Više od osam godina od izbijanja afere s prodajom crkvenog zemljišta u Baškoj Vodi, zbog koje su se na optuženičkoj klupi našli fra Šime Nimac i bankarica Jasmina Bilonić, počinje ponovno suđenje i to početkom iduće godine. Potvrdio nam je to sudac i glasnogovornik Županijskog suda u Splitu Dinko Mešin, koji je dobio ovaj predmet nakon što ga je Vrhovni sud, zbog bitne povrede kaznenog postupka, krajem 2019. godine vratio na početak, piše 24sata.

Prvi postupak na Županijskom sudu u Splitu završio je 2014. godine. Po toj je presudi, koju je, podsjetimo, donijelo sudsko vijeće splitskog Županijskog suda pod predsjedanjem suca Slavka Lozine, fra Šime Nimac kao župnik u Baškoj Vodi zbog zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti kojom je Crkvi uzeo 9,8 milijuna kuna osuđen na dvije godine zatvora, dok je bankarica Jasmina Bilonić proglašena krivom za poticanje te je dobila godinu i 9 mjeseci zatvora.

Inače, riječ je o slučaju koji je zaintrigirao hrvatsku javnost. Optužnica Županijskog državnog odvjetništva tereti fra Šimu Nimca da je tvrtki "Sunčani Bast" za 1,3 milijuna eura prodao 39.556 četvornih metara crkvenog zemljišta u vlasništvu župe Blažene Djevice Marije.

Bilonić je, prema optužnici, nagovorila fra Nimca da nakon prodaje zemljišta podigne novac sa župnog računa i prebaci ga na svoj osobni račun. Na računu bankarice je kasnije pronađeno 2,3 milijuna kuna. Fra Nimac tvrdio je da je za prodaju imao usmeno odobrenje od splitsko-makarskog nadbiskupa Marina Barišića, o čemu je posvjedočio i don Ivan Čubelić rekavši da je fra Nimac dobio je suglasnost i od Provincijala i od Nadbiskupa.

No, u prvom sudskom postupku nadbiskup nije svjedočio. U ponovljenom postupku opet će biti pozvan na sud jer je u svom obrazloženju o ukidanju prve presude to naložio Vrhovni sud.

Nadbiskup je tijekom prvog postupka tražio sud da mu više ne šalju pozive jer navodeći kako ima puno svojih obveza te da o predmetu nema saznanja. Sudac Slavko Lozina mu je to uvažio.

Odvjetnik Željko Ćapin, koji zastupa Župu Baška Voda, poziv nadbiskupu Barišiću nije želio komentirati, ali kaže da je ne može biti zadovoljan jer proces traje jako dugo.

- Biste li vi bili zadovoljni da sudski postupak traje evo već osam godina? Još nemamo pravomoćnu presudu, dapače, idemo ispočetka. Crkva još nije vratila svoj novac - kazao  je odvjetnik Ćapin.

Novinari su pokušali dobiti komentar od fra Šime Nimca koji je bio nepravomoćno osuđen zbog zloupotrebe položaja i ovlasti i koji ponovni početak suđenja čeka u samostanu kod Zadra.

Više od osam godina od izbijanja afere s prodajom crkvenog zemljišta u Baškoj Vodi, zbog koje su se na optuženičkoj klupi našli fra Šime Nimac i bankarica Jasmina Bilonić, počinje ponovno suđenje i to početkom iduće godine. Potvrdio nam je to sudac i glasnogovornik Županijskog suda u Splitu Dinko Mešin, koji je dobio ovaj predmet nakon što ga je Vrhovni sud, zbog bitne povrede kaznenog postupka, krajem 2019. godine vratio na početak, piše 24sata.

Prvi postupak na Županijskom sudu u Splitu završio je 2014. godine. Po toj je presudi, koju je, podsjetimo, donijelo sudsko vijeće splitskog Županijskog suda pod predsjedanjem suca Slavka Lozine, fra Šime Nimac kao župnik u Baškoj Vodi zbog zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti kojom je Crkvi uzeo 9,8 milijuna kuna osuđen na dvije godine zatvora, dok je bankarica Jasmina Bilonić proglašena krivom za poticanje te je dobila godinu i 9 mjeseci zatvora.

Inače, riječ je o slučaju koji je zaintrigirao hrvatsku javnost. Optužnica Županijskog državnog odvjetništva tereti fra Šimu Nimca da je tvrtki "Sunčani Bast" za 1,3 milijuna eura prodao 39.556 četvornih metara crkvenog zemljišta u vlasništvu župe Blažene Djevice Marije.

Bilonić je, prema optužnici, nagovorila fra Nimca da nakon prodaje zemljišta podigne novac sa župnog računa i prebaci ga na svoj osobni račun. Na računu bankarice je kasnije pronađeno 2,3 milijuna kuna. Fra Nimac tvrdio je da je za prodaju imao usmeno odobrenje od splitsko-makarskog nadbiskupa Marina Barišića, o čemu je posvjedočio i don Ivan Čubelić rekavši da je fra Nimac dobio je suglasnost i od Provincijala i od Nadbiskupa.

No, u prvom sudskom postupku nadbiskup nije svjedočio. U ponovljenom postupku opet će biti pozvan na sud jer je u svom obrazloženju o ukidanju prve presude to naložio Vrhovni sud.

Nadbiskup je tijekom prvog postupka tražio sud da mu više ne šalju pozive jer navodeći kako ima puno svojih obveza te da o predmetu nema saznanja. Sudac Slavko Lozina mu je to uvažio.

Odvjetnik Željko Ćapin, koji zastupa Župu Baška Voda, poziv nadbiskupu Barišiću nije želio komentirati, ali kaže da je ne može biti zadovoljan jer proces traje jako dugo.

- Biste li vi bili zadovoljni da sudski postupak traje evo već osam godina? Još nemamo pravomoćnu presudu, dapače, idemo ispočetka. Crkva još nije vratila svoj novac - kazao  je odvjetnik Ćapin.

Novinari su pokušali dobiti komentar od fra Šime Nimca koji je bio nepravomoćno osuđen zbog zloupotrebe položaja i ovlasti i koji ponovni početak suđenja čeka u samostanu kod Zadra.

- Za sve nazovite moju odvjetnicu. Nemam nikakvih komentara – kratko je kazao fra Nimac, piše 24sata.

Fra Šimi Nimcu uskoro počinje novo suđenje i to čak osam godina od afere. Sud naložio da se za svjedoka zove i nadbiskupa Marina Barišića

Više od osam godina od izbijanja afere s prodajom crkvenog zemljišta u Baškoj Vodi, zbog koje su se na optuženičkoj klupi našli fra Šime Nimac i bankarica Jasmina Bilonić, počinje ponovno suđenje i to početkom iduće godine. Potvrdio nam je to sudac i glasnogovornik Županijskog suda u Splitu Dinko Mešin, koji je dobio ovaj predmet nakon što ga je Vrhovni sud, zbog bitne povrede kaznenog postupka, krajem 2019. godine vratio na početak, piše 24sata.

Prvi postupak na Županijskom sudu u Splitu završio je 2014. godine. Po toj je presudi, koju je, podsjetimo, donijelo sudsko vijeće splitskog Županijskog suda pod predsjedanjem suca Slavka Lozine, fra Šime Nimac kao župnik u Baškoj Vodi zbog zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti kojom je Crkvi uzeo 9,8 milijuna kuna osuđen na...
