Hrvatska ženska rukometna reprezentacija u prvom je susretu skupine I drugog kruga Europskog prvenstva u Ljubljani izgubila od domaćina Slovenije sa 18-26 (12-13).

Valentina Blažević je s pet golova bila najefikasnija u sastavu Hrvatske dok je Ana Gros sa sedam pogodaka predvodila Sloveniju.

Hrvatska je vrlo loše ušla u utakmicu, neoprezno izgubila nekoliko lopti u napadu, pa je Slovenija nakon tek nešto više od pet minuta imala prednost od 4-0. Tada je izbornik Nenad Šoštarić pozvao "time out" tijekom kojega je smirio svoje igračice koje su počele igrati mnogo koncentriranije, a to je uz nekoliko pogrešnih dodavanja Slovenki te obrana Tee Pijević donijelo preokret. U 19. minuti Hrvatska je povela sa 9-8, potom u još nekoliko navrata imala gol prednosti uz napadm ali nije se uspjela odlijepiti. Bolje odigranom završnicom prvog dijela Slovenija je na odmor otišla s vodstvom od 13-12.

I drugo poluvrijeme počelo je slično kao i prvo. Hrvatska je bila bez ideje u napadu prvenstveno jer nespremna Blažević više nije mogla izdržati ritam utakmice, nekoliko obrana sakupila je slovenska vratarka Pandžić, dva je udarca naših igračica zaustavljala i vratnica pa je u 41. minuti kod vodstva Slovenije 17-13 Šoštarić ponovno bio prisiljen pozvati "time out". Ovoga puta ta strategija nije bila uspješna, Slovenija je i dalje povećavala svoju prednost sve do 20-13, a Hrvatska je svoj drugi gol u drugom poluvremenu postigla tek u 49. minuti.

Slovenija je mirno odigrala završnicu i na kraju slavila s uvjerljivih 26-18.

Hrvatska je tako ostala na dva osvojena boda i praktički bez izgleda za plasman u polufinale u koje vode samo prva dva mjesta u skupini, dok je Slovenija stigla na učinak od četiri boda. Četiri boda ima i Norveška, po dva boda imaju još Švedska i Danska, dok je Mađarska bez bodova.

Hrvatska će sljedeći susret igrati u subotu protiv Danske.

Izbornik hrvatske ženske rukometne reprezentacije Nenad Šoštarić nakon 18-26 poraza od Slovenije na startu drugog kruga Europskog prvenstva izrazio je nezadovoljstvo igrom svoje ekipe u napadu u drugom poluvremenu tijekom kojega je postigla samo šest golova.

"Odigrali smo odlično prvo poluvrijeme u kojem smo se vratili nakon 0-4. Nažalost, dozvolili smo da nam se to ponovi i u drugom poluvremenu. Počeli smo s prebrzim šutovima iz nelogičnih pozicija. Obrambeno je bilo u redu sve do pred kraj utakmice, ali kada u jednom poluvremenu postignete samo šest golova onda o napadačkom dijelu ne treba niti pričati. Sve smo pokušali, ali ništa nije funkioniralo", rekao je Šoštarić koji se požalio i na fizičku pripremu svojih igračica što je vrlo loša vijest pred preostale dvije utakmice koje očekuju Hrvatsku u Ljubljani protiv Danske i Švedske, dviju ekipa kojima je trčanje glavi adut.

"Pitanje je i fizičke spreme i mogućnosti. Ako ćemo moći trčati s Danskom i Švedskom, tada ćemo moći i igrati s njima, ali moramo paziti da zbog fizičke spreme ne padnemo u ‘crnu rupu‘ kao što je to bilo danas i protiv Norveške", dodao je Šoštarić.

Najviše pogodaka postigla je Valentina Blažević, ali svih pet u prvom poluvremenu, dok je u drugom pala što i ne čudi jer zbog ozljede mišića nije niti igrala prethodnu utakmicu protiv Švicarske.

"Dala sam koliko sam mogla. Prvo poluvrijeme smo dobro odradile, zabijale golove, a u drugom poluvremenu nam je pala obrana, razbranile smo njihovu golmanicu i onda je bilo teško nadoknađivati razliku pred njihovom publikom", izjavila je Blažević.

Valentina Blažević je s pet golova bila najefikasnija u sastavu Hrvatske dok je Ana Gros sa sedam pogodaka predvodila Sloveniju.

Hrvatska je vrlo loše ušla u utakmicu, neoprezno izgubila nekoliko lopti u napadu, pa je Slovenija nakon tek nešto više od pet minuta imala prednost od 4-0. Tada je izbornik Nenad Šoštarić pozvao "time out" tijekom kojega je smirio svoje igračice koje su počele igrati mnogo koncentriranije, a to je uz nekoliko pogrešnih dodavanja Slovenki te obrana Tee Pijević donijelo preokret. U 19. minuti Hrvatska je povela sa 9-8, potom u još nekoliko navrata imala gol prednosti uz napadm ali nije se uspjela odlijepiti. Bolje odigranom završnicom prvog dijela Slovenija je na odmor otišla s vodstvom od 13-12.

I drugo poluvrijeme počelo je slično kao i prvo. Hrvatska je bila bez ideje u napadu prvenstveno jer nespremna Blažević više nije mogla izdržati ritam utakmice, nekoliko obrana sakupila je slovenska vratarka Pandžić, dva je udarca naših igračica zaustavljala i vratnica pa je u 41. minuti kod vodstva Slovenije 17-13 Šoštarić ponovno bio prisiljen pozvati "time out". Ovoga puta ta strategija nije bila uspješna, Slovenija je i dalje povećavala svoju prednost sve do 20-13, a Hrvatska je svoj drugi gol u drugom poluvremenu postigla tek u 49. minuti.

Slovenija je mirno odigrala završnicu i na kraju slavila s uvjerljivih 26-18.

Hrvatska je tako ostala na dva osvojena boda i praktički bez izgleda za plasman u polufinale u koje vode samo prva dva mjesta u skupini, dok je Slovenija stigla na učinak od četiri boda. Četiri boda ima i Norveška, po dva boda imaju još Švedska i Danska, dok je Mađarska bez bodova.

Hrvatska će sljedeći susret igrati u subotu protiv Danske.

Izbornik hrvatske ženske rukometne reprezentacije Nenad Šoštarić nakon 18-26 poraza od Slovenije na startu drugog kruga Europskog prvenstva izrazio je nezadovoljstvo igrom svoje ekipe u napadu u drugom poluvremenu tijekom kojega je postigla samo šest golova.

"Odigrali smo odlično prvo poluvrijeme u kojem smo se vratili nakon 0-4. Nažalost, dozvolili smo da nam se to ponovi i u drugom poluvremenu. Počeli smo s prebrzim šutovima iz nelogičnih pozicija. Obrambeno je bilo u redu sve do pred kraj utakmice, ali kada u jednom poluvremenu postignete samo šest golova onda o napadačkom dijelu ne treba niti pričati. Sve smo pokušali, ali ništa nije funkioniralo", rekao je Šoštarić koji se požalio i na fizičku pripremu svojih igračica što je vrlo loša vijest pred preostale dvije utakmice koje očekuju Hrvatsku u Ljubljani protiv Danske i Švedske, dviju ekipa kojima je trčanje glavi adut.

"Pitanje je i fizičke spreme i mogućnosti. Ako ćemo moći trčati s Danskom i Švedskom, tada ćemo moći i igrati s njima, ali moramo paziti da zbog fizičke spreme ne padnemo u ‘crnu rupu‘ kao što je to bilo danas i protiv Norveške", dodao je Šoštarić.

Najviše pogodaka postigla je Valentina Blažević, ali svih pet u prvom poluvremenu, dok je u drugom pala što i ne čudi jer zbog ozljede mišića nije niti igrala prethodnu utakmicu protiv Švicarske.

"Dala sam koliko sam mogla. Prvo poluvrijeme smo dobro odradile, zabijale golove, a u drugom poluvremenu nam je pala obrana, razbranile smo njihovu golmanicu i onda je bilo teško nadoknađivati razliku pred njihovom publikom", izjavila je Blažević.
