Nakon što je muškarac iz čista mira u subotu oko 22.10 sati, na Poljičkoj cesti, u blizi Papandopulove, kolicima za kupovinu oštetio Toyotu Yaris, policija je izišla na teren i krenula u potragu za tim likom.

I policajci su uskoro našli "junačinu", a on je, kako doznajemo, kad ih je vidio skinuo hlače i tako obnažen počeo vikao na njih, pozivajući ih da se s njim potuku.

"Muškarčina" se nalazila u vidno rastrojenom stanju, oglušio se na upozorenja i naredbe policajaca da prestane s neprimjerenim ponašanjem, ali on je nastavio vikati i mahati rukama prema njima.

Kako nije prestajao s neprimjerenim ponašanjem, nad njim su uporabljena sredstva prisile (tjelesna snaga). Muškarac je i nakon uporabe sile nastavio pružati otpor, opirući se i trgajući iz ruku policajaca, te je nastavio psovati i vikati.

Kako je bio u rastrojenom stanju odveden je na liječnički pregled i u bolnici je zadržan do 15. listopada 2023. godine.

Nakon što je otpušten iz bolnice, nad njim je provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje i 30-godišnjak je uz optužni prijedlog odveden na Općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu jer je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane sumnje da je ostvario obilježja prekršaja iz čl. 6. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Također je utvrđeno da su na jednom osobnom vozilu nastala oštećenja u vidu ogrebotina i udubljenja na zadnjoj strani vozila, te su navedena oštećenje fotografirana ukoliko vlasnik podnese prijedlog za pokretanje kaznenog postupka zbog kaznenog djela Oštećenje tuđe stvari.

Ovo je drugi put u samo nekoliko godina da na toj mikrolokaciji, gdje se sijeku Papanodopulova i Poljička, dolazi na ovakav ili sličan način do oštećenja automobila. Prije nekoliko godina, konobar koji je živio u Papandopulovoj ulici, po povratku s posla, tijekom ranojutarnjih sati razbio je 15 ili 16 automobila. I on je također bio u rastrojenom stanju.

Stoga nas je zanimalo da li je ovaj friški "autorazbijač" možda isti onaj od prije nekoliko godina, je li ga možda opet "zavidalo". No, iz policije nam kažu da ovaj novi razbijač nema u svojoj krim evidenciji oštećenje tuđe stvari. Dakle, nije ista osoba kao od prije nekoliko godina. Ovo je nova "junačina".

Nakon što je muškarac iz čista mira u subotu oko 22.10 sati, na Poljičkoj cesti, u blizi Papandopulove, kolicima za kupovinu oštetio Toyotu Yaris, policija je izišla na teren i krenula u potragu za tim likom.

I policajci su uskoro našli "junačinu", a on je, kako doznajemo, kad ih je vidio skinuo hlače i tako obnažen počeo vikao na njih, pozivajući ih da se s njim potuku.

"Muškarčina" se nalazila u vidno rastrojenom stanju, oglušio se na upozorenja i naredbe policajaca da prestane s neprimjerenim ponašanjem, ali on je nastavio vikati i mahati rukama prema njima.

Kako nije prestajao s neprimjerenim ponašanjem, nad njim su uporabljena sredstva prisile (tjelesna snaga). Muškarac je i nakon uporabe sile nastavio pružati otpor, opirući se i trgajući iz ruku policajaca, te je nastavio psovati i vikati.

Kako je bio u rastrojenom stanju odveden je na liječnički pregled i u bolnici je zadržan do 15. listopada 2023. godine.

Nakon što je otpušten iz bolnice, nad njim je provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje i 30-godišnjak je uz optužni prijedlog odveden na Općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu jer je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane sumnje da je ostvario obilježja prekršaja iz čl. 6. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Također je utvrđeno da su na jednom osobnom vozilu nastala oštećenja u vidu ogrebotina i udubljenja na zadnjoj strani vozila, te su navedena oštećenje fotografirana ukoliko vlasnik podnese prijedlog za pokretanje kaznenog postupka zbog kaznenog djela Oštećenje tuđe stvari.

Ovo je drugi put u samo nekoliko godina da na toj mikrolokaciji, gdje se sijeku Papanodopulova i Poljička, dolazi na ovakav ili sličan način do oštećenja automobila. Prije nekoliko godina, konobar koji je živio u Papandopulovoj ulici, po povratku s posla, tijekom ranojutarnjih sati razbio je 15 ili 16 automobila. I on je također bio u rastrojenom stanju.

Stoga nas je zanimalo da li je ovaj friški "autorazbijač" možda isti onaj od prije nekoliko godina, je li ga možda opet "zavidalo". No, iz policije nam kažu da ovaj novi razbijač nema u svojoj krim evidenciji oštećenje tuđe stvari. Dakle, nije ista osoba kao od prije nekoliko godina. Ovo je nova "junačina".

Uhićen Splićanin kojeg je snimilo da razbija auto. Policajce je u njegovom stanu dočeo urnebes: ‘Najprije se skinuo...‘

Nakon što je muškarac iz čista mira u subotu oko 22.10 sati, na Poljičkoj cesti, u blizi Papandopulove, kolicima za kupovinu oštetio Toyotu Yaris, policija je izišla na teren i krenula u potragu za tim likom.

I policajci su uskoro našli "junačinu", a on je, kako doznajemo, kad ih je vidio skinuo hlače i tako obnažen počeo vikao na njih, pozivajući ih da se s njim potuku.

"Muškarčina" se nalazila u vidno rastrojenom stanju, oglušio se na upozorenja i naredbe policajaca da prestane s neprimjerenim ponašanjem, ali on je nastavio vikati i mahati rukama prema njima.

Kako nije prestajao s neprimjerenim ponašanjem, nad njim su uporabljena sredstva prisile (tjelesna snaga). Muškarac je i nakon uporabe sile nastavio pružati otpor, opirući se i trgajući iz ruku policajaca, te je nastavio psovati i vikati.

Kako je bio u rastrojenom stanju odveden je na liječnički pregled i u bolnici je zadržan do 15. listopada 2023. godine.

Nakon što je otpušten iz bolnice, nad njim je provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje i 30-godišnjak je uz optužni prijedlog odveden na Općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu jer je utvrđeno postojanje osnovane sumnje da je ostvario obilježja prekršaja iz čl. 6. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Također je utvrđeno da su na jednom osobnom vozilu nastala oštećenja u vidu ogrebotina i udubljenja na zadnjoj strani vozila, te su navedena oštećenje fotografirana ukoliko vlasnik podnese prijedlog za pokretanje kaznenog postupka zbog kaznenog djela Oštećenje tuđe stvari.
