Kako smo javili, KK Split doživio je težak udarac od svog vlasnika, ostao je bez (očekivanih) gradskih sedam milijuna kuna! Na  sjednici Gradskog vijeća Splita nije prošla odluka kojom bi „žuti” koji su u većinskom vlasništvu Grada aneksom dosadašnjeg ugovora dobili taj novac na koji su itekako računali.

Između ostalog i prilikom ovoljetnog slaganja momčadi za sezonu koja je već počela, u kojoj su pored regionalne lige prvi put nakon 17 godina igrali i Europu, u FIBA Ligi prvaka. To je odluka koja ponovno „žute” gura u crveno. Nakon što je klub došao gotovo pred kraj golgote predstečajne nagodbe, ponovno se strahuje od mogućeg stečaja nekadašnjeg trostrukog prvaka Europe.

Samo 14 vijećnika bilo je za odluku, a 16 suzdržanih među kojima vijećnici HDZ-a, HGS-a i MOST-a. Zanimljivo je kako je formalno na čelu kluba i dalje „stari” NO u kojem su u ključnim ulogama (bili) članovi HDZ-a. Novi NO poslije lokalnih izbora još nije preuzeo tu ulogu.

Očekivalo se stoga kako će HDZ podržati odluku, pogotovo što je klub u tom proteklom periodu svake sezone radio rezultatski iskorak. Međutim, šokantno je odbijen zahtjev kluba koji se našao u raljama politike, kao kolateralna žrtva političkih obračuna.

Ovo je trebao biti aneks ranijeg ugovora kojim su se u razdoblju od 2015. do 2021. od strane Grada (su)financirali „žuti”. Ukupno bi to iznosilo sedam milijuna kuna godišnje, a što je na tragu dosadašnje financijske potpore Grada. Četiri milijuna kuna godišnje odnosilo bi se na sufinanciranje rada Omladinske škole 2022. i 2023., a po tri milijuna godišnje na ime ulaganja u poslovanje kroz dokapitalizaciju društva.

Nakon što zahtjev kluba nije prošao na GV-u predsjednik Uprave kluba Edo Blažević nam je kazao.

- Bio sam šokiran. Ne bavim se politikom i sve ovo me baš iznenadilo. Ovog ljeta smo kasnili sa slaganjem momčadi i pripremama jer smo s obzirom na situaciju u Gradu uslijed lokalnih izbora željeli znati kakvim budžetom raspolažemo. Nismo se htjeli upuštati u nešto što bi nas kasnije moglo dovesti u neugodnu situaciju. Zato smo i ostali bez nekih igrača koje smo htjeli. No, u tim razgovorima nitko u nijednom trenutku nije doveo u pitanje potporu Grada prema klubu. Sve dok ova točka dnevnog reda nije došla na red sjednice. Čak je još i u trenucima kada sam dolazio na sjednicu izgledalo kao da je sve u redu – rekao nam je Blažević.

Što ova odluka znači za klub?

- Svi dobro znaju da je klub bio u financijskim problemima. Uz pomoć Grada iz njih se izvukao, uslijedio je oporavak. I sada kada bi trebao dolaziti rezultat sve se to dovodi u pitanje. Klub, odnosno sport je kontinuitet. Ovaj klub je uz Hajduk, Jadrana... simbol ovog Grada.

Što dalje?

- Ovo je bilo samo jedno poluvrijeme ove utakmice koja nije laka, ali vjerujem da ćemo je dobiti.

Kako smo javili, KK Split doživio je težak udarac od svog vlasnika, ostao je bez (očekivanih) gradskih sedam milijuna kuna! Na  sjednici Gradskog vijeća Splita nije prošla odluka kojom bi „žuti” koji su u većinskom vlasništvu Grada aneksom dosadašnjeg ugovora dobili taj novac na koji su itekako računali.

Između ostalog i prilikom ovoljetnog slaganja momčadi za sezonu koja je već počela, u kojoj su pored regionalne lige prvi put nakon 17 godina igrali i Europu, u FIBA Ligi prvaka. To je odluka koja ponovno „žute” gura u crveno. Nakon što je klub došao gotovo pred kraj golgote predstečajne nagodbe, ponovno se strahuje od mogućeg stečaja nekadašnjeg trostrukog prvaka Europe.

Samo 14 vijećnika bilo je za odluku, a 16 suzdržanih među kojima vijećnici HDZ-a, HGS-a i MOST-a. Zanimljivo je kako je formalno na čelu kluba i dalje „stari” NO u kojem su u ključnim ulogama (bili) članovi HDZ-a. Novi NO poslije lokalnih izbora još nije preuzeo tu ulogu.

Očekivalo se stoga kako će HDZ podržati odluku, pogotovo što je klub u tom proteklom periodu svake sezone radio rezultatski iskorak. Međutim, šokantno je odbijen zahtjev kluba koji se našao u raljama politike, kao kolateralna žrtva političkih obračuna.

Ovo je trebao biti aneks ranijeg ugovora kojim su se u razdoblju od 2015. do 2021. od strane Grada (su)financirali „žuti”. Ukupno bi to iznosilo sedam milijuna kuna godišnje, a što je na tragu dosadašnje financijske potpore Grada. Četiri milijuna kuna godišnje odnosilo bi se na sufinanciranje rada Omladinske škole 2022. i 2023., a po tri milijuna godišnje na ime ulaganja u poslovanje kroz dokapitalizaciju društva.

Nakon što zahtjev kluba nije prošao na GV-u predsjednik Uprave kluba Edo Blažević nam je kazao.

- Bio sam šokiran. Ne bavim se politikom i sve ovo me baš iznenadilo. Ovog ljeta smo kasnili sa slaganjem momčadi i pripremama jer smo s obzirom na situaciju u Gradu uslijed lokalnih izbora željeli znati kakvim budžetom raspolažemo. Nismo se htjeli upuštati u nešto što bi nas kasnije moglo dovesti u neugodnu situaciju. Zato smo i ostali bez nekih igrača koje smo htjeli. No, u tim razgovorima nitko u nijednom trenutku nije doveo u pitanje potporu Grada prema klubu. Sve dok ova točka dnevnog reda nije došla na red sjednice. Čak je još i u trenucima kada sam dolazio na sjednicu izgledalo kao da je sve u redu – rekao nam je Blažević.

Što ova odluka znači za klub?

- Svi dobro znaju da je klub bio u financijskim problemima. Uz pomoć Grada iz njih se izvukao, uslijedio je oporavak. I sada kada bi trebao dolaziti rezultat sve se to dovodi u pitanje. Klub, odnosno sport je kontinuitet. Ovaj klub je uz Hajduk, Jadrana... simbol ovog Grada.

Što dalje?

- Ovo je bilo samo jedno poluvrijeme ove utakmice koja nije laka, ali vjerujem da ćemo je dobiti.

Kako smo javili, KK Split doživio je težak udarac od svog vlasnika, ostao je bez (očekivanih) gradskih sedam milijuna kuna! Na  sjednici Gradskog vijeća Splita nije prošla odluka kojom bi „žuti” koji su u većinskom vlasništvu Grada aneksom dosadašnjeg ugovora dobili taj novac na koji su itekako računali.

Između ostalog i prilikom ovoljetnog slaganja momčadi za sezonu koja je već počela, u kojoj su pored regionalne lige prvi put nakon 17 godina igrali i Europu, u FIBA Ligi prvaka. To je odluka koja ponovno „žute” gura u crveno. Nakon što je klub došao gotovo pred kraj golgote predstečajne nagodbe, ponovno se strahuje od mogućeg stečaja nekadašnjeg trostrukog prvaka Europe.

Samo 14 vijećnika bilo je za odluku, a 16 suzdržanih među kojima vijećnici HDZ-a, HGS-a ...
