U samo četiri akcije u luci Ploče policija i Carina prošle su godine zaplijenili gotovo tonu kokaina i heroina. Droga u Hrvatsku stiže iz Južne Amerike i Azije, a onda se distribuira na europskim narkotržištima, uključujući i hrvatsko.
U istoj luci u studenome pronađeno je 62 kilograma kokaina u improviziranom sanduku magnetima pričvršćenom za oplatu broda koji je iz Južne Amerike uplovio u hrvatsku luku.
O krijumčarenju droge kroz i u Hrvatsku Ilija Radić razgovarao je s pomoćnikom ravnatelja HZJZ-a za suzbijanje zlouporabe droga Željkom Petkovićem, izvještava RTL.
"Trenutno je ponuda enormna, naročito kokaina. Tako da u sve luke na neki način hit luke. Samo za usporedbu, 2020. godine u samo dvije europske luke Antwerpen i Rotterdam je bilo zaplijenjeno preko 100 tona kokaina", kaže Petković.
Objašnjava kako je hrvatska samo tranzitna zemlja za prijevoz droge i da većina supstanci prođe kroz Hrvatsku kako bi došla do većih tržišta zapadne Europe.
Nepoznata snaga balkanskoga kartela
Na pitanje zašto ta droga nije recimo puštena i praćena do destinacije kako bi se dogodila uhićenja, Petković kaže kako možemo znati da droga nije puštena budući da hrvatska policija već desetljećima koristi metodu kontrolirane isporuke.
"Droga je izvađena, sanduci su pušteni, moguće je da će se doći i do krajnjeg počinitelja", kazao je pomoćnik ravnatelja HZJZ-a.
Prije 20 godina je bilo rečeno da uspješna policija plijeni oko 10 posto droge, a sada već govorimo o 20 i 30 posto od ukupne proizvodnje, što je dosta velik postotak, kaže Petković.

Petković kaže kako nitko ne može dati odgovor na pitanje koliko je jak balkanski kartel.
"Ono što je bitno i što ga na neki način karakterizira je to da su to zločinačka udruženja koja jednostavno rade od proizvođača, imaju direktnu liniju u Južnoj Americi. Imaju i cijeli distributivni lanac koji vodi do krajnjeg korisnika", objašnjava.
Nasilje je ono što je u Europskoj uniji postao najveći problem zadnjih desetljeća.
Stvaranje europske agencija za droge
"Droga kao droga je zdravstveni problem, ali ta sigurnosna situacija je eksplodirala i zbog toga je droga postala problem broj jedan", smatra Petković.
"U tijeku je rasprava da se stvori jedna europska agencija za droge. Prije tri godine tomu nije bilo ni u petama", naglašava stručnjak za droge.
U Hrvatskoj se najviše konzumira kanabis. Oko 70 posto svih zapljena je upravo kanabis, potvrđuje Petković. Svaki četvrti Hrvat je probao kanabis dok su prevalencije drugih droga puno manje.

Petković tvrdi da u Hrvatskoj potrošnja kokaina zasigurno raste. "Devet od deset Hrvata nije probalo kokain, ali potrošnja i potražnja raste".
Prije lockdowna često su se koristile mule u krijumčarenju, kaže Petković. Oko 70 kriminalnih udruženja se bavi drogom, tu je jednostavno najveći novac. Postoje ljudi koji su spremni prihvatiti rizik jer se radi o velikoj količini novca.
"Jedan kilogram kokaina na europskom tržištu je 80 tisuća eura i tako puta dva ili tri i to je ogromna svota koju netko može prevesti u svom želucu. No, rizik je ogroman i prevelik", objašnjava Petković,izvještava RTL.

U samo četiri akcije u luci Ploče policija i Carina prošle su godine zaplijenili gotovo tonu kokaina i heroina. Droga u Hrvatsku stiže iz Južne Amerike i Azije, a onda se distribuira na europskim narkotržištima, uključujući i hrvatsko.
U istoj luci u studenome pronađeno je 62 kilograma kokaina u improviziranom sanduku magnetima pričvršćenom za oplatu broda koji je iz Južne Amerike uplovio u hrvatsku luku.
O krijumčarenju droge kroz i u Hrvatsku Ilija Radić razgovarao je s pomoćnikom ravnatelja HZJZ-a za suzbijanje zlouporabe droga Željkom Petkovićem, izvještava RTL.
"Trenutno je ponuda enormna, naročito kokaina. Tako da u sve luke na neki način hit luke. Samo za usporedbu, 2020. godine u samo dvije europske luke Antwerpen i Rotterdam je bilo zaplijenjeno preko 100 tona kokaina", kaže Petković.
Objašnjava kako je hrvatska samo tranzitna zemlja za prijevoz droge i da većina supstanci prođe kroz Hrvatsku kako bi došla do većih tržišta zapadne Europe.
Nepoznata snaga balkanskoga kartela
Na pitanje zašto ta droga nije recimo puštena i praćena do destinacije kako bi se dogodila uhićenja, Petković kaže kako možemo znati da droga nije puštena budući da hrvatska policija već desetljećima koristi metodu kontrolirane isporuke.
"Droga je izvađena, sanduci su pušteni, moguće je da će se doći i do krajnjeg počinitelja", kazao je pomoćnik ravnatelja HZJZ-a.

Petković kaže kako nitko ne može dati odgovor na pitanje koliko je jak balkanski kartel.
"Ono što je bitno i što ga na neki način karakterizira je to da su to zločinačka udruženja koja jednostavno rade od proizvođača, imaju direktnu liniju u Južnoj Americi. Imaju i cijeli distributivni lanac koji vodi do krajnjeg korisnika", objašnjava.
Nasilje je ono što je u Europskoj uniji postao najveći problem zadnjih desetljeća.
Stvaranje europske agencija za droge
"Droga kao droga je zdravstveni problem, ali ta sigurnosna situacija je eksplodirala i zbog toga je droga postala problem broj jedan", smatra Petković.
"U tijeku je rasprava da se stvori jedna europska agencija za droge. Prije tri godine tomu nije bilo ni u petama", naglašava stručnjak za droge.
U Hrvatskoj se najviše konzumira kanabis. Oko 70 posto svih zapljena je upravo kanabis, potvrđuje Petković. Svaki četvrti Hrvat je probao kanabis dok su prevalencije drugih droga puno manje.

Petković tvrdi da u Hrvatskoj potrošnja kokaina zasigurno raste. "Devet od deset Hrvata nije probalo kokain, ali potrošnja i potražnja raste".
Prije lockdowna često su se koristile mule u krijumčarenju, kaže Petković. Oko 70 kriminalnih udruženja se bavi drogom, tu je jednostavno najveći novac. Postoje ljudi koji su spremni prihvatiti rizik jer se radi o velikoj količini novca.
"Jedan kilogram kokaina na europskom tržištu je 80 tisuća eura i tako puta dva ili tri i to je ogromna svota koju netko može prevesti u svom želucu. No, rizik je ogroman i prevelik", objašnjava Petković,izvještava RTL.
