Olimpijske medalje koje će se dijeliti na OI 2020. u Tokiju bit će izrađene od reciklirarnIih mobilnih telefona i drugih gadgeta, objavila je u srijedu glasnogovornica organizacijskog odbora. 

"Medalje izrađene od iskorištenih mobilnih telefona i drugih gadgeta mogu biti simbol održivog razvoja i sudjelovanja javnosti", izjavila je glasnogovornica Hikariko Ono, napominjući da će kasnije biti odlučeno hoće li sve ili samo jedan dio medalja biti izrađen na ovaj način.

Medalje izrađene od recikliranog materijala koriste se od Zimskih olimpijskih igara 2010. u Vancouveru, kazala je Ono. Zlatne i brončane medalje izrađene od recikliranog materijala korištene su na Olimpijskim igrama u Rio de Janieru ove godine.

"Ali ovo će biti prvi put uz sudjelovanje javnosti", dodala je Ono.

U siječnju je, Hiroshi Komiyama, predsjednik radne skupine zadužene za uspostavljanje "plana baštine", koji bi poslužio kao model za druga sportska natjecanja, kazao kako planira sakupljati plemenite metale iz računala, mobilnih telefona i drugih aparata za izradu zlatnih, srebrnih i brončanih medalja.

Olimpijske medalje koje će se dijeliti na OI 2020. u Tokiju bit će izrađene od reciklirarnIih mobilnih telefona i drugih gadgeta, objavila je u srijedu glasnogovornica organizacijskog odbora. 

"Medalje izrađene od iskorištenih mobilnih telefona i drugih gadgeta mogu biti simbol održivog razvoja i sudjelovanja javnosti", izjavila je glasnogovornica Hikariko Ono, napominjući da će kasnije biti odlučeno hoće li sve ili samo jedan dio medalja biti izrađen na ovaj način.

Medalje izrađene od recikliranog materijala koriste se od Zimskih olimpijskih igara 2010. u Vancouveru, kazala je Ono. Zlatne i brončane medalje izrađene od recikliranog materijala korištene su na Olimpijskim igrama u Rio de Janieru ove godine.

"Ali ovo će biti prvi put uz sudjelovanje javnosti", dodala je Ono.

U siječnju je, Hiroshi Komiyama, predsjednik radne skupine zadužene za uspostavljanje "plana baštine", koji bi poslužio kao model za druga sportska natjecanja, kazao kako planira sakupljati plemenite metale iz računala, mobilnih telefona i drugih aparata za izradu zlatnih, srebrnih i brončanih medalja.

Japanci će olimpijske medalje praviti od recikliranih mobitela
