U vremenima krize, 39 posto poslodavaca smanjilo je izdvajanja za edukacije. Trećina, što se dodatnog znanja tiče, zaposlenicima nudi isto kao i prije, a njih 23 posto u potpunosti je zamrznulo takve programe.
Svega devet posto posloprimaca smatra da im je dosadašnje formalno obrazovanje dalo odličnu osnovu za bavljenje njihovom profesijom, većina vrlo dobrim, dobrim i dovoljnim, a njih 12 posto nedovoljnim, rezultati su istraživanja koje je proveo portal MojPosao.
Na tržištu, osim toga, pokazali su rezultati istraživanja, možemo očekivati i jaku konkurenciju između državnih i privatnih fakulteta, jer ih je većina još neodlučna koji nudi bolje znanje, iako ispitanici za sada neznatno preferiraju državne fakultete - njih 48 posto naspram 43 posto onih koji preferiraju privatne.
Neki od programa profesionalne edukacije pohađalo je 73 posto anketiranih, njih 68 posto kazalo je da su od toga na poslu imali koristi, a njih četiri posto izjavilo je da u tomu ne vide ništa “pametnoga”.

Za edukacije najviše poslodavaca, njih 31 posto u prosjeku izdvaja do 500 kuna mjesečno, dok je njih 13 posto izdvajalo i više od 10.000 kuna. Posloprimci bi, da se njih pita, najčešće izdvajali od 500 do 1000 kuna, a zanimljivo je i da su za takve edukacije spremni izdvojiti više od šefova.

U vremenima krize, 39 posto poslodavaca smanjilo je izdvajanja za edukacije. Trećina, što se dodatnog znanja tiče, zaposlenicima nudi isto kao i prije, a njih 23 posto u potpunosti je zamrznulo takve programe.
Svega devet posto posloprimaca smatra da im je dosadašnje formalno obrazovanje dalo odličnu osnovu za bavljenje njihovom profesijom, većina vrlo dobrim, dobrim i dovoljnim, a njih 12 posto nedovoljnim, rezultati su istraživanja koje je proveo portal MojPosao.
Na tržištu, osim toga, pokazali su rezultati istraživanja, možemo očekivati i jaku konkurenciju između državnih i privatnih fakulteta, jer ih je većina još neodlučna koji nudi bolje znanje, iako ispitanici za sada neznatno preferiraju državne fakultete - njih 48 posto naspram 43 posto onih koji preferiraju privatne.
Neki od programa profesionalne edukacije pohađalo je 73 posto anketiranih, njih 68 posto kazalo je da su od toga na poslu imali koristi, a njih četiri posto izjavilo je da u tomu ne vide ništa “pametnoga”.

Troškovi
Za edukacije najviše poslodavaca, njih 31 posto u prosjeku izdvaja do 500 kuna mjesečno, dok je njih 13 posto izdvajalo i više od 10.000 kuna. Posloprimci bi, da se njih pita, najčešće izdvajali od 500 do 1000 kuna, a zanimljivo je i da su za takve edukacije spremni izdvojiti više od šefova.
