Promiskuitetni i HIV-om zaraženi 21-godišnji K. Š. iz Sukošana, nakon što je javnosti predočen kao homoseksualna osoba koja je održavala spolne odnose s trojicom muškaraca iz Šibenika, pri čemu ih nije upozorila na svoju dijagnosticiranu inficiranost, nakon čega su ga oni prijavili policiji koja je mladića okončanjem obrade kazneno prijavila za širenje spolne bolesti, u subotu je tijekom popodneva ponovno završio na policiji na okolnosti osnovane sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela prijetnje.

Prema službenom priopćenju PU šibensko-kninske, mladić je priveden u PP Vodice nakon što je u subotu ujutro mobitelom prijetio 39-godišnjaku iz Šibenika, vjerojatno jednom od svoja tri donedavna intimna partnera s kojima je bio u homosekslualnoj vezi.

Nakon kriminalističkog istraživanja koje je okončano u 19 sati, mladić je uz kaznenu prijavu prepraćen dežurnom sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Šibeniku koji u predmetnom slučaju nije našao elemenata za određivanje mjere zadržavanja, te je pušten na slobodu.

Promiskuitetni i HIV-om zaraženi 21-godišnji K. Š. iz Sukošana, nakon što je javnosti predočen kao homoseksualna osoba koja je održavala spolne odnose s trojicom muškaraca iz Šibenika, pri čemu ih nije upozorila na svoju dijagnosticiranu inficiranost, nakon čega su ga oni prijavili policiji koja je mladića okončanjem obrade kazneno prijavila za širenje spolne bolesti, u subotu je tijekom popodneva ponovno završio na policiji na okolnosti osnovane sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela prijetnje.

Prema službenom priopćenju PU šibensko-kninske, mladić je priveden u PP Vodice nakon što je u subotu ujutro mobitelom prijetio 39-godišnjaku iz Šibenika, vjerojatno jednom od svoja tri donedavna intimna partnera s kojima je bio u homosekslualnoj vezi.

Nakon kriminalističkog istraživanja koje je okončano u 19 sati, mladić je uz kaznenu prijavu prepraćen dežurnom sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Šibeniku koji u predmetnom slučaju nije našao elemenata za određivanje mjere zadržavanja, te je pušten na slobodu.
