Otac (45) ju je seksualno uznemiravao od šeste godine života. I ta agonija unutar četiri zida sobe u njihovu domu u jednome mjestu u središnjoj Hrvatskoj trajala je sve do lanjskog kolovoza, kada je muškarac završio u istražnom zatvoru. Istraga je otkrila strahote od kojih se ledi krv u žilama, piše Jutarnji list. 

Od 2013. do lani, na štetu kćeri koja danas ima 17 godina i potpuno uništenu psihu, počinio je 341 gnjusno kazneno djelo spolnog zlostavljanja i iskorištavanja djeteta, među kojima su bludne radnje i silovanja te povreda djetetovih prava. Žrtva je kroz razgovore u nizu institucija opisivala proživljene patnje i bol do granica izdržljivosti, a optuženi muškarac se od prvog do zadnjeg trenutka branio šutnjom.

Jedan Županijski sud detaljno je analizirao sve dokaze te osudio nepravomoćno optuženog muškarca na 23 godine zatvora. Kao olakotne okolnosti sud mu je uzeo u obzir njegovu neosuđivanost, dok mu je otegotna činjenica da je djela činio tijekom duljeg razdoblja na štetu vlastitog djeteta i pritom pokazao veliku količinu kriminalne volje. Oca se bojala jer je prijetio da će, ako ikome kaže što joj radi, ubiti ih oboje, ali i da će majci pokazati njezine crteže likova u seksualiziranim pozama.

Uz sve to ograničavao joj je komunikaciju s prijateljima, branio odlazak ginekologu i tjerao je da obilazi kuće propovijedajući vjeru. Otkriveno je i da je prekinuo djetetovo liječenje u jednoj instituciji, ali i da je u noćnim satima u njihovu domu inzistirao da radi perilica robe kako bi se bukom prikrilo zlostavljanje. Kod žrtvine majke je, pak, izostao traumatizirajući afekt incestuozne situacije jer ona tvrdi da ništa nije znala, ali i da je suprug, koji inače ima problema s alkoholom, lukav.

Otac (45) ju je seksualno uznemiravao od šeste godine života. I ta agonija unutar četiri zida sobe u njihovu domu u jednome mjestu u središnjoj Hrvatskoj trajala je sve do lanjskog kolovoza, kada je muškarac završio u istražnom zatvoru. Istraga je otkrila strahote od kojih se ledi krv u žilama, piše Jutarnji list. 

Od 2013. do lani, na štetu kćeri koja danas ima 17 godina i potpuno uništenu psihu, počinio je 341 gnjusno kazneno djelo spolnog zlostavljanja i iskorištavanja djeteta, među kojima su bludne radnje i silovanja te povreda djetetovih prava. Žrtva je kroz razgovore u nizu institucija opisivala proživljene patnje i bol do granica izdržljivosti, a optuženi muškarac se od prvog do zadnjeg trenutka branio šutnjom.

Jedan Županijski sud detaljno je analizirao sve dokaze te osudio nepravomoćno optuženog muškarca na 23 godine zatvora. Kao olakotne okolnosti sud mu je uzeo u obzir njegovu neosuđivanost, dok mu je otegotna činjenica da je djela činio tijekom duljeg razdoblja na štetu vlastitog djeteta i pritom pokazao veliku količinu kriminalne volje. Oca se bojala jer je prijetio da će, ako ikome kaže što joj radi, ubiti ih oboje, ali i da će majci pokazati njezine crteže likova u seksualiziranim pozama.

Uz sve to ograničavao joj je komunikaciju s prijateljima, branio odlazak ginekologu i tjerao je da obilazi kuće propovijedajući vjeru. Otkriveno je i da je prekinuo djetetovo liječenje u jednoj instituciji, ali i da je u noćnim satima u njihovu domu inzistirao da radi perilica robe kako bi se bukom prikrilo zlostavljanje. Kod žrtvine majke je, pak, izostao traumatizirajući afekt incestuozne situacije jer ona tvrdi da ništa nije znala, ali i da je suprug, koji inače ima problema s alkoholom, lukav.

Otac (45) ju je seksualno uznemiravao od šeste godine života. I ta agonija unutar četiri zida sobe u njihovu domu u jednome mjestu u središnjoj Hrvatskoj trajala je sve do lanjskog kolovoza, kada je muškarac završio u istražnom zatvoru. Istraga je otkrila strahote od kojih se ledi krv u žilama, piše Jutarnji list. 

Od 2013. do lani, na štetu kćeri koja danas ima 17 godina i potpuno uništenu psihu, počinio je 341 gnjusno kazneno djelo spolnog zlostavljanja i iskorištavanja djeteta, među kojima su bludne radnje i silovanja te povreda djetetovih prava. Žrtva je kroz razgovore u nizu institucija opisivala proživljene patnje i bol do granica izdržljivosti, a optuženi muškarac se od prvog do zadnjeg trenutka branio šutnjom.

Jedan Županijski sud detaljno je analizirao sve dokaze te osudio nepravomoćno optuženog muškarca na 23 godine zatvora. Kao olakotne okolnosti sud mu je uzeo u obzir njegovu neosuđivanost, dok mu je otegotna činjenica da je djela činio tijekom duljeg razdoblja na štetu vlastitog djeteta i pritom pokazao veliku količinu kriminalne volje. Oca se bojala jer je prijetio da će, ako ikome kaže što joj radi, ubiti ih oboje, ali i da će majci pokazati njezine crteže likova u seksualiziranim pozama.

Uz sve to ograničavao joj je komunikaciju s prijateljima, branio odlazak ginekologu i tjerao je da obilazi kuće propovijedajući vjeru. Otkriveno je i da je prekinuo djetetovo liječenje u jednoj instituciji, ali i da je u noćnim satima u njihovu domu inzistirao da radi perilica robe kako bi se bukom prikrilo zlostavljanje. Kod žrtvine majke je, pak, izostao traumatizirajući afekt incestuozne situacije jer ona tvrdi da ništa nije znala, ali i da je suprug, koji inače ima problema s alkoholom, lukav.
