjedan dana neće biti prometa između zemalja Hrvatska će biti gladna, jer ne proizvodimo niti trećinu hrane za svoje potrebe. Sve uvozimo. Za velike trgovačke centre, mahom iz Italije i Njemačke".

Zato moli Stožer za civilnu zaštitu da Udruzi hrvatskih cestovnih prijevoznika na dnevnoj bazi proslijedi informacije o razvoju situacije, kako bi se izbjegle gužve i problemi.

- Mi kao udruga nijednu informaciju iz Stožera nismo dobili na papiru. Nekakvu službenu uputu, pravila... Dobijamo ono što dobija cijela hrvatska javnost. S pressica, konferencija, lovimo informacije po medijima. I to nije dobro, mi moramo dobiti prvi, pravu i cjelovitu informaciju, a ne da se na jednoj granici događa jedno, a na drugoj drugo. Dobijamo oprečne informacije, koje nisu ni točne ni vjerodostojne, jer stižu s tri, četiri strane i na kraju ne znamo koja je prava - potužio se Kranjčec.
