Svjetska banka objavila je krajem prošlog tjedna svoje proljetne procjene za ovu i narednu godinu za pojedine regije i zemlje, koje su usklađene s aktualnom pandemijom uzrokovanom koronavirusom i posljedicama koje ona ostavlja na svjetsko gospodarstvo. Pritom treba naglasiti da analitičari tumače kako je pandemija izmijenila prethodna očekivanja, ali navode i da nije moguće predvidjeti njezine konačne učinke te daju procjene prema osnovnom i prema „lošijem“ scenariju, a na procjenu Svjetke banke osvrnuli se se iz Hrvatske gospodarske komore, čije priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

'Hrvatska je uvrštena među zemlje Europe i središnje Azije, za koje se u ovoj godini predviđa pad BDP-a od 2,8% prema osnovnom scenariju te 4,4% po lošijem.

Detaljnije podjele, zanimljivije za Hrvatsku, daju zasebne procjene za zemlje središnje Europe i baltičke države (Poljska, Mađarska, Bugarska, Rumunjska, Estonija, Litva, Latvija i Hrvatska), prema kojima bi BDP te regije trebao realno pasti 1,0% prema osnovnom scenariju ili 2,5% prema lošijem, te za zemlje zapadnog Balkana (Albanija, BiH, Kosovo, Crnu Goru, Sjevernu Makedoniju i Srbiju) čiji bi BDP mogao pasti 1,1% prema osnovnom scenariju ili 3,8% prema lošijem.

U usporedbi s tim dvjema grupama zemalja, odnosno sa zemljama za koje su objavljeni podaci (nema ih za Mađarsku, Estoniju, Litvu i Latviju), Hrvatska je prema procjenama za ovu godinu prošla prilično loše.

Naime, u usporedbi s preostalih devet zemalja Hrvatska bi prema osnovnim procjenama Svjetske banke u ovoj godini trebala zabilježiti najveći pad BDP-a od čak 6,2% na godišnjoj razini.

Svoju procjenu takvog pada hrvatskoga gospodarstva analitičari Svjetske banke tumače očekivanim snažim padom prihoda od turizma, padom vrijednosti robnog izvoza, posebno pod utjecajem zbivanja na najvećim izvoznim tržištima, ponajprije Italiji, padom zaposlenosti u radno intenzivnim sektorima, znatno manjom sezonskom zaposlenosti te dodatnim pritiskom povratka radnika iz inozemstva na rast nezaposlenosti.

Procijenjena struktura kretanja potrošnih komponenti BDP-a dodatno naglašava glavne izvore tako loših procjena za Hrvatsku. U usporedbi s preostalih devet zemalja, Hrvatska bi uz Bugarsku trebala zabilježiti jedan od većih padova osobne potrošnje (-3,3%), po stopi pada investicija u fiksni kapital se ne bi trebala znatnije isticati, ali bi također trebala biti lošija od prosječnog pada za sve promatrane zemlje, a po realnom padu vrijednosti izvoza roba i usluga Hrvatska bi trebala biti u kudikamo najlošijoj situaciji. Točnije, relativno blizu pada njegove realne vrijednosti od 19,6% u Hrvatskoj još je i Albanija s -17,0%, ali prosječan pad za preostalih osam zemalja iznosi „tek“ -2,7%. To, prije svega, još jednom naglašava negativnu stranu ovisnosti hrvatskoga gospodarstva o turističkim ostvarenjima.

Nove procjene rasta Svjetske banke i priložene analize još jednom potvrđuju koliko je Hrvatska u ekonomskom smislu izgubila zbog prisutne pandemije.

Naime, šira analiza za Hrvatsku naglašava niz pozitivnih trendova u gospodarstvu prisutnih u 2019. godini, od blago dinamičnijeg rasta BDP-a u uvjetima globalnog usporavanja, nastavka rasta domaće potražnje i izvoza te pozitivnih trendova na tržištu rada, do blagog proračunskog suficita i nastavka pada udjela javnog duga u BDP-u. Naravno, svi će ti trendovi u aktualnoj situaciji biti zaustavljeni.

Ipak, treba se nadati da će se ispuniti i procjene Svjetske banke za naredne dvije godine, prema kojima bi već u idućoj godini trebalo doći do znatnijeg oporavka gospodarstva, odnosno da će negativni trendovi, iako snažni, biti relativno kratkotrajni.

Svjetska banka objavila je krajem prošlog tjedna svoje proljetne procjene za ovu i narednu godinu za pojedine regije i zemlje, koje su usklađene s aktualnom pandemijom uzrokovanom koronavirusom i posljedicama koje ona ostavlja na svjetsko gospodarstvo. Pritom treba naglasiti da analitičari tumače kako je pandemija izmijenila prethodna očekivanja, ali navode i da nije moguće predvidjeti njezine konačne učinke te daju procjene prema osnovnom i prema „lošijem“ scenariju, a na procjenu Svjetke banke osvrnuli se se iz Hrvatske gospodarske komore, čije priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

'Hrvatska je uvrštena među zemlje Europe i središnje Azije, za koje se u ovoj godini predviđa pad BDP-a od 2,8% prema osnovnom scenariju te 4,4% po lošijem.

Detaljnije podjele, zanimljivije za Hrvatsku, daju zasebne procjene za zemlje središnje Europe i baltičke države (Poljska, Mađarska, Bugarska, Rumunjska, Estonija, Litva, Latvija i Hrvatska), prema kojima bi BDP te regije trebao realno pasti 1,0% prema osnovnom scenariju ili 2,5% prema lošijem, te za zemlje zapadnog Balkana (Albanija, BiH, Kosovo, Crnu Goru, Sjevernu Makedoniju i Srbiju) čiji bi BDP mogao pasti 1,1% prema osnovnom scenariju ili 3,8% prema lošijem.

U usporedbi s tim dvjema grupama zemalja, odnosno sa zemljama za koje su objavljeni podaci (nema ih za Mađarsku, Estoniju, Litvu i Latviju), Hrvatska je prema procjenama za ovu godinu prošla prilično loše.

Naime, u usporedbi s preostalih devet zemalja Hrvatska bi prema osnovnim procjenama Svjetske banke u ovoj godini trebala zabilježiti najveći pad BDP-a od čak 6,2% na godišnjoj razini.

Svoju procjenu takvog pada hrvatskoga gospodarstva analitičari Svjetske banke tumače očekivanim snažim padom prihoda od turizma, padom vrijednosti robnog izvoza, posebno pod utjecajem zbivanja na najvećim izvoznim tržištima, ponajprije Italiji, padom zaposlenosti u radno intenzivnim sektorima, znatno manjom sezonskom zaposlenosti te dodatnim pritiskom povratka radnika iz inozemstva na rast nezaposlenosti.

Procijenjena struktura kretanja potrošnih komponenti BDP-a dodatno naglašava glavne izvore tako loših procjena za Hrvatsku. U usporedbi s preostalih devet zemalja, Hrvatska bi uz Bugarsku trebala zabilježiti jedan od većih padova osobne potrošnje (-3,3%), po stopi pada investicija u fiksni kapital se ne bi trebala znatnije isticati, ali bi također trebala biti lošija od prosječnog pada za sve promatrane zemlje, a po realnom padu vrijednosti izvoza roba i usluga Hrvatska bi trebala biti u kudikamo najlošijoj situaciji. Točnije, relativno blizu pada njegove realne vrijednosti od 19,6% u Hrvatskoj još je i Albanija s -17,0%, ali prosječan pad za preostalih osam zemalja iznosi „tek“ -2,7%. To, prije svega, još jednom naglašava negativnu stranu ovisnosti hrvatskoga gospodarstva o turističkim ostvarenjima.

Nove procjene rasta Svjetske banke i priložene analize još jednom potvrđuju koliko je Hrvatska u ekonomskom smislu izgubila zbog prisutne pandemije.

Naime, šira analiza za Hrvatsku naglašava niz pozitivnih trendova u gospodarstvu prisutnih u 2019. godini, od blago dinamičnijeg rasta BDP-a u uvjetima globalnog usporavanja, nastavka rasta domaće potražnje i izvoza te pozitivnih trendova na tržištu rada, do blagog proračunskog suficita i nastavka pada udjela javnog duga u BDP-u. Naravno, svi će ti trendovi u aktualnoj situaciji biti zaustavljeni.

Ipak, treba se nadati da će se ispuniti i procjene Svjetske banke za naredne dvije godine, prema kojima bi već u idućoj godini trebalo doći do znatnijeg oporavka gospodarstva, odnosno da će negativni trendovi, iako snažni, biti relativno kratkotrajni.

HGK o crnoj prognozi Svjetske banke za Hrvatsku: Prošli smo prilično loše, nadamo se da su u pravu što se tiče vremena oporavka gospodarstva

Svjetska banka objavila je krajem prošlog tjedna svoje proljetne procjene za ovu i narednu godinu za pojedine regije i zemlje, koje su usklađene s aktualnom pandemijom uzrokovanom koronavirusom i posljedicama koje ona ostavlja na svjetsko gospodarstvo. Pritom treba naglasiti da analitičari tumače kako je pandemija izmijenila prethodna očekivanja, ali navode i da nije moguće predvidjeti njezine konačne učinke te daju procjene prema osnovnom i prema „lošijem“ scenariju, a na procjenu Svjetke banke osvrnuli se se iz Hrvatske gospodarske komore, čije priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

'Hrvatska je uvrštena među zemlje Europe i središnje Azije, za koje se u ovoj godini predviđa pad BDP-a od 2,8% prema osnovnom scenariju te 4,4% po lošijem.
