Europska središnja banka (ESB) objavila je sveobuhvatnu procjenu pet hrvatskih banaka te je potvrđeno da ni jedna od analiziranih banaka nema kapitalnih nedostataka. Objava ESB-a ima iznimnu važnost jer potvrđuje stabilnost i kvalitetu hrvatskog bankovnog sustava te predstavlja značajan iskorak prema ulasku Hrvatske u Bankovnu uniju, ali i u Europski tečajni mehanizam II (ERM II), koji je posljednji korak prije ulaska u europodručje.
Nakon što je u svibnju agencija za dodjelu kreditnog rejtinga S&P zadržala svoju ocjenu kreditnog rejtinga za Hrvatsku neizmijenjenom, na BBB-, isto je učinila agencija Fitch, koja je potvrdila dugoročni kreditni rejting Hrvatske na investicijskoj razini (BBB-), a izglede procijenila kao stabilne.
Prema toj agenciji Hrvatska se vratila na razinu BBB- u lipnju 2019. godine, nakon što se, od rujna 2013. do lipnja 2019. godine nalazila u području neinvesticijskog ranga.
Zadržavanje kreditnog rejtinga na investicijskoj razini je iznimno pozitivna i ohrabrujuća ocjena, koja je rezultat povjerenja u Vladu da će zadržati srednjoročnu fiskalnu stabilnost te nastaviti s napretkom prema ulasku u europodručje.
,,Ocjene kreditnih rejting agencija pokazuju povjerenje u upravljanje krizom te otpornost hrvatskog gospodarstva na izazove s kojima smo suočeni. Uz potvrdu da je snažan paket mjera poduzetih za gospodarski oporavak bio dobar potez za očuvanje radnih mjesta i likvidnosti poduzeća, kreditne agencije šalju poruku da će se Hrvatska uspjeti vratiti na razinu na kojoj je bila prije krize uzrokovane globalnom pandemijom", izjavio je ovom prigodom predsjednik Vlade Andrej Plenković.
A rejting agencija Fitch potvrdila je dugoročni kreditni rejting Hrvatske 'BBB-', a izglede procijenila kao stabilne.
Stabilni izgledi odražavaju uvjerenje da će vlada održati srednjoročnu fiskalnu stabilnost, istovremeno pružajući kratkoročnu podršku u borbi protiv COVID-19, kao i stalni postupni napredak u uvođenju eura, kažu u Fitcu.
Fitch predviđa da će hrvatsko gospodarstvo pasti za 8,4 posto ove godine, pri čemu bi turizam trebao pasti za 70 posto u odnosu na prošlu godinu. To je bolje od vladine procjene pada BDP-a od 9,4 posto.
"Narav hrvatske turističke industrije, koja se uglavnom temelji na privatnom smještaju i dolascima kopnenim putem, mogla bi pružiti određenu otpornost u vrijeme kada europske vlade ublažavaju ograničenja putovanja", kažu u Fitcu.
Dodaju kako je njihova osnovna pretpostavka da će se gospodarstvo početi oporavljati u sljedećim tromjesečjima, pri čemu će rast dosegnuti blizu pet posto u 2021. godini.
"Tome u prilog govore dosadašnji uspjesi u kontroli koronavirusa i mjere vlasti kojima se pruža pomoć poduzećima i pojedincima koju procjenjujemo na više od deset posto DP-a, što će pomoći u sprečavanju većeg gubitka radnih mjesta i raširenom zatvaranju poduzeća", kaže se u Fitcovu izvještaju.
Dodaje se kako nedavni ekonomski podaci ukazuju na dramatično pogoršanje ekonomske aktivnosti, ali i oporavak u svibnju, u skladu s ublažavanjem mjera borbe protiv koronavirusa.
"Preostali rizici ostat će kratkoročno i srednjoročno, uključujući opseg i duljinu pandemije, oporavak vanjske potražnje, potencijalni utjecaj obustave mjera potpore i nepovoljne demografije", kaže se u izvješću.
Fitch predviđa proračunski deficit od sedam posto BDP-a u 2020. godini te udjel javnog duga u BDP-u od 86,2 posto kao i smanjenje deficita na 2,7 posto BDP-a u 2021. godini
"U četiri godine koje su prethodile pandemiji COVID-19, hrvatske vlasti svake su godine prekoračile svoje fiskalne ciljeve i poboljšale fiskalno upravljanje. Iako potencijalna promjena vlasti nakon parlamentarnih izbora u srpnju stvara određenu neizvjesnost, negativni fiskalni rizici umanjuju se širokim konsenzusom oko održavanja makrostabilnosti. Štoviše, potencijalni ulazak u ERM II vjerojatno će poslužiti kao dodatan poticaj takvoj politici", zaključuje Fitch.
Pretpostavljajući postupni povratak na umjerene primarne fiskalne suficite od oko jedan posto BDP-a, Fitch predviđa da će udio javnog duga u BDP-u pasti na oko 80 posto u 2022. i 67 posto do 2029. godine. Navodi i da bi povećanje financiranja bespovratnim sredstava iz EU-a također moglo dovesti do manjih potreba za financiranjem i potencijalnim smanjenjem duga.

Europska središnja banka (ESB) objavila je sveobuhvatnu procjenu pet hrvatskih banaka te je potvrđeno da ni jedna od analiziranih banaka nema kapitalnih nedostataka. Objava ESB-a ima iznimnu važnost jer potvrđuje stabilnost i kvalitetu hrvatskog bankovnog sustava te predstavlja značajan iskorak prema ulasku Hrvatske u Bankovnu uniju, ali i u Europski tečajni mehanizam II (ERM II), koji je posljednji korak prije ulaska u europodručje.
Nakon što je u svibnju agencija za dodjelu kreditnog rejtinga S&P zadržala svoju ocjenu kreditnog rejtinga za Hrvatsku neizmijenjenom, na BBB-, isto je učinila agencija Fitch, koja je potvrdila dugoročni kreditni rejting Hrvatske na investicijskoj razini (BBB-), a izglede procijenila kao stabilne.
Prema toj agenciji Hrvatska se vratila na razinu BBB- u lipnju 2019. godine, nakon što se, od rujna 2013. do lipnja 2019. godine nalazila u području neinvesticijskog ranga.
Zadržavanje kreditnog rejtinga na investicijskoj razini je iznimno pozitivna i ohrabrujuća ocjena, koja je rezultat povjerenja u Vladu da će zadržati srednjoročnu fiskalnu stabilnost te nastaviti s napretkom prema ulasku u europodručje.
,,Ocjene kreditnih rejting agencija pokazuju povjerenje u upravljanje krizom te otpornost hrvatskog gospodarstva na izazove s kojima smo suočeni. Uz potvrdu da je snažan paket mjera poduzetih za gospodarski oporavak bio dobar potez za očuvanje radnih mjesta i likvidnosti poduzeća, kreditne agencije šalju poruku da će se Hrvatska uspjeti vratiti na razinu na kojoj je bila prije krize uzrokovane globalnom pandemijom", izjavio je ovom prigodom predsjednik Vlade Andrej Plenković.
A rejting agencija Fitch potvrdila je dugoročni kreditni rejting Hrvatske 'BBB-', a izglede procijenila kao stabilne.
Stabilni izgledi odražavaju uvjerenje da će vlada održati srednjoročnu fiskalnu stabilnost, istovremeno pružajući kratkoročnu podršku u borbi protiv COVID-19, kao i stalni postupni napredak u uvođenju eura, kažu u Fitcu.
Fitch predviđa da će hrvatsko gospodarstvo pasti za 8,4 posto ove godine, pri čemu bi turizam trebao pasti za 70 posto u odnosu na prošlu godinu. To je bolje od vladine procjene pada BDP-a od 9,4 posto.
"Narav hrvatske turističke industrije, koja se uglavnom temelji na privatnom smještaju i dolascima kopnenim putem, mogla bi pružiti određenu otpornost u vrijeme kada europske vlade ublažavaju ograničenja putovanja", kažu u Fitcu.
Dodaju kako je njihova osnovna pretpostavka da će se gospodarstvo početi oporavljati u sljedećim tromjesečjima, pri čemu će rast dosegnuti blizu pet posto u 2021. godini.
"Tome u prilog govore dosadašnji uspjesi u kontroli koronavirusa i mjere vlasti kojima se pruža pomoć poduzećima i pojedincima koju procjenjujemo na više od deset posto DP-a, što će pomoći u sprečavanju većeg gubitka radnih mjesta i raširenom zatvaranju poduzeća", kaže se u Fitcovu izvještaju.
Dodaje se kako nedavni ekonomski podaci ukazuju na dramatično pogoršanje ekonomske aktivnosti, ali i oporavak u svibnju, u skladu s ublažavanjem mjera borbe protiv koronavirusa.
"Preostali rizici ostat će kratkoročno i srednjoročno, uključujući opseg i duljinu pandemije, oporavak vanjske potražnje, potencijalni utjecaj obustave mjera potpore i nepovoljne demografije", kaže se u izvješću.
Fitch predviđa proračunski deficit od sedam posto BDP-a u 2020. godini te udjel javnog duga u BDP-u od 86,2 posto kao i smanjenje deficita na 2,7 posto BDP-a u 2021. godini
"U četiri godine koje su prethodile pandemiji COVID-19, hrvatske vlasti svake su godine prekoračile svoje fiskalne ciljeve i poboljšale fiskalno upravljanje. Iako potencijalna promjena vlasti nakon parlamentarnih izbora u srpnju stvara određenu neizvjesnost, negativni fiskalni rizici umanjuju se širokim konsenzusom oko održavanja makrostabilnosti. Štoviše, potencijalni ulazak u ERM II vjerojatno će poslužiti kao dodatan poticaj takvoj politici", zaključuje Fitch.
Pretpostavljajući postupni povratak na umjerene primarne fiskalne suficite od oko jedan posto BDP-a, Fitch predviđa da će udio javnog duga u BDP-u pasti na oko 80 posto u 2022. i 67 posto do 2029. godine. Navodi i da bi povećanje financiranja bespovratnim sredstava iz EU-a također moglo dovesti do manjih potreba za financiranjem i potencijalnim smanjenjem duga.
