Mladi Adrian Petričević opet je u nevolji! Zbog najnovijeg prometnog prekršaja kojeg je javnost imala prilike pogledati na njegovom YouTube kanalu prije dva dana sada se opet oglasila policija.

- Povodom snimke objavljene u medijima, koja upućuje na počinjenje prometnih prekršaja, vozilo BMW 6, splitskih registarskih oznaka, u vlasništvu 20-godišnjaka danas upućeno na izvanredni tehnički pregled, prilikom kojeg su na vozilu uočeni nedostaci kategorizirani kao opasni.

Obzirom na navedeno, privremeno su oduzete registarske tablice s predmetnog vozila, a 20-godišnjaku je izdan Obvezni prekršajni nalog, zbog prekršaja iz članka 236. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Nastavlja se daljnje kriminalističko istraživanje, u cilju utvrđivanja ostalih prekršaja - kazali su iz splitske policije.

Najnoviji uradak od prije dva dana pak pogledalo je gotovo 200 tisuća ljudi. Adrian u videu objašnjava kako mu je iz Zagreba došao novi skraćeni kardan koji s prijateljima mora montirati, a onda je krenuo u testnu vožnju.  Vidi se da je ponovno napravio niz prometnih prekršaja, a sve je to 'zapaprio' i driftanjem.

S njegovim novim uratkom, u utorak je pak bila upoznata i splitska policija.

- U tijeku je kriminalističko istraživanje u cilju utvrđivanja prometnih prekršaja, kazala je Ana Čepić, glasnogovornica PU Splitsko-dalmatinske tijekom utorka. Objasnila je i kako trebaju napraviti i detaljan pregled snimke kako bi utvrdili što se točno događalo po pitanju vožnje, ali i samog vozila. 

Obećano, učinjeno.

A nije zgorega i spomenuti da je Adrian prije samo dva tjedna izašao iz zatvora. Splitski  "Mad Max" naime, služio je kaznu zbog video vožnje na motociklu kroz Split koje je napravio preko 80 prometnih prekršaja.

Podsjetimo, najveću kaznuje  dobio za višekratno prekoračenje brzine - 50 dana zatvora. Za nekoliko prolazaka kroz crveno sud ga je kaznio s dodatnih 30 dana zatvora.

U oba slučaja višekratni prekršaji tretirali su mu se kao jedno produženo kazneno djelo, a u kaznu mu je uračunato 13 dana provedenih u pritvoru.

Za prekršaje koji nisu kaznena djela (vožnja u suprotnom smjeru, pretjecanje u tunelu itd.) dobio je 14 tisuća kazne, a za sve prekršaje je dobio i dvije godine zabrane upravljanja A kategorijom vozila.

​Mladić je ranije već šest puta pravomoćno osuđivan zbog počinjenih prometnih prekršaja.

Mladi Adrian Petričević opet je u nevolji! Zbog najnovijeg prometnog prekršaja kojeg je javnost imala prilike pogledati na njegovom YouTube kanalu prije dva dana sada se opet oglasila policija.

- Povodom snimke objavljene u medijima, koja upućuje na počinjenje prometnih prekršaja, vozilo BMW 6, splitskih registarskih oznaka, u vlasništvu 20-godišnjaka danas upućeno na izvanredni tehnički pregled, prilikom kojeg su na vozilu uočeni nedostaci kategorizirani kao opasni.

Obzirom na navedeno, privremeno su oduzete registarske tablice s predmetnog vozila, a 20-godišnjaku je izdan Obvezni prekršajni nalog, zbog prekršaja iz članka 236. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Nastavlja se daljnje kriminalističko istraživanje, u cilju utvrđivanja ostalih prekršaja - kazali su iz splitske policije.

Najnoviji uradak od prije dva dana pak pogledalo je gotovo 200 tisuća ljudi. Adrian u videu objašnjava kako mu je iz Zagreba došao novi skraćeni kardan koji s prijateljima mora montirati, a onda je krenuo u testnu vožnju.  Vidi se da je ponovno napravio niz prometnih prekršaja, a sve je to 'zapaprio' i driftanjem.

S njegovim novim uratkom, u utorak je pak bila upoznata i splitska policija.

- U tijeku je kriminalističko istraživanje u cilju utvrđivanja prometnih prekršaja, kazala je Ana Čepić, glasnogovornica PU Splitsko-dalmatinske tijekom utorka. Objasnila je i kako trebaju napraviti i detaljan pregled snimke kako bi utvrdili što se točno događalo po pitanju vožnje, ali i samog vozila. 

Obećano, učinjeno.

A nije zgorega i spomenuti da je Adrian prije samo dva tjedna izašao iz zatvora. Splitski  "Mad Max" naime, služio je kaznu zbog video vožnje na motociklu kroz Split koje je napravio preko 80 prometnih prekršaja.

Podsjetimo, najveću kaznuje  dobio za višekratno prekoračenje brzine - 50 dana zatvora. Za nekoliko prolazaka kroz crveno sud ga je kaznio s dodatnih 30 dana zatvora.

U oba slučaja višekratni prekršaji tretirali su mu se kao jedno produženo kazneno djelo, a u kaznu mu je uračunato 13 dana provedenih u pritvoru.

Za prekršaje koji nisu kaznena djela (vožnja u suprotnom smjeru, pretjecanje u tunelu itd.) dobio je 14 tisuća kazne, a za sve prekršaje je dobio i dvije godine zabrane upravljanja A kategorijom vozila.

​Mladić je ranije već šest puta pravomoćno osuđivan zbog počinjenih prometnih prekršaja.

Mladi Adrian Petričević opet je u nevolji! Zbog najnovijeg prometnog prekršaja kojeg je javnost imala prilike pogledati na njegovom YouTube kanalu prije dva dana sada se opet oglasila policija.

- Povodom snimke objavljene u medijima, koja upućuje na počinjenje prometnih prekršaja, vozilo BMW 6, splitskih registarskih oznaka, u vlasništvu 20-godišnjaka danas upućeno na izvanredni tehnički pregled, prilikom kojeg su na vozilu uočeni nedostaci kategorizirani kao opasni.

Obzirom na navedeno, privremeno su oduzete registarske tablice s predmetnog vozila, a 20-godišnjaku je izdan Obvezni prekršajni nalog, zbog prekršaja iz članka 236. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Nastavlja se daljnje kriminalističko istraživanje, u cilju utvrđivanja ostalih prekršaja - kazali su iz splitsk...
