Vlada je u četvrtak odlučila da će dokapitalizirati nacionalnog zračnog prijevoznika Croatia Airlines s 296 milijuna kuna, a to će se povećanje temeljnog kapitala provesti izdavanjem novih 29,6 milijuna redovnih dionica na ime, nominalnog iznosa 10 kuna svaka.

Upis i uplata novih redovnih dionica obavit će se ulogom u novcu Republike Hrvatske u iznosu od 296 milijuna kuna, a na temelju u cijelosti izvršene uplate, nakon upisa u sudski registar, izdat će se odgovarajući broj redovnih dionica, objasnio je na sjednici Vlade ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković.

Provedbom dokapitalizacije Croatia Airlinesa omogućit će se očuvanje gospodarske aktivnosti kompanije te osigurati dovoljna likvidnost, ustvrdio je Butković. 

Njega je Vlada ujedno ovlastila i da s Croatia Airlinesom sklopi ugovor o ulaganju te danas na izvanrednoj glavnoj skupštini Croatia Airlinesa odlučuje o tom povećanju kapitala za 296 milijuna kuna, uz napomenu da će cjelokupni iznos uplatiti država, koja u toj kompaniji ima 98,76 posto dionica.

Prihvati li skupština prijedlog, temeljni kapital Croatia Airlinesa povećat će se sa 627,9 milijuna kuna na 923,9 milijuna kuna, odnosno za 296 milijuna kuna, a to će se povećanje provesti na temelju ugovora o ulaganju između države i kompanije.

Vlada je u četvrtak odlučila da će dokapitalizirati nacionalnog zračnog prijevoznika Croatia Airlines s 296 milijuna kuna, a to će se povećanje temeljnog kapitala provesti izdavanjem novih 29,6 milijuna redovnih dionica na ime, nominalnog iznosa 10 kuna svaka.

Upis i uplata novih redovnih dionica obavit će se ulogom u novcu Republike Hrvatske u iznosu od 296 milijuna kuna, a na temelju u cijelosti izvršene uplate, nakon upisa u sudski registar, izdat će se odgovarajući broj redovnih dionica, objasnio je na sjednici Vlade ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković.

Provedbom dokapitalizacije Croatia Airlinesa omogućit će se očuvanje gospodarske aktivnosti kompanije te osigurati dovoljna likvidnost, ustvrdio je Butković. 

Njega je Vlada ujedno ovlastila i da s Croatia Airlinesom sklopi ugovor o ulaganju te danas na izvanrednoj glavnoj skupštini Croatia Airlinesa odlučuje o tom povećanju kapitala za 296 milijuna kuna, uz napomenu da će cjelokupni iznos uplatiti država, koja u toj kompaniji ima 98,76 posto dionica.

Prihvati li skupština prijedlog, temeljni kapital Croatia Airlinesa povećat će se sa 627,9 milijuna kuna na 923,9 milijuna kuna, odnosno za 296 milijuna kuna, a to će se povećanje provesti na temelju ugovora o ulaganju između države i kompanije.

Vlada spašava likvidnost Croatia Airlinesa: Dokapitalizacija ‘teška‘ 296 milijuna kuna kao preduvjet za normalno poslovanje

Vlada je u četvrtak odlučila da će dokapitalizirati nacionalnog zračnog prijevoznika Croatia Airlines s 296 milijuna kuna, a to će se povećanje temeljnog kapitala provesti izdavanjem novih 29,6 milijuna redovnih dionica na ime, nominalnog iznosa 10 kuna svaka.

Upis i uplata novih redovnih dionica obavit će se ulogom u novcu Republike Hrvatske u iznosu od 296 milijuna kuna, a na temelju u cijelosti izvršene uplate, nakon upisa u sudski registar, izdat će se odgovarajući broj redovnih dionica, objasnio je na sjednici Vlade ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković.

Provedbom dokapitalizacije Croatia Airlinesa omogućit će se očuvanje gospodarske aktivnosti kompanije te osigurati dovoljna likvidnost, ustvrdio je Butković.
