M.K. (21), koji je u subotu nasmrt pretukao 21-godišnjeg pripadnika Hrvatske vojske, sve je priznao te mu je određen istražni zatvor, piše Jutarnji list. 

"Osumnjičenik je u svom izlaganju sve detaljno objasnio što i kako je bilo, priznao je počinjenje djela koje mu se stavlja na teret. Određen je istražni zatvor, bio je predložen iz jednog razloga - zbog mogućnosti utjecaja na svjedoke. Mi ćemo pisati žalbu, nemaju svjedoci što reći pored njegovog priznanja", rekla je njegova odvjetnica Anita Pezer za Danas.hr. Ranije je kazala i da je njezin klijent "u stanju šoka".

Požeški kraj u šoku

Hrvatska je i dalje u šoku zbog smrti 21-godišnjeg vojnika Jakova Bočkaja koji je preminuo nakon što ga je, tijekom noćnog izlaska, nasmrt prebio godinu mlađi prijatelj M.K.

Mještani Požege posebno su potreseni.

"Strašno, ja ne mogu vjerovati, još tako mlad, svi smo u šoku i danas i jučer, ne možeš, ne možeš vjerovati", govori Iva iz Požege, a prenosi Danas.

"Mislim da tako što ne bi trebalo, nema mjesta za tako nešto kod nas i da taj koji je to napravio treba biti kažnjen pravilno i zasluženo", kazao je Ivan iz Požege.

Središnji požeški trg, gdje se zločin dogodio, pokriven je nadzornim kamerama, koje su zabilježile i što se dogodilo. Počinitelj je uhićen, a policija je utvrdila kako je nakon kraće prepirke fizički i brutalno napao prijatelja.

"Zadavši mu više ozljeda u predjelu glave. Uslijed ozljeda 21-godišnjak je pao na tlo, a 20-godišnjak je nastavio ga udarati u nekoliko navrata", rekla glasnogovornica PU požeško-slavonske Nikolina Janković.

Motiv se i dalje ne zna

Motivi koji su doveli do tragedije i sukoba prijatelja koji su zajedno odrastali, igrali nogomet i izlazili još nisu poznati. Iznenađeni su i njihovi sportski prijatelji.

"Ne mogu vjerovati da se tako nešto može dogoditi, a pogotovo da tako dva prijatelja mogu nešto napraviti, jedna velika žalost za sve", kazao je prijatelj preminulog mladića Luka Zbegić.

"Žao mi je dečka stvarno. Ja ne vjerujem da je taj dečko išta kriv, taj pokojni Jakov, ne vjerujem, ne vjerujem da je išta kriv jer on ne bi mačku zgazio", govori prijatelj preminulog mladića Denis Ružman.

Za napadača kažu da nije bio tako blage naravi.

"Pravio je probleme, svađao se sa svima, sa svim igračima se svađa, ali ne bih nikad rekao da bi on tako šta napravio, ne vjerujem ni sad još i dalje i ne vjerujem da Jakova nema sad", dodaje Ružman.

No, Jakova na žalost nema, a nedostatak i tugu osjeća njegova obitelj, ali i svi koji su ga poznavali i voljeli. U Općini Jakšić kojoj pripada selo Eminovci sutra će biti proglašen dan žalosti.

Žrtva i napadač su se poznavali

Zamjenik načelnika požeške policije Dalibor Bauer rekao je u nedjelju da su se nasmrt pretučeni 21-godišnji pripadnik HV-a i 20-godišnji napadač poznavali, zajedno su bili u izlasku nakon kojeg je došlo do verbalne prepirke, a zatim do fizičkog napada koji je rezultirao smrću vojnika.

"Činjenica je da su se počinitelj i žrtva poznavali i da su bili zajedno u izlasku. Zajedničkim dolaskom do vozila došlo je do verbalne prepirke te nakon toga do fizičkog napada na žrtvu", izjavio je u nedjelju navečer u Dnevniku Nove TV zamjenik načelnika Policijske uprave požeško-slavonske.

Osumnjičeni 20-godišnjak je u subotu oko 2,15 sati na parkiralištu na Trgu Svetog Trojstva u Požegi nakon kraće verbalne prepirke fizički napao 21-godišnjeg mladića, pripadnika Hrvatske vojske.

Policijska patrola je u redovitom obilasku naišla na žrtvu na tlu i nekoliko građana oko nje na području Trga Svetog Trojstva u središtu Požege, rekao je Bauer.

"Tu je bio i počinitelj, ali policija u tom trenutku nije imala informaciju o tome tko je počinitelj", dodao je Bauer.

Počinitelj je uhićen nekoliko sati kasnije.

"Još se ne može govoriti o motivima i o tome što je 20-godišnji počinitelj iskazao jer je to dio policijskih izvida i kasnije dokaznog materijala", rekao je Bauer.

Preliminarno ispitivanje je napravljeno te se čeka kraj toksikološkog vještačenja. Policijski službenici pregledali su kamere (u javnom prostoru) i sve izvore te razgovarali sa svima s kojima je bilo potrebno u cilju rasvjetljavanja svih okolnosti djela, dodao je.

Ozlijeđeni 21-godišnji pripadnik HV-a prevezen je u Opću županijsku bolnicu Požega gdje su se liječnici borili za njegov život. No, zbog teških ozljedama umro je u jutros oko 9,20 sati.

Dvadesetogodišnjak koji je u subotu nasmrt pretukao 21-godišnjeg pripadnika Hrvatske vojske osumnjičen je za nanošenje teških tjelesnih ozljeda sa smrtnim ishodom.

M.K. (21), koji je u subotu nasmrt pretukao 21-godišnjeg pripadnika Hrvatske vojske, sve je priznao te mu je određen istražni zatvor, piše Jutarnji list. 

"Osumnjičenik je u svom izlaganju sve detaljno objasnio što i kako je bilo, priznao je počinjenje djela koje mu se stavlja na teret. Određen je istražni zatvor, bio je predložen iz jednog razloga - zbog mogućnosti utjecaja na svjedoke. Mi ćemo pisati žalbu, nemaju svjedoci što reći pored njegovog priznanja", rekla je njegova odvjetnica Anita Pezer za Danas.hr. Ranije je kazala i da je njezin klijent "u stanju šoka".

Požeški kraj u šoku

Hrvatska je i dalje u šoku zbog smrti 21-godišnjeg vojnika Jakova Bočkaja koji je preminuo nakon što ga je, tijekom noćnog izlaska, nasmrt prebio godinu mlađi prijatelj M.K.

Mještani Požege posebno su potreseni.

"Strašno, ja ne mogu vjerovati, još tako mlad, svi smo u šoku i danas i jučer, ne možeš, ne možeš vjerovati", govori Iva iz Požege, a prenosi Danas.

"Mislim da tako što ne bi trebalo, nema mjesta za tako nešto kod nas i da taj koji je to napravio treba biti kažnjen pravilno i zasluženo", kazao je Ivan iz Požege.

Središnji požeški trg, gdje se zločin dogodio, pokriven je nadzornim kamerama, koje su zabilježile i što se dogodilo. Počinitelj je uhićen, a policija je utvrdila kako je nakon kraće prepirke fizički i brutalno napao prijatelja.

"Zadavši mu više ozljeda u predjelu glave. Uslijed ozljeda 21-godišnjak je pao na tlo, a 20-godišnjak je nastavio ga udarati u nekoliko navrata", rekla glasnogovornica PU požeško-slavonske Nikolina Janković.

Motiv se i dalje ne zna

Motivi koji su doveli do tragedije i sukoba prijatelja koji su zajedno odrastali, igrali nogomet i izlazili još nisu poznati. Iznenađeni su i njihovi sportski prijatelji.

"Ne mogu vjerovati da se tako nešto može dogoditi, a pogotovo da tako dva prijatelja mogu nešto napraviti, jedna velika žalost za sve", kazao je prijatelj preminulog mladića Luka Zbegić.

"Žao mi je dečka stvarno. Ja ne vjerujem da je taj dečko išta kriv, taj pokojni Jakov, ne vjerujem, ne vjerujem da je išta kriv jer on ne bi mačku zgazio", govori prijatelj preminulog mladića Denis Ružman.

Za napadača kažu da nije bio tako blage naravi.

"Pravio je probleme, svađao se sa svima, sa svim igračima se svađa, ali ne bih nikad rekao da bi on tako šta napravio, ne vjerujem ni sad još i dalje i ne vjerujem da Jakova nema sad", dodaje Ružman.

No, Jakova na žalost nema, a nedostatak i tugu osjeća njegova obitelj, ali i svi koji su ga poznavali i voljeli. U Općini Jakšić kojoj pripada selo Eminovci sutra će biti proglašen dan žalosti.

Žrtva i napadač su se poznavali

Zamjenik načelnika požeške policije Dalibor Bauer rekao je u nedjelju da su se nasmrt pretučeni 21-godišnji pripadnik HV-a i 20-godišnji napadač poznavali, zajedno su bili u izlasku nakon kojeg je došlo do verbalne prepirke, a zatim do fizičkog napada koji je rezultirao smrću vojnika.

"Činjenica je da su se počinitelj i žrtva poznavali i da su bili zajedno u izlasku. Zajedničkim dolaskom do vozila došlo je do verbalne prepirke te nakon toga do fizičkog napada na žrtvu", izjavio je u nedjelju navečer u Dnevniku Nove TV zamjenik načelnika Policijske uprave požeško-slavonske.

Osumnjičeni 20-godišnjak je u subotu oko 2,15 sati na parkiralištu na Trgu Svetog Trojstva u Požegi nakon kraće verbalne prepirke fizički napao 21-godišnjeg mladića, pripadnika Hrvatske vojske.

Policijska patrola je u redovitom obilasku naišla na žrtvu na tlu i nekoliko građana oko nje na području Trga Svetog Trojstva u središtu Požege, rekao je Bauer.

"Tu je bio i počinitelj, ali policija u tom trenutku nije imala informaciju o tome tko je počinitelj", dodao je Bauer.

Počinitelj je uhićen nekoliko sati kasnije.

"Još se ne može govoriti o motivima i o tome što je 20-godišnji počinitelj iskazao jer je to dio policijskih izvida i kasnije dokaznog materijala", rekao je Bauer.

Preliminarno ispitivanje je napravljeno te se čeka kraj toksikološkog vještačenja. Policijski službenici pregledali su kamere (u javnom prostoru) i sve izvore te razgovarali sa svima s kojima je bilo potrebno u cilju rasvjetljavanja svih okolnosti djela, dodao je.

Ozlijeđeni 21-godišnji pripadnik HV-a prevezen je u Opću županijsku bolnicu Požega gdje su se liječnici borili za njegov život. No, zbog teških ozljedama umro je u jutros oko 9,20 sati.

Dvadesetogodišnjak koji je u subotu nasmrt pretukao 21-godišnjeg pripadnika Hrvatske vojske osumnjičen je za nanošenje teških tjelesnih ozljeda sa smrtnim ishodom.
