Državni tajnik Središnjeg državnog ureda za šport (SDUŠ) Tomislav Družak odnio je Odluku o izmjeni Odluke o potpori za očuvanje radnih mjesta u sustavu sporta pogođenih koronavirusom (COVID-19) kojom se proširuje popis pravnih osoba u sustavu sporta koje imaju pravo potpore.

Sada na prijavu za potporu, sukladno članku 14. Zakona o sportu, pravo ostvaruju i udruge sportske rekreacije, koje su registrirane za neku od sportskih djelatnosti poput univerzalnih sportskih škola i drugih korisnih sportsko-rekreativnih aktivnosti za građane. Izmjenom Odluke omogućuje se prijava i drugim sportskim udrugama osim do sada obuhvaćenih klubova, sportskih saveza na razini jedinica lokalne i regionalne samouprave te sportskih zajednica.

Svi ostali uvjeti iz Odluke ostaju isti, odnosno kako bi dobio pravo na potporu poslodavac ne smije koristiti niti jednu drugu potporu ili mjeru za očuvanje radnih mjesta za radnike za koje traži potporu, zatim, s radnikom za kojeg traži potporu poslodavac mora imati sklopljen ugovor o radnom odnosu najkasnije s danom 19. ožujka 2020. godine. Nadalje, trošak plaće radnika za kojeg se traži potpora ne smije biti financiran ili sufinanciran kroz redovnu realizaciju javnih potreba u sportu od strane JLP(R)S-a i/ili drugih javnih izvora (proračuna lokalne, regionalne ili državne razine), a radnik za kojeg se traži potpora mora biti zaposlen na neodređeno ili određeno radno vrijeme i prijavljen na puno ili nepuno radno vrijeme.

Uz navedeno, poslodavac mora biti solventan u trenutku prijave na mjeru potpore, a potporu može zatražiti za najviše 10 radnika.

Iznos potpore po radniku je do 3.250 kuna za mjesec ožujak te do 4.000 kuna za mjesece travanj i svibanj, a u proračunu Središnjeg državnog ureda za šport za tu svrhu prenamjenom je osigurano 40 milijuna kuna.

Državni tajnik Središnjeg državnog ureda za šport (SDUŠ) Tomislav Družak odnio je Odluku o izmjeni Odluke o potpori za očuvanje radnih mjesta u sustavu sporta pogođenih koronavirusom (COVID-19) kojom se proširuje popis pravnih osoba u sustavu sporta koje imaju pravo potpore.

Sada na prijavu za potporu, sukladno članku 14. Zakona o sportu, pravo ostvaruju i udruge sportske rekreacije, koje su registrirane za neku od sportskih djelatnosti poput univerzalnih sportskih škola i drugih korisnih sportsko-rekreativnih aktivnosti za građane. Izmjenom Odluke omogućuje se prijava i drugim sportskim udrugama osim do sada obuhvaćenih klubova, sportskih saveza na razini jedinica lokalne i regionalne samouprave te sportskih zajednica.

Svi ostali uvjeti iz Odluke ostaju isti, odnosno kako bi dobio pravo na potporu poslodavac ne smije koristiti niti jednu drugu potporu ili mjeru za očuvanje radnih mjesta za radnike za koje traži potporu, zatim, s radnikom za kojeg traži potporu poslodavac mora imati sklopljen ugovor o radnom odnosu najkasnije s danom 19. ožujka 2020. godine. Nadalje, trošak plaće radnika za kojeg se traži potpora ne smije biti financiran ili sufinanciran kroz redovnu realizaciju javnih potreba u sportu od strane JLP(R)S-a i/ili drugih javnih izvora (proračuna lokalne, regionalne ili državne razine), a radnik za kojeg se traži potpora mora biti zaposlen na neodređeno ili određeno radno vrijeme i prijavljen na puno ili nepuno radno vrijeme.

Uz navedeno, poslodavac mora biti solventan u trenutku prijave na mjeru potpore, a potporu može zatražiti za najviše 10 radnika.

Iznos potpore po radniku je do 3.250 kuna za mjesec ožujak te do 4.000 kuna za mjesece travanj i svibanj, a u proračunu Središnjeg državnog ureda za šport za tu svrhu prenamjenom je osigurano 40 milijuna kuna.
