U Hrvatskoj se vidi napredak u digitaliziranosti ali je on spor, a tako je i među kompanijama od kojih tek 18 posto ima strategiju digitalne transformacije, što se u prvom valu koronakrize pokazalo jednim od većih nedostataka za poslovanje, ističu iz konzultantske tvrtke Apsolon nakon provedenog istraživanja Hrvatski digitalni indeks (HDI).

Cilj tog istraživanja bio je za 300 poduzeća iz različitih djelatnosti i geografskih regija utvrditi stanje digitalne spremnosti hrvatskog gospodarstva te koliko je na te procese utjecala koronakriza, navodi se u priopćenju iz te kuće objavljenom u utorak.

U istraživanju su uočeni važni pomaci kod čelnih ljudi kompanija o važnosti digitalizacije. Pritom 60 posto poduzeća smatra da će digitalna transformacija imati najveći utjecaj na zaposlenike, a 84 posto da će se uz digitalnu transformaciju promijeniti njihov poslovni model. Velik broj poduzeća, čak 94 posto, digitalnu transformaciju vidi i kao priliku za napredak.

No, samo 18 posto tvrtki kazalo je da ima strategiju digitalne transformacije, što je neznatan pomak u odnosu na prethodnu godinu, kada je u sličnom istraživanju to reklo 15 posto kompanija, kažu iz Apsolona.

Bez obzira na to, utvrđeno je da raste postotak tvrtki kojima je digitalna transformacija među top tri prioriteta te je broj takvih s lanjskih 33 posto ove godine porastao na 41 posto, a rast je zabilježen i kod vođenja digitalne transformacije odnosno ove godine kod 39 posto poduzeća izvršni direktor ili predsjednik uprave je osoba koja upravlja tom transformacijom, dok je to lani bilo kod 26 posto poduzeća.

Istraživači su pitali i o utjecaju koronakrize na procese digitalizacije u poduzećima, gdje su većinom svi odgovorili da je to imalo snažan utjecaj na njihov rad, odnosno 41 posto ispitanih kompanija reklo je da nije radilo tijekom prvog vala epidemije u Hrvatskoj, među kojima je njih 21 posto kao razlog navelo nemogućnost organiziranja alternativnog načina rada zbog specifičnosti poslovanja.

Kao najveći problem uslijed krize, 58,5 posto poduzeća navelo je komunikaciju i suradnju s klijentima i dobavljačima.

Četiri pozitivna trenda

"Ovogodišnja studija digitalne transformacije u Hrvatskoj pokazala je blagi pozitivni pomak u razumijevanju digitalne transformacije te prilika koje ona donosi.

Pokazala su se i četiri pozitivna trenda - najčešći nositelj odgovornosti za digitalnu transformaciju sada je predsjednik uprave, većina poduzeća smatra da digitalna transformacija neće smanjiti broj radnih mjesta i razumiju potrebu agilne prilagodbe, a smatraju i da će se posljedice uspješne ili neuspješne transformacije osjetiti u manje od tri godine", iznosi predsjednica Uprave Apsolona Nataša Ćurić Martinčević.

Ističe i da je koronakriza jasno ukazala da digitalizacija nije pitanje izbora već neophodan put svih uspješnih društava i poduzeća te se očekuje da će u idućem istraživanju biti veći pozitivni skok u tom smislu.

Iz Apsolona napominju da je od 300 obuhvaćenih hrvatskih poduzeća 43 velikih, s više od 250 zaposlenih, te 257 srednjih sa 50 do 249 zaposlenih.

Istraživanje i analiza koja ga prati uključuje i prijedlog preporuka i smjernica koje bi se trebale provesti u Hrvatskoj i na razini poduzeća, pri čemu ističu da bi nacionalni prioriteti trebali biti povećanje ulaganja u informacijsku infrastrukturu, usklađivanje obrazovnog sustava s potrebama tržišta i razvoj digitalnih vještina, transformacija javnog sektora te maksimalno iskorištavanja europskih fondova u programskom razdoblju do 2027.

Na razini poduzeća pak neke od preporuka su da obvezno provedu digitalnu transformaciju, donesu za to i strategiju te angažiraju stručnjaka i kreiraju digitalnu kulturu.

U Hrvatskoj se vidi napredak u digitaliziranosti ali je on spor, a tako je i među kompanijama od kojih tek 18 posto ima strategiju digitalne transformacije, što se u prvom valu koronakrize pokazalo jednim od većih nedostataka za poslovanje, ističu iz konzultantske tvrtke Apsolon nakon provedenog istraživanja Hrvatski digitalni indeks (HDI).

Cilj tog istraživanja bio je za 300 poduzeća iz različitih djelatnosti i geografskih regija utvrditi stanje digitalne spremnosti hrvatskog gospodarstva te koliko je na te procese utjecala koronakriza, navodi se u priopćenju iz te kuće objavljenom u utorak.

U istraživanju su uočeni važni pomaci kod čelnih ljudi kompanija o važnosti digitalizacije. Pritom 60 posto poduzeća smatra da će digitalna transformacija imati najveći utjecaj na zaposlenike, a 84 posto da će se uz digitalnu transformaciju promijeniti njihov poslovni model. Velik broj poduzeća, čak 94 posto, digitalnu transformaciju vidi i kao priliku za napredak.

No, samo 18 posto tvrtki kazalo je da ima strategiju digitalne transformacije, što je neznatan pomak u odnosu na prethodnu godinu, kada je u sličnom istraživanju to reklo 15 posto kompanija, kažu iz Apsolona.

Bez obzira na to, utvrđeno je da raste postotak tvrtki kojima je digitalna transformacija među top tri prioriteta te je broj takvih s lanjskih 33 posto ove godine porastao na 41 posto, a rast je zabilježen i kod vođenja digitalne transformacije odnosno ove godine kod 39 posto poduzeća izvršni direktor ili predsjednik uprave je osoba koja upravlja tom transformacijom, dok je to lani bilo kod 26 posto poduzeća.

Istraživači su pitali i o utjecaju koronakrize na procese digitalizacije u poduzećima, gdje su većinom svi odgovorili da je to imalo snažan utjecaj na njihov rad, odnosno 41 posto ispitanih kompanija reklo je da nije radilo tijekom prvog vala epidemije u Hrvatskoj, među kojima je njih 21 posto kao razlog navelo nemogućnost organiziranja alternativnog načina rada zbog specifičnosti poslovanja.

Kao najveći problem uslijed krize, 58,5 posto poduzeća navelo je komunikaciju i suradnju s klijentima i dobavljačima.

Četiri pozitivna trenda

"Ovogodišnja studija digitalne transformacije u Hrvatskoj pokazala je blagi pozitivni pomak u razumijevanju digitalne transformacije te prilika koje ona donosi.

Pokazala su se i četiri pozitivna trenda - najčešći nositelj odgovornosti za digitalnu transformaciju sada je predsjednik uprave, većina poduzeća smatra da digitalna transformacija neće smanjiti broj radnih mjesta i razumiju potrebu agilne prilagodbe, a smatraju i da će se posljedice uspješne ili neuspješne transformacije osjetiti u manje od tri godine", iznosi predsjednica Uprave Apsolona Nataša Ćurić Martinčević.

Ističe i da je koronakriza jasno ukazala da digitalizacija nije pitanje izbora već neophodan put svih uspješnih društava i poduzeća te se očekuje da će u idućem istraživanju biti veći pozitivni skok u tom smislu.

Iz Apsolona napominju da je od 300 obuhvaćenih hrvatskih poduzeća 43 velikih, s više od 250 zaposlenih, te 257 srednjih sa 50 do 249 zaposlenih.

Istraživanje i analiza koja ga prati uključuje i prijedlog preporuka i smjernica koje bi se trebale provesti u Hrvatskoj i na razini poduzeća, pri čemu ističu da bi nacionalni prioriteti trebali biti povećanje ulaganja u informacijsku infrastrukturu, usklađivanje obrazovnog sustava s potrebama tržišta i razvoj digitalnih vještina, transformacija javnog sektora te maksimalno iskorištavanja europskih fondova u programskom razdoblju do 2027.

Na razini poduzeća pak neke od preporuka su da obvezno provedu digitalnu transformaciju, donesu za to i strategiju te angažiraju stručnjaka i kreiraju digitalnu kulturu.

Koronakriza jasno ukazala na veliki problem u brojnim domaćim tvrtkama: svega 18 posto ih ima strategiju digitalne transformacije

U Hrvatskoj se vidi napredak u digitaliziranosti ali je on spor, a tako je i među kompanijama od kojih tek 18 posto ima strategiju digitalne transformacije, što se u prvom valu koronakrize pokazalo jednim od većih nedostataka za poslovanje, ističu iz konzultantske tvrtke Apsolon nakon provedenog istraživanja Hrvatski digitalni indeks (HDI).

Cilj tog istraživanja bio je za 300 poduzeća iz različitih djelatnosti i geografskih regija utvrditi stanje digitalne spremnosti hrvatskog gospodarstva te koliko je na te procese utjecala koronakriza, navodi se u priopćenju iz te kuće objavljenom u utorak.
