Zatvoraku kaznu od 75 dana dobio je 50-godišnjak iz Zagvozda nakon što je u Baškoj Vodi izazvao prometnu nesreću upravljajući automobilom pod zabranom vožnje. Nakon što je izletio s ceste, odbio je testiranje na droge i alkohol te je po hitnom postuku odveden na sud nakon čega je odmah osuđen, ali i zadržan u pritvoru.

Kada se na dionici ceste D76, u blizini mjesta Baška Voda, dogodila prometna nesreća s materijalnom štetom u kojoj je došlo do izlijetanje vozila van kolnika za volanom je zatečen 50-godišnjak. Utvrđeno je kako je vozač upravljao osobnim vozilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanj, točnije dok mu je na snazi izrečena zaštitna mjera zabrane upravljanja osobnim vozilom.

Također se odbio podvrgnuti stručnom pregledu, odnosno uzimanju krvi ili urina, saznajemo iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske. Policija ga je odvela u službene prostorije gdje je zadržan do privođenja dežurnom sucu za prekršaje.

U međuvremenu je utvrđeno da je svojim ponašanjem ostvario obilježja više prekršaja: izazivanje prometne nesreće, odbijanje testiranja na prisutnost droge, alkohola ili lijekova, vožnja prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje i prije isteka zabrane upravljanja.

Uz optužni prijedlog odveden je na općinski prekršajni sud gdje mu je dosuđena novčana kazna od 1.500 kuna i kazna zatvora u trajanju od 75 dana. Određeno mu je i zadržavanje u trajanju od 15 dana s obzirom da se radi o recidivistu koji do sada evidentiran kao počinitelj najtežih prometnih prekršaja.

Zatvoraku kaznu od 75 dana dobio je 50-godišnjak iz Zagvozda nakon što je u Baškoj Vodi izazvao prometnu nesreću upravljajući automobilom pod zabranom vožnje. Nakon što je izletio s ceste, odbio je testiranje na droge i alkohol te je po hitnom postuku odveden na sud nakon čega je odmah osuđen, ali i zadržan u pritvoru.

Kada se na dionici ceste D76, u blizini mjesta Baška Voda, dogodila prometna nesreća s materijalnom štetom u kojoj je došlo do izlijetanje vozila van kolnika za volanom je zatečen 50-godišnjak. Utvrđeno je kako je vozač upravljao osobnim vozilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanj, točnije dok mu je na snazi izrečena zaštitna mjera zabrane upravljanja osobnim vozilom.

Također se odbio podvrgnuti stručnom pregledu, odnosno uzimanju krvi ili urina, saznajemo iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske. Policija ga je odvela u službene prostorije gdje je zadržan do privođenja dežurnom sucu za prekršaje.

U međuvremenu je utvrđeno da je svojim ponašanjem ostvario obilježja više prekršaja: izazivanje prometne nesreće, odbijanje testiranja na prisutnost droge, alkohola ili lijekova, vožnja prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje i prije isteka zabrane upravljanja.

Uz optužni prijedlog odveden je na općinski prekršajni sud gdje mu je dosuđena novčana kazna od 1.500 kuna i kazna zatvora u trajanju od 75 dana. Određeno mu je i zadržavanje u trajanju od 15 dana s obzirom da se radi o recidivistu koji do sada evidentiran kao počinitelj najtežih prometnih prekršaja.

Iz Zagvozda krenuo prema Baškoj Vodi pa završio u zatvoru na Bilicama: izazvao prometnu nesreću pa odbio testiranje, otprije poznat po divljanju na cesti

Zatvoraku kaznu od 75 dana dobio je 50-godišnjak iz Zagvozda nakon što je u Baškoj Vodi izazvao prometnu nesreću upravljajući automobilom pod zabranom vožnje. Nakon što je izletio s ceste, odbio je testiranje na droge i alkohol te je po hitnom postuku odveden na sud nakon čega je odmah osuđen, ali i zadržan u pritvoru.

Kada se na dionici ceste D76, u blizini mjesta Baška Voda, dogodila prometna nesreća s materijalnom štetom u kojoj je došlo do izlijetanje vozila van kolnika za volanom je zatečen 50-godišnjak. Utvrđeno je kako je vozač upravljao osobnim vozilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanj, točnije dok mu je na snazi izrečena zaštitna mjera zabrane upravljanja osobnim vozilom.

Također se odbio podvrgnuti stručnom pregledu, odnosno uzimanju krvi ili urina,...
