USKOK je podigao optužnicu protiv 45-godišnjeg Romana Poljičanina, oca Ivana Poljičanina kojeg se tereti da je bio dio zločinačkog udruženja predvođenog Željkom Raićem.

Optužnica je podignuta pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu a tereti ga se da je 26. siječnja 2020. godine u ugostiteljskom objektu u Planom kraj Trogira, prilikom susreta sa svjedokom iz istrage koja se provodila protiv njegova sina i drugih, tom istom svjedoku zaprijetio smrću.

Tražio je od svjedoka da povuče iskaz unoseći mu se u lice i prelazeći mu pritom prstom preko vrata, i gurajući ga, zaprijetivši mu smrću ako njegov sin ode u zatvor.

Krajem siječnja ove godine USKOK je podigao optužnicu protiv Željka Rajića (35), Ante Vučka (30), Petra Vuknića (39), Roberta Žuvele (22), Duje Pivčevića (24), Tonća Mikelića (21), Liridona Berishe (33), Lenija Bana (29), Hrvoja Kovčalije (42), Anite Erceg (23), Ivana Poljičanina (26), Roka Rodina (21) i Nikice Jakšića (47).

Ekipu se tereti za više kaznenih djela pokušaja teškog ubojstva, pokušaja ubojstva, iznude i pokušaja iznude te pomaganja u pokušaju iznude, protupravnog oduzimanja slobode, sve u sastavu zločinačkog udruženja te oštećenja tuđe stvari.

Kao član zločinačke na 13. mjestu Ivan Poljičanin iz Segeta Donjeg pojavljuje se u kolovozu prošle godine i to prilikom jednog od proširenja istrage. 

On je u bijegu navodno u susjednoj BiH, a tereti ga se da je zajedno s Banom i Pivčevićem iznuđivao A.R. iz Trogira tijekom rujna i listopada 2018. godine.

USKOK je podigao optužnicu protiv 45-godišnjeg Romana Poljičanina, oca Ivana Poljičanina kojeg se tereti da je bio dio zločinačkog udruženja predvođenog Željkom Raićem.

Optužnica je podignuta pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu a tereti ga se da je 26. siječnja 2020. godine u ugostiteljskom objektu u Planom kraj Trogira, prilikom susreta sa svjedokom iz istrage koja se provodila protiv njegova sina i drugih, tom istom svjedoku zaprijetio smrću.

Tražio je od svjedoka da povuče iskaz unoseći mu se u lice i prelazeći mu pritom prstom preko vrata, i gurajući ga, zaprijetivši mu smrću ako njegov sin ode u zatvor.

Krajem siječnja ove godine USKOK je podigao optužnicu protiv Željka Rajića (35), Ante Vučka (30), Petra Vuknića (39), Roberta Žuvele (22), Duje Pivčevića (24), Tonća Mikelića (21), Liridona Berishe (33), Lenija Bana (29), Hrvoja Kovčalije (42), Anite Erceg (23), Ivana Poljičanina (26), Roka Rodina (21) i Nikice Jakšića (47).

Ekipu se tereti za više kaznenih djela pokušaja teškog ubojstva, pokušaja ubojstva, iznude i pokušaja iznude te pomaganja u pokušaju iznude, protupravnog oduzimanja slobode, sve u sastavu zločinačkog udruženja te oštećenja tuđe stvari.

Kao član zločinačke na 13. mjestu Ivan Poljičanin iz Segeta Donjeg pojavljuje se u kolovozu prošle godine i to prilikom jednog od proširenja istrage. 

On je u bijegu navodno u susjednoj BiH, a tereti ga se da je zajedno s Banom i Pivčevićem iznuđivao A.R. iz Trogira tijekom rujna i listopada 2018. godine.

USKOK je podigao optužnicu protiv 45-godišnjeg Romana Poljičanina, oca Ivana Poljičanina kojeg se tereti da je bio dio zločinačkog udruženja predvođenog Željkom Raićem.

Optužnica je podignuta pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu a tereti ga se da je 26. siječnja 2020. godine u ugostiteljskom objektu u Planom kraj Trogira, prilikom susreta sa svjedokom iz istrage koja se provodila protiv njegova sina i drugih, tom istom svjedoku zaprijetio smrću.

Tražio je od svjedoka da povuče iskaz unoseći mu se u lice i prelazeći mu pritom prstom preko vrata, i gurajući ga, zaprijetivši mu smrću ako njegov sin ode u zatvor.

Krajem siječnja ove godine USKOK je podigao optužnicu protiv Željka Rajića (35), Ante Vučka (30), Petra Vuknića (39), Roberta Žuvele (22), Duje...
