Legenda splitskog futsala i čovjek nevjerojatne životne priče, Duje Bajrušović, novi je igrač splitskog prvoligaša AFC Universitas.
Pitanje kluba u kojem će jedan od najboljih hrvatskih futsal igrača nastaviti svoju karijeru, već neko vrijeme je goruća tema u futsal krugovima. Iako ova fantastična priča izgleda pomalo nevjerojatno, činjenica da Duje Bajrušović želi graditi dualnu karijeru, dovela ga je u redove popularnog AFCU-a.
Pozitivna veza između obrazovanja i Universitasa je neraskidiva, a stjecanje kompetencija za višestruko učenje jedan od primarnih ciljeva. S obzirom da kvaliteta obrazovanja sportaša tijekom sportske karijere često predstavlja preduvjet uspjeha sportaša u karijeri koja slijedi nakon završetka igračke, dualna karijera nameće se kao logičan izbor. Upravo zato, dolazak Bajrušovića je nastavak jedinstvene AFCU priče, bilo da se radi o obrazovanju na početku ili pak, na smiraju seniorske karijere.
Godinama unazad, ovaj futsal velikan je isticao želju za vlastitim usavršavanjem, a zavidne vještine koje je više od dva desetljeća stjecao na malonogometnim terenima, olakšat će mu i tranziciju prema onom što ga čeka nakon završetka igračke karijere te otvoriti različite mogućnosti novih životnih ciljeva.
Ono što je sigurno je da su svi Dujini ciljevi usko vezani za futsal. Svega ga jedan ispit dijeli od UEFA-ine futsal B licence nakon koje mu je želja položiti državnu maturu te upisati stručni studij na Kineziološkom fakultetu u Splitu. Borben, iskren i neustrašiv, uvijek spreman na nove izazove, objeručke je prihvatio i ovaj da paralelno “igra“ na sportskom i obrazovnom planu.
Na futsal terenima, Duje je osvojio sve što je mogao. Stoga su njegovo znanje i kvaliteta neupitni. Kroz godine izuzetnog sportskog puta, igrao je u najboljim futsal klubovima, a u dresu posljednjeg, Novo Vrijeme Apfela, osvojio je sve domaće titule, ali i brojna pojedinačna priznanja. Ljubitelji futsala složit će se da o njegovoj igri ne treba trošiti riječi, jer Dujina lakoća igranja najbolje govori sama za sebe.
Među brojnim i zavidnim ponudama s različitih adresa i sada je izabrao drugačiji put; zenit svoje profesionalne igračke karijere nadopunit će početkom svoga obrazovnog usavršavanja.
- Prvo želim zahvaliti AFC Universitas s kojim sam brzo postigao dogovor i koji je prepoznao moje životne potrebe u idućim godinama. Moram se pripremati za nove životne izazove koji me očekuju nakon karijere, a upravo formalno obrazovanje mi je neophodno u budućnosti. AFCU mi jedini može ponuditi takav pristup, spoj obrazovanja i futsala, te mi omogućiti lakšu prilagodbu na drugačije uloge nakon igračke karijere. Upravo to, te moja jaka želja da budem više s obitelji u Splitu, glavni su razlog zašto sam odabrao AFCU - kazao je Bajrušović, te dodao:
- Futsal mi je obilježio cijeli život i to je ono što najbolje radim, ali zadnjih nekoliko godina intenzivno razmišljam o načinu na koji želim završiti igračku karijeru. Prošao sam puno toga, ali još uvijek imam snage, volje i motiva za dokazivanje na terenu, a sad će biti dokazivanja i izvan terena što mi je zapravo puno veći izazov. Dolaskom u klub, optimističan sam i vjerujem da AFCU može najaviti borbu za sam vrh hrvatske lige jer su dosadašnji rezultati najbolji pokazatelj da klub ima odlične temelje, ali i potencijal za biti među najboljih hrvatskim klubovima.
Dujina karijera je i dosad izgledala kao filmska priča. Sigurni smo da će se prometnuti u glavnog aktera nadolazeće malonogometne sezone, kao i da je ovakav spoj ugodnog s korisnim, odnosno futsala i obrazovanja, pun pogodak za Duju i AFCU.

Legenda splitskog futsala i čovjek nevjerojatne životne priče, Duje Bajrušović, novi je igrač splitskog prvoligaša AFC Universitas.
Pitanje kluba u kojem će jedan od najboljih hrvatskih futsal igrača nastaviti svoju karijeru, već neko vrijeme je goruća tema u futsal krugovima. Iako ova fantastična priča izgleda pomalo nevjerojatno, činjenica da Duje Bajrušović želi graditi dualnu karijeru, dovela ga je u redove popularnog AFCU-a.
Pozitivna veza između obrazovanja i Universitasa je neraskidiva, a stjecanje kompetencija za višestruko učenje jedan od primarnih ciljeva. S obzirom da kvaliteta obrazovanja sportaša tijekom sportske karijere često predstavlja preduvjet uspjeha sportaša u karijeri koja slijedi nakon završetka igračke, dualna karijera nameće se kao logičan izbor. Upravo zato, dolazak Bajrušovića je nastavak jedinstvene AFCU priče, bilo da se radi o obrazovanju na početku ili pak, na smiraju seniorske karijere.
Godinama unazad, ovaj futsal velikan je isticao želju za vlastitim usavršavanjem, a zavidne vještine koje je više od dva desetljeća stjecao na malonogometnim terenima, olakšat će mu i tranziciju prema onom što ga čeka nakon završetka igračke karijere te otvoriti različite mogućnosti novih životnih ciljeva.
Ono što je sigurno je da su svi Dujini ciljevi usko vezani za futsal. Svega ga jedan ispit dijeli od UEFA-ine futsal B licence nakon koje mu je želja položiti državnu maturu te upisati stručni studij na Kineziološkom fakultetu u Splitu. Borben, iskren i neustrašiv, uvijek spreman na nove izazove, objeručke je prihvatio i ovaj da paralelno “igra“ na sportskom i obrazovnom planu.
Na futsal terenima, Duje je osvojio sve što je mogao. Stoga su njegovo znanje i kvaliteta neupitni. Kroz godine izuzetnog sportskog puta, igrao je u najboljim futsal klubovima, a u dresu posljednjeg, Novo Vrijeme Apfela, osvojio je sve domaće titule, ali i brojna pojedinačna priznanja. Ljubitelji futsala složit će se da o njegovoj igri ne treba trošiti riječi, jer Dujina lakoća igranja najbolje govori sama za sebe.
Među brojnim i zavidnim ponudama s različitih adresa i sada je izabrao drugačiji put; zenit svoje profesionalne igračke karijere nadopunit će početkom svoga obrazovnog usavršavanja.
- Prvo želim zahvaliti AFC Universitas s kojim sam brzo postigao dogovor i koji je prepoznao moje životne potrebe u idućim godinama. Moram se pripremati za nove životne izazove koji me očekuju nakon karijere, a upravo formalno obrazovanje mi je neophodno u budućnosti. AFCU mi jedini može ponuditi takav pristup, spoj obrazovanja i futsala, te mi omogućiti lakšu prilagodbu na drugačije uloge nakon igračke karijere. Upravo to, te moja jaka želja da budem više s obitelji u Splitu, glavni su razlog zašto sam odabrao AFCU - kazao je Bajrušović, te dodao:
- Futsal mi je obilježio cijeli život i to je ono što najbolje radim, ali zadnjih nekoliko godina intenzivno razmišljam o načinu na koji želim završiti igračku karijeru. Prošao sam puno toga, ali još uvijek imam snage, volje i motiva za dokazivanje na terenu, a sad će biti dokazivanja i izvan terena što mi je zapravo puno veći izazov. Dolaskom u klub, optimističan sam i vjerujem da AFCU može najaviti borbu za sam vrh hrvatske lige jer su dosadašnji rezultati najbolji pokazatelj da klub ima odlične temelje, ali i potencijal za biti među najboljih hrvatskim klubovima.
Dujina karijera je i dosad izgledala kao filmska priča. Sigurni smo da će se prometnuti u glavnog aktera nadolazeće malonogometne sezone, kao i da je ovakav spoj ugodnog s korisnim, odnosno futsala i obrazovanja, pun pogodak za Duju i AFCU.
