U splitskom KBC-u padaju tužni rekordi, a prema svemu sudeći, odnosno po broju dnevno oboljelih, ti će rekordi uskoro biti i premašeni.

Tako je danas zabilježena rekordna brojka od 29 osoba koje su pozitivne na COVID, a koje su priključene na strujnu ventilaciju (respirator) i koje su životno ugrožene. Uz njih 29, njih devet, koji su post COVID bolesnici, odnosno nisu više pozitivni na COVID, ali su i dalje na respiratoru zbog bolesti koje im je prouzročio COVID, brojka priključenih na respirator, sa ili od COVID-a, u KBC-u Split popela se na stravičnih 38.

Dakle, u ovom trenutku se u splitskoj bolnici 38 ljudi, naših susjeda, sugrađana, prijatelja, poznanika bori za svoj život zbog pandemije koronavirusa.

Zbog ovih dramatičnih brojki, koje mogu samo biti gore, jer je ogroman porast oboljelih, pomoć su svojim kolegama odlučili ponuditi specijalisti anesteziologije i intenzivne medicine iz Splita, koji su u mirovini. Takvih je trenutačno u Splitu šest i neki od njih su spremni vratiti se u "svakodnevni anesteziološki žrvanj", ako to bude potrebno, kako bi pomogli svojim donedavnim kolegama, na kojima je najveći pritisak liječenja najteže oboljelih od COVID-a.

U KBC-u Split u ovom trenutku imaju 54 specijalista anesteziologije i intenzivne medicine (od kojih su neki na bolovanju) i još 20-ak specijalizanata koji ne smiju samostalno raditi, već to mogu samo uz pasku svojih starijih i iskusnijih kolega. I to nije mala brojka liječnika anesteziologa i intenzivista i s njima se može organizirati dobra briga o najtežim COVID pacijentima, samo se tada moraju zatvoriti ili reducirati neki drugi bolnički odjeli na kojima su neophodni anesteziolozi. A takvih je puno.

U pravilu dva liječnika anesteziologa mogu, u normalnim okolnostima, kakve nisu trenutačno ni u jednoj hrvatskoj bolnici, voditi brigu o 10 do 12 pacijenata priključenih na respirator, s time da moraju imati i ispomoć specijalizanata. Taj posao stalnog, 24-satnog monitoringa pacijenata na respiratoru nije nimalo lagan, a posebno je težak ako se pacijentu pogorša zdravstveno stanje. Uz sve to liječnik anesteziolog mora stalno raditi procjenu stanja oboljelog.

S obzirom na brojke "priključenih" u KBC-u Split, malo tko bi danas htio biti u koži splitskih anesteziologa.

Nije puno lakše ni infektolozima, kojih u KBC-u Split brojkom i slovom ima deset, a uz njih radi i šest specijalizanata infektologije, od kojih su neki na bolovanjima, odnosno porodiljnim dopustima.

Dakle, 10 splitskih infektologa brine o vojsci oboljelih od COVID-a.

Naravno, ne brinu oni sami o oboljelima od korone, a trenutno imaju i pomoć 30-ak liječnika drugih specijalizacija koji su prebačeni u COVID stacionar na Križinama. No, oni nisu infektolozi i uvijek se mora slušati riječ infektologa, što bi rekao naš narod, "njihova je zadnja", jer se ipak radi o oboljenju koje je iz njihove branše.

- Mi ne možemo sami raditi, pogotovo ako se zna da svaki dan u našu hitnu ambulantu sada u ovom periodu dolazi između 80 i 90 osoba koje trebaju našu pomoć. Ponovno se brojke počinju "penjati" i kada će ovo stati, to nitko ne može znati - govori nam izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju KBC-a Split.

U COVID stacionaru na Križinama i Klinici za infektologiju još ima 25 slobodnih bolničkih kreveta.

- COVID stacionar je na dva kata u istočnom krilu KBC-a na Križinama, a ako bude za tim potrebe širit ćemo se i dalje, odnosno preseljavat ćemo bolničke odjele, kako bismo mogli proširiti COVID stacionar. Nadamo se da to neće biti potrebno. Ujedno pripremamo i zapadnu stranu plućnog odjela na Firulama za prihvat COVID pacijenata. I tamo ćemo imati 30 kreveta - govori dr. Ivić.

I za kraj ono što je najgore.

Od ukupnog broja trenutačno hospitaliziranih od COVID-a u KBC-u Split, a ima ih, kako smo napisali, 132, njih čak između 85 i 90 posto ima potrebu za kisikom, dok preostalih 10 do 15 posto ima neke druge komplikacije koje je proizveo COVID, a koje nisu povezane sa disanjem.

Kako je boraviti u COVID stacionaru možda najbolje govori priča jednog viđenijeg Splićanina, koji je nekoliko dana proveo na kisiku.

"Nije problematično primati kisik, ali je stravično slušati zapomaganje ljudi koji su nemoćni i pogotovo biti svjestan da svakodnevno njih nekoliko iz bolnice 'izlaze' u kapsilu jer su izgubili bitku s bolesti. Trebalo je to izdržati i ostati normalan".

Pametnom dosta.

U splitskom KBC-u padaju tužni rekordi, a prema svemu sudeći, odnosno po broju dnevno oboljelih, ti će rekordi uskoro biti i premašeni.

Tako je danas zabilježena rekordna brojka od 29 osoba koje su pozitivne na COVID, a koje su priključene na strujnu ventilaciju (respirator) i koje su životno ugrožene. Uz njih 29, njih devet, koji su post COVID bolesnici, odnosno nisu više pozitivni na COVID, ali su i dalje na respiratoru zbog bolesti koje im je prouzročio COVID, brojka priključenih na respirator, sa ili od COVID-a, u KBC-u Split popela se na stravičnih 38.

Dakle, u ovom trenutku se u splitskoj bolnici 38 ljudi, naših susjeda, sugrađana, prijatelja, poznanika bori za svoj život zbog pandemije koronavirusa.

Zbog ovih dramatičnih brojki, koje mogu samo biti gore, jer je ogroman porast oboljelih, pomoć su svojim kolegama odlučili ponuditi specijalisti anesteziologije i intenzivne medicine iz Splita, koji su u mirovini. Takvih je trenutačno u Splitu šest i neki od njih su spremni vratiti se u "svakodnevni anesteziološki žrvanj", ako to bude potrebno, kako bi pomogli svojim donedavnim kolegama, na kojima je najveći pritisak liječenja najteže oboljelih od COVID-a.

U KBC-u Split u ovom trenutku imaju 54 specijalista anesteziologije i intenzivne medicine (od kojih su neki na bolovanju) i još 20-ak specijalizanata koji ne smiju samostalno raditi, već to mogu samo uz pasku svojih starijih i iskusnijih kolega. I to nije mala brojka liječnika anesteziologa i intenzivista i s njima se može organizirati dobra briga o najtežim COVID pacijentima, samo se tada moraju zatvoriti ili reducirati neki drugi bolnički odjeli na kojima su neophodni anesteziolozi. A takvih je puno.

U pravilu dva liječnika anesteziologa mogu, u normalnim okolnostima, kakve nisu trenutačno ni u jednoj hrvatskoj bolnici, voditi brigu o 10 do 12 pacijenata priključenih na respirator, s time da moraju imati i ispomoć specijalizanata. Taj posao stalnog, 24-satnog monitoringa pacijenata na respiratoru nije nimalo lagan, a posebno je težak ako se pacijentu pogorša zdravstveno stanje. Uz sve to liječnik anesteziolog mora stalno raditi procjenu stanja oboljelog.

S obzirom na brojke "priključenih" u KBC-u Split, malo tko bi danas htio biti u koži splitskih anesteziologa.

Nije puno lakše ni infektolozima, kojih u KBC-u Split brojkom i slovom ima deset, a uz njih radi i šest specijalizanata infektologije, od kojih su neki na bolovanjima, odnosno porodiljnim dopustima.

Dakle, 10 splitskih infektologa brine o vojsci oboljelih od COVID-a.

Naravno, ne brinu oni sami o oboljelima od korone, a trenutno imaju i pomoć 30-ak liječnika drugih specijalizacija koji su prebačeni u COVID stacionar na Križinama. No, oni nisu infektolozi i uvijek se mora slušati riječ infektologa, što bi rekao naš narod, "njihova je zadnja", jer se ipak radi o oboljenju koje je iz njihove branše.

- Mi ne možemo sami raditi, pogotovo ako se zna da svaki dan u našu hitnu ambulantu sada u ovom periodu dolazi između 80 i 90 osoba koje trebaju našu pomoć. Ponovno se brojke počinju "penjati" i kada će ovo stati, to nitko ne može znati - govori nam izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju KBC-a Split.

U COVID stacionaru na Križinama i Klinici za infektologiju još ima 25 slobodnih bolničkih kreveta.

- COVID stacionar je na dva kata u istočnom krilu KBC-a na Križinama, a ako bude za tim potrebe širit ćemo se i dalje, odnosno preseljavat ćemo bolničke odjele, kako bismo mogli proširiti COVID stacionar. Nadamo se da to neće biti potrebno. Ujedno pripremamo i zapadnu stranu plućnog odjela na Firulama za prihvat COVID pacijenata. I tamo ćemo imati 30 kreveta - govori dr. Ivić.

I za kraj ono što je najgore.

Od ukupnog broja trenutačno hospitaliziranih od COVID-a u KBC-u Split, a ima ih, kako smo napisali, 132, njih čak između 85 i 90 posto ima potrebu za kisikom, dok preostalih 10 do 15 posto ima neke druge komplikacije koje je proizveo COVID, a koje nisu povezane sa disanjem.

Kako je boraviti u COVID stacionaru možda najbolje govori priča jednog viđenijeg Splićanina, koji je nekoliko dana proveo na kisiku.

"Nije problematično primati kisik, ali je stravično slušati zapomaganje ljudi koji su nemoćni i pogotovo biti svjestan da svakodnevno njih nekoliko iz bolnice 'izlaze' u kapsilu jer su izgubili bitku s bolesti. Trebalo je to izdržati i ostati normalan".

Pametnom dosta.
