Na četiri godine zatvora osuđen je Hrvoje Miljak (33) iz Splita zbog bijega pred policijom od Marjanskog tunela do prodajnog centra City One u svibnju prošle godine.

Tijekom divlje vožnje Miljak je jednog policajca bacio sa službenog motocikla BMW, udario u službeni automobil i ozlijedio drugog, a trećeg umalo pregazio.

U konačnici mu je s automobila Volkswagen Passat ispao jedan kotač nakon čega je nastavio bijeg trčeći. Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je za njega predložilo zatvorsku kaznu što je sud i prihvatio.

Tužiteljstvo je tražilo i da se Hrvoje Miljak zadrži u istražnom zatvoru na splitskim Bilicama, što općinski sud nije prihvatio. DORG je, međutim, ustrajao na tome da optuženi ostane iza rešetaka te su podnijeli  žalbu na temelju koje je viši sud naložio nižem da ponovno evaluira svoju odluku da se Miljak brani sa slobode.

Proglašen je krivim za produljeno kazneno djelo prisile prema službenoj osobi prilikom čega je dvojicu i ozlijedio. Prema optužnici, sve je krenulo početkom svibnja u Ulici Hrvatske mornarice u poslijepodnevnim satima kada je policajac dao svjetlosni signal Hrvoju Miljku koji je bio u Passatu da se zaustavi zbog prometnog prekršaja.

Kako su za njim bile raspisane dvije potrage s mjerom “uhititi” zbog kaznenog djela i prekršaja, Miljak ne samo da se nije zaustavio nego je i ubrzao vožnju. Policajci su krenuli za njim automobilom i motociklom s upaljenim sirenama.

Bježeći pred njima je Mihanovićevoj ulici Miljak Passatom udario u policijsko vozilo Ford Focus koje je tamo bilo zaustavljeno na kolniku da mu presiječe put i nastavio vožnju. U automobilu je od udarca jedan od dva policajca zadobio oguljotinu potkoljenice.

Passat nakon toga nastavlja naprijed Mihanovićevom ulicom gdje je stajao treći policijski službenik, ali Miljak nije usporio već se policajac spasio direktnog udara automobila izmaknuvši se s puta mu.

Nastavio je dok ga je preko cijelog grada progonilo nekoliko policijskih automobila i motocikala sve do raskrižja Vukovarske i Lovrinačke ulice gdje je morao stati zbog kolone vozila.

Ne odustajući od bijega, Miljak je zatim vožnjom unatrag udario i oborio službeni motocikl BMW i bacio na tlo policajca koji je zadobio oderotine obje podlaktice i obje potkoljenice. Miljak se tada Passatom uspinje na nogostup Vukovarske ulice namjeravajući naći put za proboj, ali tada mu ispada stražnji lijevi kotač.

Napušta vozilo i nastavlja bijeg trčeći preko obližnjih dvorišta. Sustigao ga je interventni policajac na putu Vrborana i uhitio. U Passatu je ostavio suvozača koji je također uhićen, ali je pušten odmah sutradan.

'Zaustavljao se na semaforima!'

Kako je Miljak imao visoku temperaturu, iz pritvorske jedinice je odveden na testiranje. Kada je utvrđeno da je nalaz negativan odveden je da iznese obranu na državnom odvjetništvu. U svojoj obrani je tvrdio kako se radilo o prekoračenju krajnje nužde jer ga je policija već jednom pretukla zbog čega s njima ima sudski spor koji je u tijeku. 

- Bježao je iz straha, ali se zaustavljao na semaforima i poštovao sva crvena svjetla - isticao je tada njegov odvjetnik.

Određen mu je istražni zatvor u kojem je dočekao suđenje na kojem je proglašen krivim i osuđen na zatvor. Na visinu kazne je utjecao njegov dosje u kojem ima presudu zbog razbojstava za koje je odslužio ukupno šest godina zatvora.

Nakon objave presude mu je istražni zatvor zamijenjen mjerom opreza zabrane približavanja policajcima i privremeno oduzimanje vozačke dozvole. Općinsko državno odvjetništvo se žalilo na tu odluku te je Županijski sud žalbu prihvatio i zatražio da se ponovno odlučuje o istražnom zatvoru.

Na četiri godine zatvora osuđen je Hrvoje Miljak (33) iz Splita zbog bijega pred policijom od Marjanskog tunela do prodajnog centra City One u svibnju prošle godine.

Tijekom divlje vožnje Miljak je jednog policajca bacio sa službenog motocikla BMW, udario u službeni automobil i ozlijedio drugog, a trećeg umalo pregazio.

U konačnici mu je s automobila Volkswagen Passat ispao jedan kotač nakon čega je nastavio bijeg trčeći. Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je za njega predložilo zatvorsku kaznu što je sud i prihvatio.

Tužiteljstvo je tražilo i da se Hrvoje Miljak zadrži u istražnom zatvoru na splitskim Bilicama, što općinski sud nije prihvatio. DORG je, međutim, ustrajao na tome da optuženi ostane iza rešetaka te su podnijeli  žalbu na temelju koje je viši sud naložio nižem da ponovno evaluira svoju odluku da se Miljak brani sa slobode.

Kobna kolona

Proglašen je krivim za produljeno kazneno djelo prisile prema službenoj osobi prilikom čega je dvojicu i ozlijedio. Prema optužnici, sve je krenulo početkom svibnja u Ulici Hrvatske mornarice u poslijepodnevnim satima kada je policajac dao svjetlosni signal Hrvoju Miljku koji je bio u Passatu da se zaustavi zbog prometnog prekršaja.

Kako su za njim bile raspisane dvije potrage s mjerom “uhititi” zbog kaznenog djela i prekršaja, Miljak ne samo da se nije zaustavio nego je i ubrzao vožnju. Policajci su krenuli za njim automobilom i motociklom s upaljenim sirenama.

Bježeći pred njima je Mihanovićevoj ulici Miljak Passatom udario u policijsko vozilo Ford Focus koje je tamo bilo zaustavljeno na kolniku da mu presiječe put i nastavio vožnju. U automobilu je od udarca jedan od dva policajca zadobio oguljotinu potkoljenice.

Passat nakon toga nastavlja naprijed Mihanovićevom ulicom gdje je stajao treći policijski službenik, ali Miljak nije usporio već se policajac spasio direktnog udara automobila izmaknuvši se s puta mu.

Nastavio je dok ga je preko cijelog grada progonilo nekoliko policijskih automobila i motocikala sve do raskrižja Vukovarske i Lovrinačke ulice gdje je morao stati zbog kolone vozila.

Ne odustajući od bijega, Miljak je zatim vožnjom unatrag udario i oborio službeni motocikl BMW i bacio na tlo policajca koji je zadobio oderotine obje podlaktice i obje potkoljenice. Miljak se tada Passatom uspinje na nogostup Vukovarske ulice namjeravajući naći put za proboj, ali tada mu ispada stražnji lijevi kotač.

Napušta vozilo i nastavlja bijeg trčeći preko obližnjih dvorišta. Sustigao ga je interventni policajac na putu Vrborana i uhitio. U Passatu je ostavio suvozača koji je također uhićen, ali je pušten odmah sutradan.

'Zaustavljao se na semaforima!'

Kako je Miljak imao visoku temperaturu, iz pritvorske jedinice je odveden na testiranje. Kada je utvrđeno da je nalaz negativan odveden je da iznese obranu na državnom odvjetništvu. U svojoj obrani je tvrdio kako se radilo o prekoračenju krajnje nužde jer ga je policija već jednom pretukla zbog čega s njima ima sudski spor koji je u tijeku. 

- Bježao je iz straha, ali se zaustavljao na semaforima i poštovao sva crvena svjetla - isticao je tada njegov odvjetnik.

Određen mu je istražni zatvor u kojem je dočekao suđenje na kojem je proglašen krivim i osuđen na zatvor. Na visinu kazne je utjecao njegov dosje u kojem ima presudu zbog razbojstava za koje je odslužio ukupno šest godina zatvora.

Nakon objave presude mu je istražni zatvor zamijenjen mjerom opreza zabrane približavanja policajcima i privremeno oduzimanje vozačke dozvole. Općinsko državno odvjetništvo se žalilo na tu odluku te je Županijski sud žalbu prihvatio i zatražio da se ponovno odlučuje o istražnom zatvoru.

Na četiri godine zatvora osuđen je Hrvoje Miljak (33) iz Splita zbog bijega pred policijom od Marjanskog tunela do prodajnog centra City One u svibnju prošle godine.

Tijekom divlje vožnje Miljak je jednog policajca bacio sa službenog motocikla BMW, udario u službeni automobil i ozlijedio drugog, a trećeg umalo pregazio.

U konačnici mu je s automobila Volkswagen Passat ispao jedan kotač nakon čega je nastavio bijeg trčeći. Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je za njega predložilo zatvorsku kaznu što je sud i prihvatio.

Tužiteljstvo je tražilo i da se Hrvoje Miljak zadrži u istražnom zatvoru na splitskim Bilicama, što općinski sud nije prihvatio. DORG je, međutim, ustrajao na tome da optuženi ostane iza rešetaka te su podnijeli  žalbu na temelju koje je...
