Obrana bivše državne tajnice Josipe Rimac uputila je pritužbu sucu istrage zagrebačkog Županijskog suda tvrdeći da Uskok u istrazi tzv. afere Vjetroelektrane ne ispituje svjedoke zbog kojih je Rimac u istražnom zatvoru, dok istovremeno ispituje druge svjedoke.

U pritužbi sucu istrage odvjetnica Lidija Horvat ističe da se takvim postupanjem grubo krše prava Josipe Rimac "jer istražni zatvor može biti određen samo kada je to nužno te u najkraćem mogućem trajanju".

Potpuno je razvidno, dodaje, da su svjedoci zbog kojih je Rimac pritvorena već mogli biti ispitani te je ona mogla biti puštena na slobodu.

Obrana podsjeća da je Josipi Rimac 29. lipnja istražni zatvor produljen za još dva mjeseca kako ne bi utjecala na 19 svjedoka iz prve istrage te još njih devet iz proširenja o kojem je Uskok izvijestio na dan kada je sudac istrage treba odlučiti hoće li ranije zatvorene u istrazi afere Vjetroelektrane pustiti na slobodu ili im produljiti istražni zatvor.

Od dana produljenja istražnog zatvora 29. lipnja Uskok je u odnosu na Rimac ispitao tek devet svjedoka.

"Dakle, u 25 dana ispitano je tek devet svjedoka u odnosu na određenu koluzijsku opasnost te je do dana 29. kolovoza kada ističe istražni zatvor preostalo za ispitanih još ukupno čak 19 svjedoka. S obzirom na korištenje godišnjih odmora te neaktivnost rada na predmetu, postoji bojazan da će Uskoku i nakon isteka punih 90 dana trajanja istražnog zatvora i dalje preostati svjedoci za ispitati, a čime se grubo krši žurnost u postupanju u odnosu na osobu koja je lišena slobode", stoji u pritužbi.

Obrana smatra i da takvo postupanje "nije slučajno" jer se istovremeno dok Rimac "sjedi" u istražnom zatvoru Uskok ispitao devet svjedoka zbog kojih joj nije određen istražni zatvor.

Uz Josipu Rimac u Remetincu su zbog utjecaja na svjedoke i HDZ-ova načelnica Gračaca Nataša Turbić, tajnica kabineta Ministarstva poljoprivrede Ružica Njavro i šibenski poduzetnik Ante Sladić.

Osim njih isprva je bio pritvoren i kninski gradski vijećnik Marinko Tokmačija, koji je u naknadno pušten da se brani sa slobode.
U međuvremenu Sud Bosne i Hercegovine odbio je zahtjev za određivanje pritvora drugoosumnjičenom vlasniku tvrtke Lager Milenku Bašiću koji je po hrvatskom nalogu uhićen zajedno s izvršnim direktorom te tvrtke Draganom Stipićem.

Pored spomenutih sedmero, Uskok u aferi Vjetroelektrane sumnjiči predsjednika Uprave Hrvatskih šuma Krunoslava Jakupčića, šefa splitske ispostave Hrvatskih šuma Ivana Melvana i direktora Hrvatske energetske regulatorne agencije (HERA) Tomislava Jurekovića.

Uz njih, prijavljeni su zagrebački poduzetnik Josip Ravlić, kninski poduzetnik Nikola Lapčić i smijenjena pomoćnica ministra gospodarstva Ana Mandac.

U proširenju istrage Uskok Rimac, među ostalim, tereti da je utjecala na članicu Državne ispitne komisije Nadu Budimir kako bi Ana-Mari Škoro prošla državni ispit.

Na teret joj se stavlja i da je svoju sestru Biserku Vujić, uz pomoć okrivljenog Saše Dujmića zaposlila u šibenskoj Elektri, ali i da je u Zavodu za zapošljavanje u Otočcu zaposlila sina osumnjičenog Dražena Prše, glavnog urednika portala koji je trebao pisati o nezakonitim zapošljavanjima u HEP-u.

Obrana bivše državne tajnice Josipe Rimac uputila je pritužbu sucu istrage zagrebačkog Županijskog suda tvrdeći da Uskok u istrazi tzv. afere Vjetroelektrane ne ispituje svjedoke zbog kojih je Rimac u istražnom zatvoru, dok istovremeno ispituje druge svjedoke.

U pritužbi sucu istrage odvjetnica Lidija Horvat ističe da se takvim postupanjem grubo krše prava Josipe Rimac "jer istražni zatvor može biti određen samo kada je to nužno te u najkraćem mogućem trajanju".

Potpuno je razvidno, dodaje, da su svjedoci zbog kojih je Rimac pritvorena već mogli biti ispitani te je ona mogla biti puštena na slobodu.

Obrana podsjeća da je Josipi Rimac 29. lipnja istražni zatvor produljen za još dva mjeseca kako ne bi utjecala na 19 svjedoka iz prve istrage te još njih devet iz proširenja o kojem je Uskok izvijestio na dan kada je sudac istrage treba odlučiti hoće li ranije zatvorene u istrazi afere Vjetroelektrane pustiti na slobodu ili im produljiti istražni zatvor.

Od dana produljenja istražnog zatvora 29. lipnja Uskok je u odnosu na Rimac ispitao tek devet svjedoka.

"Dakle, u 25 dana ispitano je tek devet svjedoka u odnosu na određenu koluzijsku opasnost te je do dana 29. kolovoza kada ističe istražni zatvor preostalo za ispitanih još ukupno čak 19 svjedoka. S obzirom na korištenje godišnjih odmora te neaktivnost rada na predmetu, postoji bojazan da će Uskoku i nakon isteka punih 90 dana trajanja istražnog zatvora i dalje preostati svjedoci za ispitati, a čime se grubo krši žurnost u postupanju u odnosu na osobu koja je lišena slobode", stoji u pritužbi.

Obrana smatra i da takvo postupanje "nije slučajno" jer se istovremeno dok Rimac "sjedi" u istražnom zatvoru Uskok ispitao devet svjedoka zbog kojih joj nije određen istražni zatvor.

Uz Josipu Rimac u Remetincu su zbog utjecaja na svjedoke i HDZ-ova načelnica Gračaca Nataša Turbić, tajnica kabineta Ministarstva poljoprivrede Ružica Njavro i šibenski poduzetnik Ante Sladić.

Osim njih isprva je bio pritvoren i kninski gradski vijećnik Marinko Tokmačija, koji je u naknadno pušten da se brani sa slobode.
U međuvremenu Sud Bosne i Hercegovine odbio je zahtjev za određivanje pritvora drugoosumnjičenom vlasniku tvrtke Lager Milenku Bašiću koji je po hrvatskom nalogu uhićen zajedno s izvršnim direktorom te tvrtke Draganom Stipićem.

Pored spomenutih sedmero, Uskok u aferi Vjetroelektrane sumnjiči predsjednika Uprave Hrvatskih šuma Krunoslava Jakupčića, šefa splitske ispostave Hrvatskih šuma Ivana Melvana i direktora Hrvatske energetske regulatorne agencije (HERA) Tomislava Jurekovića.

Uz njih, prijavljeni su zagrebački poduzetnik Josip Ravlić, kninski poduzetnik Nikola Lapčić i smijenjena pomoćnica ministra gospodarstva Ana Mandac.

U proširenju istrage Uskok Rimac, među ostalim, tereti da je utjecala na članicu Državne ispitne komisije Nadu Budimir kako bi Ana-Mari Škoro prošla državni ispit.

Na teret joj se stavlja i da je svoju sestru Biserku Vujić, uz pomoć okrivljenog Saše Dujmića zaposlila u šibenskoj Elektri, ali i da je u Zavodu za zapošljavanje u Otočcu zaposlila sina osumnjičenog Dražena Prše, glavnog urednika portala koji je trebao pisati o nezakonitim zapošljavanjima u HEP-u.

Prigovor obrane bivše državne tajnice: Uskok ne ispituje svjedoke zbog kojih je Rimac u istražnom zatvoru

Obrana bivše državne tajnice Josipe Rimac uputila je pritužbu sucu istrage zagrebačkog Županijskog suda tvrdeći da Uskok u istrazi tzv. afere Vjetroelektrane ne ispituje svjedoke zbog kojih je Rimac u istražnom zatvoru, dok istovremeno ispituje druge svjedoke.

U pritužbi sucu istrage odvjetnica Lidija Horvat ističe da se takvim postupanjem grubo krše prava Josipe Rimac "jer istražni zatvor može biti određen samo kada je to nužno te u najkraćem mogućem trajanju".

Potpuno je razvidno, dodaje, da su svjedoci zbog kojih je Rimac pritvorena već mogli biti ispitani te je ona mogla biti puštena na slobodu.

Obrana podsjeća da je Josipi Rimac 29. lipnja istražni zatvor produljen za još dva mjeseca kako ne bi utjecala na 19 svjedoka iz prve istrage te još njih devet iz...
