Na tržištu rada u Hrvatskoj svoje mjesto sve više nalaze najmlađi mogući radnici, oni u dobi od 15 do 19 godina. Zadnji podaci Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje (HZZ) za travanj ove godine pokazuju kako je ukupna nezaposlenost u Hrvatskoj u tome mjesecu u odnosu na isti mjesec prošle godine smanjena za 20 posto.

Najveći pad nezaposlenih u tome razdoblju, i to za čak 36,4 posto, ili gotovo dvije tisuće osoba, prema HZZ-u, zabilježen je upravo u dobnoj skupini od 15 do 19 godina.

Tako je u travnju ove godine zabilježeno 3372 nezaposlenih iz te dobne skupine, što je udio od svega 2,8 posto u ukupnoj strukturi nezaposlenih. Usporedbe radi, 2021. godine u istom je mjesecu broj nezaposlenih tog uzrasta bio čak 5298 i imali su udio od 3,6 posto u ukupnoj strukturi, a nezaposlenost tih mladih u odnosu na isti mjesec 2020. godine čak je tada i porasla za gotovo devet posto. Naravno, treba istaknuti kako su mladi od 15 do 19 godina inače skupina koja je najmalobrojnija na tržištu rada budući da je najveći dio njih još uvijek u sustavu obrazovanja.

Tako je, prema podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje (HZMO) s kraja ožujka ove godine, broj osiguranika (što otprilike odgovara broju zaposlenih) iz dobne skupine 15 – 19 godina iznosio 12.947, što je manje od jedan posto u ukupnoj strukturi osiguranika u Hrvatskoj (31. ožujka ove godine bilo ih je 1.582.858). No ove je godine na kraju ožujka broj osiguranika u dobnoj skupini od 15 do 19 godina bio znatno veći nego u istom razdoblju lani (11.403), ali i veći nego istog datuma pretpandemijske 2019. godine (9800).

U uvjetima kada se procjenjuje da će nam samo u turizmu ove godine nedostajati između 30 i 35 tisuća radnika, a zbog potreba tržišta rada (kvalificirani) kadar se bjesomučno traži i iz sve udaljenijih zemalja, očigledno je kako i najmlađi radnici, u dobi od 15 i više godina, brže pronalaze svoje mjesto kod poslodavaca u Hrvatskoj. Podsjetimo i kako je portal MojPosao ovih dana objavio da je zbog velikog oporavka tržišta rada potražnja za radnicima u Hrvatskoj nikad veća.

– U prvom kvartalu 2022. godine na portalu MojPosao objavljeno je više od 24.000 oglasa za posao, što je rast od čak 33 posto u usporedbi s prvim tromjesečjem prošle godine i rast od 32 posto u odnosu na prvi kvartal 2020. godine. U odnosu na pretpandemijsku, prema potražnji za radom rekordnu 2019. godinu, ove je godine objavljeno 11 posto oglasa više – objavili su s tog portala.

S obzirom da su najtraženija zanimanja na njihovu portalu u ožujku ove godine bila prodavač, kuhar, konobar, skladištar i vozač, jasno je kako su šansu za zaposlenje mogli pronaći i najmlađi radnici, uglavnom strukovnih kvalifikacija.

Na HZZ-u doznajemo koja su to zanimanja koja i mladima od 15 do 19 godina omogućavaju brz ulazak na tržište rada. U proteklih godinu dana (od svibnja 2021. do travnja 2022.) tako su među deset najbrojnijih zanimanja po zapošljivosti prednjačili prodavači, kojih je iz te dobne skupine zaposleno čak 1015, slijede konobari (733), kuhari (365), radnici na proizvodnoj liniji (319), pomoćni kuhari (317), potom frizeri (307), pomoćni konobari (304), automehaničari (213), čistačice (179) i skladištari (159).

Pogleda li se ta lista, jasno je da najviše tih mladih ima nekakvu (završenu) školu. To dokazuju i podaci HZZ-a prema kojima je, od trenutačno 3372 mlade nezaposlene osobe u dobi od 15 do 19 godina prijavljene na burzu rada, njih više od polovine, ili ukupno 1770, završilo srednjoškolsko obrazovanje za zanimanja do tri godine ili su KV i VKV radnici. Njih 947 ima završeno srednjoškolsko obrazovanje u trajanju od četiri ili više godina, a 50 je završenih gimnazijalaca. Među nezaposlenim mladima te dobne skupine, 399 ih ima završenu samo osnovnu školu, a tek 206 nema ni to – oni su bez ikakve završene škole, čak i osnovne.

Najveći dio trenutačno nezaposlenih mladih u dobi od 15 do 19 godina čine novoprijavljeni na burzu rada – ukupno 2306 prijavilo se u prva četiri mjeseca ove godine. I među njima nema većih oscilacija kada je riječ o obrazovnoj strukturi: čak 1891 ima završeno srednjoškolsko obrazovanje (1198 u trajanju do tri godine ili su KV i VKV radnici, 641 je završio četverogodišnju ili petogodišnju srednju školu, što su uglavnom medicinske sestre, a 52 su završeni gimnazijalci). Tek 253 novoprijavljena ima samo osnovnu školu, a 162 su bez ikakve škole.

Što se tiče prethodnog statusa, zanimljivo je kako je najveći dio njih (1104) prije prijave na burzu rada bio neaktivan, dakle niti su radili, niti su bili u redovitom obrazovanju, dok je velik dio (950) imao prethodno radno iskustvo. Izravno iz redovitog obrazovanja, bilo da su završili ili prekinuli školovanje, javilo se njih 252.

Na tržištu rada u Hrvatskoj svoje mjesto sve više nalaze najmlađi mogući radnici, oni u dobi od 15 do 19 godina. Zadnji podaci Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje (HZZ) za travanj ove godine pokazuju kako je ukupna nezaposlenost u Hrvatskoj u tome mjesecu u odnosu na isti mjesec prošle godine smanjena za 20 posto.

Najveći pad nezaposlenih u tome razdoblju, i to za čak 36,4 posto, ili gotovo dvije tisuće osoba, prema HZZ-u, zabilježen je upravo u dobnoj skupini od 15 do 19 godina.

Tako je u travnju ove godine zabilježeno 3372 nezaposlenih iz te dobne skupine, što je udio od svega 2,8 posto u ukupnoj strukturi nezaposlenih. Usporedbe radi, 2021. godine u istom je mjesecu broj nezaposlenih tog uzrasta bio čak 5298 i imali su udio od 3,6 posto u ukupnoj strukturi, a nezaposlenost tih mladih u odnosu na isti mjesec 2020. godine čak je tada i porasla za gotovo devet posto. Naravno, treba istaknuti kako su mladi od 15 do 19 godina inače skupina koja je najmalobrojnija na tržištu rada budući da je najveći dio njih još uvijek u sustavu obrazovanja.

Tako je, prema podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje (HZMO) s kraja ožujka ove godine, broj osiguranika (što otprilike odgovara broju zaposlenih) iz dobne skupine 15 – 19 godina iznosio 12.947, što je manje od jedan posto u ukupnoj strukturi osiguranika u Hrvatskoj (31. ožujka ove godine bilo ih je 1.582.858). No ove je godine na kraju ožujka broj osiguranika u dobnoj skupini od 15 do 19 godina bio znatno veći nego u istom razdoblju lani (11.403), ali i veći nego istog datuma pretpandemijske 2019. godine (9800).

U uvjetima kada se procjenjuje da će nam samo u turizmu ove godine nedostajati između 30 i 35 tisuća radnika, a zbog potreba tržišta rada (kvalificirani) kadar se bjesomučno traži i iz sve udaljenijih zemalja, očigledno je kako i najmlađi radnici, u dobi od 15 i više godina, brže pronalaze svoje mjesto kod poslodavaca u Hrvatskoj. Podsjetimo i kako je portal MojPosao ovih dana objavio da je zbog velikog oporavka tržišta rada potražnja za radnicima u Hrvatskoj nikad veća.

– U prvom kvartalu 2022. godine na portalu MojPosao objavljeno je više od 24.000 oglasa za posao, što je rast od čak 33 posto u usporedbi s prvim tromjesečjem prošle godine i rast od 32 posto u odnosu na prvi kvartal 2020. godine. U odnosu na pretpandemijsku, prema potražnji za radom rekordnu 2019. godinu, ove je godine objavljeno 11 posto oglasa više – objavili su s tog portala.

S obzirom da su najtraženija zanimanja na njihovu portalu u ožujku ove godine bila prodavač, kuhar, konobar, skladištar i vozač, jasno je kako su šansu za zaposlenje mogli pronaći i najmlađi radnici, uglavnom strukovnih kvalifikacija.

Na HZZ-u doznajemo koja su to zanimanja koja i mladima od 15 do 19 godina omogućavaju brz ulazak na tržište rada. U proteklih godinu dana (od svibnja 2021. do travnja 2022.) tako su među deset najbrojnijih zanimanja po zapošljivosti prednjačili prodavači, kojih je iz te dobne skupine zaposleno čak 1015, slijede konobari (733), kuhari (365), radnici na proizvodnoj liniji (319), pomoćni kuhari (317), potom frizeri (307), pomoćni konobari (304), automehaničari (213), čistačice (179) i skladištari (159).

Pogleda li se ta lista, jasno je da najviše tih mladih ima nekakvu (završenu) školu. To dokazuju i podaci HZZ-a prema kojima je, od trenutačno 3372 mlade nezaposlene osobe u dobi od 15 do 19 godina prijavljene na burzu rada, njih više od polovine, ili ukupno 1770, završilo srednjoškolsko obrazovanje za zanimanja do tri godine ili su KV i VKV radnici. Njih 947 ima završeno srednjoškolsko obrazovanje u trajanju od četiri ili više godina, a 50 je završenih gimnazijalaca. Među nezaposlenim mladima te dobne skupine, 399 ih ima završenu samo osnovnu školu, a tek 206 nema ni to – oni su bez ikakve završene škole, čak i osnovne.

Najveći dio trenutačno nezaposlenih mladih u dobi od 15 do 19 godina čine novoprijavljeni na burzu rada – ukupno 2306 prijavilo se u prva četiri mjeseca ove godine. I među njima nema većih oscilacija kada je riječ o obrazovnoj strukturi: čak 1891 ima završeno srednjoškolsko obrazovanje (1198 u trajanju do tri godine ili su KV i VKV radnici, 641 je završio četverogodišnju ili petogodišnju srednju školu, što su uglavnom medicinske sestre, a 52 su završeni gimnazijalci). Tek 253 novoprijavljena ima samo osnovnu školu, a 162 su bez ikakve škole.

Što se tiče prethodnog statusa, zanimljivo je kako je najveći dio njih (1104) prije prijave na burzu rada bio neaktivan, dakle niti su radili, niti su bili u redovitom obrazovanju, dok je velik dio (950) imao prethodno radno iskustvo. Izravno iz redovitog obrazovanja, bilo da su završili ili prekinuli školovanje, javilo se njih 252.
