Cehovi prijevoznika Udruženja obrtnika Splita i Dubrovnika u četvrtak su prozvali Vladu kako je opet dokazala da je uopće ne zanima rješavanje prometnog kaosa i svih drugih problema koje je, kažu, izazvala liberalizacijom taksi tržišta 2018. godine.

​Prijevoznici su u priopćenju podsjetili da je prije manje od mjesec dana na sastanku u Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture predstavnicima Sekcije taksi prijevoznika HOK-a obećano da će u izmjene Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu uvrstiti većinu prijedloga HOK-a.

No, ističu, na današnjoj sjednici Vlade usvojene su predložene izmjene kojima nije uvažena nijedna ideja za poboljšanje taksi tržišta, sigurnosti građana u prometu, "ili rješavanja kaosa u kojem se proteklih godina nalaze obalni gradovi.

Milivoj Topić, predsjednik Ceha prijevoznika Udruženja obrtnika Split, ujedno i taksi prijevoznik iz Splita​, naveo je kako je ​razočaran lažnim obećanjima koje su dobili u Ministarstvu prometa.

Napomenuo je da im je prije točno mjesec dana tim iz Ministarstva priznao kako su svjesni svih problema koje su 2018. donijele hitne izmjene Zakona i složili se da su potrebne nove izmjene.

Njima se, tvrdi, trebalo spriječiti malverzacije koje su izazvale milijunske štete za državni proračun, kolaps prometa u gradovima poput Splita i Dubrovnika, zbog stotine vozača iz cijele Hrvatske koji nekontrolirano dolaze tamo raditi u vrijeme turističke sezone, kao i nesigurnost građana.

Ministarstvo nas namjerno prevarilo?

"Voljeli bismo da nam objasne što se dogodilo od našeg posljednjeg sastanka i njihovog obećanja ili su nas tada namjerno prevarili​"​, istaknuo je Topić. 

Podsjetio je da je Ministarstvo organiziralo njihovu strukovnu organizaciju upravo kako bi zajedno radili na poboljšanju zakona, "a sada ignorira sve prijedloge nastale temeljem stručnih analiza"​.

Ministarstvo, dodao je, ignorira i da je Sekcija taksi prijevoznika HOK-a predlagala da jedinice lokalne samouprave same određuju visinu naknade za izdavanje dozvole za obavljanje djelatnosti taksi prijevoza na svom području.

Registar izdanih dozvola taksijima trebaju voditi lokalne jedinice

Lokalne jedinice, rekao je Topić, trebale bi voditi registar izdanih dozvola taksi prijevoznicima, odnosno registarskih oznaka vozila kako bi se dozvole izdavale za jedno vozilo i jednu registarsku oznaku, a jedna fosoba može biti upravitelj prijevoza u najviše tri obrta ili trgovačka društva, maksimalno za 15 vozila​.

"​Danas usvojeni prijedlog izmjena zakona je samo kozmetika koja ne donosi rješenje nijednog problema. I dalje će na našim cestama biti stotine ilegalno zaposlenih vozača koji ne podliježu stručnom osposobljavanju u smislu poznavanja gradova u kojima prometuju", poručio je.

Zbog toga, upozorio je, ti vozači pridonose stvaranju gužvi te izazivanju prometnih prekršaja, što aktivno utječe na sigurnost svih sudionika u prometu.

"Umjesto da se pobrine da za sve vrijede ista pravila, da zaštiti državni proračun od gubitaka i naše obalne gradove od prometnog kolapsa tijekom sezone, a posebno da zaštiti naše građane u prometu, Vlada je izabrala nečinjenje i još jednu slijepu ulicu​"​, stoji u priopćenju.

Cehovi prijevoznika Udruženja obrtnika Splita i Dubrovnika u četvrtak su prozvali Vladu kako je opet dokazala da je uopće ne zanima rješavanje prometnog kaosa i svih drugih problema koje je, kažu, izazvala liberalizacijom taksi tržišta 2018. godine.

​Prijevoznici su u priopćenju podsjetili da je prije manje od mjesec dana na sastanku u Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture predstavnicima Sekcije taksi prijevoznika HOK-a obećano da će u izmjene Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu uvrstiti većinu prijedloga HOK-a.

No, ističu, na današnjoj sjednici Vlade usvojene su predložene izmjene kojima nije uvažena nijedna ideja za poboljšanje taksi tržišta, sigurnosti građana u prometu, "ili rješavanja kaosa u kojem se proteklih godina nalaze obalni gradovi.

Milivoj Topić, predsjednik Ceha prijevoznika Udruženja obrtnika Split, ujedno i taksi prijevoznik iz Splita​, naveo je kako je ​razočaran lažnim obećanjima koje su dobili u Ministarstvu prometa.

Napomenuo je da im je prije točno mjesec dana tim iz Ministarstva priznao kako su svjesni svih problema koje su 2018. donijele hitne izmjene Zakona i složili se da su potrebne nove izmjene.

Njima se, tvrdi, trebalo spriječiti malverzacije koje su izazvale milijunske štete za državni proračun, kolaps prometa u gradovima poput Splita i Dubrovnika, zbog stotine vozača iz cijele Hrvatske koji nekontrolirano dolaze tamo raditi u vrijeme turističke sezone, kao i nesigurnost građana.

Ministarstvo nas namjerno prevarilo?

"Voljeli bismo da nam objasne što se dogodilo od našeg posljednjeg sastanka i njihovog obećanja ili su nas tada namjerno prevarili​"​, istaknuo je Topić. 

Podsjetio je da je Ministarstvo organiziralo njihovu strukovnu organizaciju upravo kako bi zajedno radili na poboljšanju zakona, "a sada ignorira sve prijedloge nastale temeljem stručnih analiza"​.

Ministarstvo, dodao je, ignorira i da je Sekcija taksi prijevoznika HOK-a predlagala da jedinice lokalne samouprave same određuju visinu naknade za izdavanje dozvole za obavljanje djelatnosti taksi prijevoza na svom području.

Registar izdanih dozvola taksijima trebaju voditi lokalne jedinice

Lokalne jedinice, rekao je Topić, trebale bi voditi registar izdanih dozvola taksi prijevoznicima, odnosno registarskih oznaka vozila kako bi se dozvole izdavale za jedno vozilo i jednu registarsku oznaku, a jedna fosoba može biti upravitelj prijevoza u najviše tri obrta ili trgovačka društva, maksimalno za 15 vozila​.

"​Danas usvojeni prijedlog izmjena zakona je samo kozmetika koja ne donosi rješenje nijednog problema. I dalje će na našim cestama biti stotine ilegalno zaposlenih vozača koji ne podliježu stručnom osposobljavanju u smislu poznavanja gradova u kojima prometuju", poručio je.

Zbog toga, upozorio je, ti vozači pridonose stvaranju gužvi te izazivanju prometnih prekršaja, što aktivno utječe na sigurnost svih sudionika u prometu.

"Umjesto da se pobrine da za sve vrijede ista pravila, da zaštiti državni proračun od gubitaka i naše obalne gradove od prometnog kolapsa tijekom sezone, a posebno da zaštiti naše građane u prometu, Vlada je izabrala nečinjenje i još jednu slijepu ulicu​"​, stoji u priopćenju.

Cehovi prijevoznika Udruženja obrtnika Splita i Dubrovnika u četvrtak su prozvali Vladu kako je opet dokazala da je uopće ne zanima rješavanje prometnog kaosa i svih drugih problema koje je, kažu, izazvala liberalizacijom taksi tržišta 2018. godine.

​Prijevoznici su u priopćenju podsjetili da je prije manje od mjesec dana na sastanku u Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture predstavnicima Sekcije taksi prijevoznika HOK-a obećano da će u izmjene Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu uvrstiti većinu prijedloga HOK-a.

No, ističu, na današnjoj sjednici Vlade usvojene su predložene izmjene kojima nije uvažena nijedna ideja za poboljšanje taksi tržišta, sigurnosti građana u prometu, "ili rješavanja kaosa u kojem se proteklih godina nalaze obalni gradovi.
