Iako mu je zbog 12 negativnih prekršajnih bodova vozačka dozvola ukinuta s pravom polaganja za više od dvije godine, a zbog čega mu je bio i oduzet automobil, brodsko-posavska policija za volanom je zatekla 29-godišnjaka, kojemu je određena zatvorska kazna od 30 dana.

Iz policije su u srijedu izvijestili kako su jučer popodne u Starom Petrovom Selu kontrolirali 29-godišnjeg vozača te utvrdili da je vozio za vrijeme izrečene mjere zabrane vožnje vozilima "B" kategorije.

Daljnjim provjerama utvrđeno je kako mu je zbog skupljenih 12 negativnih prekršajnih bodova vozačka dozvola oduzeta i ukinuta, sa pravom polaganja za dvije godine i tri mjeseca, te mu je i privremeno oduzet automobil.

Jutros je protiv njega proveden žurni prekršajni sudski postupak te je izrečenom presudom kažnjen na 30 dana zatvora, novčanom kaznom od 18.000 kuna te zabranom vožnje od 15 mjeseci koja će se izvršiti nakon stjecanja prava na upravljanje vozilima.

Privremeno oduzeto vozilo bit će vraćeno vlasniku, kažu u policiji.

Iako mu je zbog 12 negativnih prekršajnih bodova vozačka dozvola ukinuta s pravom polaganja za više od dvije godine, a zbog čega mu je bio i oduzet automobil, brodsko-posavska policija za volanom je zatekla 29-godišnjaka, kojemu je određena zatvorska kazna od 30 dana.

Iz policije su u srijedu izvijestili kako su jučer popodne u Starom Petrovom Selu kontrolirali 29-godišnjeg vozača te utvrdili da je vozio za vrijeme izrečene mjere zabrane vožnje vozilima "B" kategorije.

Daljnjim provjerama utvrđeno je kako mu je zbog skupljenih 12 negativnih prekršajnih bodova vozačka dozvola oduzeta i ukinuta, sa pravom polaganja za dvije godine i tri mjeseca, te mu je i privremeno oduzet automobil.

Jutros je protiv njega proveden žurni prekršajni sudski postupak te je izrečenom presudom kažnjen na 30 dana zatvora, novčanom kaznom od 18.000 kuna te zabranom vožnje od 15 mjeseci koja će se izvršiti nakon stjecanja prava na upravljanje vozilima.

Privremeno oduzeto vozilo bit će vraćeno vlasniku, kažu u policiji.

Ovo mora biti neki rekord: zbog velikog broja prekršaja Hrvatu su uzeli vozačku, ali to ga nije spriječilo da vozi i bez nje. Sada će u zatvor, a mora platiti i ogromnu kaznu

Iako mu je zbog 12 negativnih prekršajnih bodova vozačka dozvola ukinuta s pravom polaganja za više od dvije godine, a zbog čega mu je bio i oduzet automobil, brodsko-posavska policija za volanom je zatekla 29-godišnjaka, kojemu je određena zatvorska kazna od 30 dana.

Iz policije su u srijedu izvijestili kako su jučer popodne u Starom Petrovom Selu kontrolirali 29-godišnjeg vozača te utvrdili da je vozio za vrijeme izrečene mjere zabrane vožnje vozilima "B" kategorije.

Daljnjim provjerama utvrđeno je kako mu je zbog skupljenih 12 negativnih prekršajnih bodova vozačka dozvola oduzeta i ukinuta, sa pravom polaganja za dvije godine i tri mjeseca, te mu je i privremeno oduzet automobil.

Jutros je protiv njega proveden žurni prekršajni sudski postupak te je...
