U splitski KBC jutros je stiglo deset medicinskih sestara, a još osam ih kao ispomoć u bolnicu stiže popodne, izvijestio je ravnatelj bolnice dr. Julije Meštrović u ponedjeljak nakon sastanka s premijerom Andrejem Plenkovićem i ministrom zdravstva Vilijem Berošem.

Kako je rekao, tih deset medicinskih sestara je već uključeno u proces rada, a toj bolnici optimalno nedostaje njih nekoliko stotina.

"Bolnica nažalost ima premali broj sestara u odnosu na broj ugovorenih postelja i u usporedbi s drugim hrvatskim bolnicama", kazao je dodavši da je to stanje zatečeno te ga nastoje popraviti.  Međutim, medicinskih sestara, kaže, sada nema, "a kada ih je bilo nije ih se primalo onoliko koliko se to moglo".

Upitan imaju li dovoljan broj postelja za primiti sve covid pacijente odgovori je da ih imaju dovoljno.

"Biti će sigurno 35 slobodnih postelja za primiti pacijente, ali mi možemo širiti dodatne kapacitete. Nije to toliki nedostatak", kazao je Meštrović.

Karin: Nadljudskim naporima pokušavamo sve odraditi

Ravnateljica županijskog Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo dr. Željka Karin je rekla da je na Zavodu i dalje veliki pritisak iako su otvorili još dodatnih termina za testiranje. Napomenula je da ljudi trebaju znati da se onda neće isti dan odraditi testovi već će se na nalaz čekati od 12 do 48 sati, samo za danas imaju prijavljenih više od 2700 zauzetih termina, a tome treba još pridodati i ispostave.

"Mi radimo s maksimalnim kapacitetima, nadljudskim naporima pokušavamo sve napraviti i odraditi. Naša mikrobiološka služba je dala sve od sebe, no molimo ljude za strpljenje i ostanak kod kuće kod bilo kakvih blažih simptoma", odgovorila je Karin.

Na novinarski upit hoće li im današnja najava ministra zdravstva kako će gužvama na PCR testiranju doskočiti tako što će se umjesto tog testa obavljati brzi antigenski test koji će vrijediti samo unutar Hrvatske, Karin je odgovorila da će njima biti pojačan pritisak testiranja, no mogu "dignuti" druge resurse za samo testiranje.

"To je test koji se puno lakše očitava, za njega je potrebno zdravstveno osoblje, ali nisu potrebni inženjeri laboratorijske dijagnostike, pa te testove mogu očitavati i liječnici, više medicinske sestre i sanitarni inženjeri, pa nam je automatski puno lakše. Kod PCR testa se uzorak mora pripremati, izolirati, detektirati ga i to je visoko sofisticiran postupak. Biti će nam lakše u smislu bržeg izdavanja nalaza", izjavila je Karin.

Još je rekla i da će uz to morati "dignuti" dodatne resurse jer će se ljudi testirati na brze antigenske testove. Ljudima treba reći i da im neće vrijediti testovi iz kućne upotrebe već samo brzi antigenski testovi koji će se raditi na uputnicu i ti su testovi relevantni i na europskoj listi testova za brzo testiranje. Pouzdanost im je od 92 do 98 posto, nastavila je, a ljudi će njime moći opravdati svoje bolovanje.

Na sastanku premijera Plenkovića i resornog ministra Beroša s vodstvom splitskog KBC-a bilo je među ostalim riječi o trenutnoj epidemolškoj situaciju na području županije, kao i o kapitalnim projektima koje unatoč pandemiji provodi splitska bolnica.

U splitski KBC jutros je stiglo deset medicinskih sestara, a još osam ih kao ispomoć u bolnicu stiže popodne, izvijestio je ravnatelj bolnice dr. Julije Meštrović u ponedjeljak nakon sastanka s premijerom Andrejem Plenkovićem i ministrom zdravstva Vilijem Berošem.

Kako je rekao, tih deset medicinskih sestara je već uključeno u proces rada, a toj bolnici optimalno nedostaje njih nekoliko stotina.

"Bolnica nažalost ima premali broj sestara u odnosu na broj ugovorenih postelja i u usporedbi s drugim hrvatskim bolnicama", kazao je dodavši da je to stanje zatečeno te ga nastoje popraviti.  Međutim, medicinskih sestara, kaže, sada nema, "a kada ih je bilo nije ih se primalo onoliko koliko se to moglo".

Upitan imaju li dovoljan broj postelja za primiti sve covid pacijente odgovori je da ih imaju dovoljno.

"Biti će sigurno 35 slobodnih postelja za primiti pacijente, ali mi možemo širiti dodatne kapacitete. Nije to toliki nedostatak", kazao je Meštrović.

Karin: Nadljudskim naporima pokušavamo sve odraditi

Ravnateljica županijskog Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo dr. Željka Karin je rekla da je na Zavodu i dalje veliki pritisak iako su otvorili još dodatnih termina za testiranje. Napomenula je da ljudi trebaju znati da se onda neće isti dan odraditi testovi već će se na nalaz čekati od 12 do 48 sati, samo za danas imaju prijavljenih više od 2700 zauzetih termina, a tome treba još pridodati i ispostave.

"Mi radimo s maksimalnim kapacitetima, nadljudskim naporima pokušavamo sve napraviti i odraditi. Naša mikrobiološka služba je dala sve od sebe, no molimo ljude za strpljenje i ostanak kod kuće kod bilo kakvih blažih simptoma", odgovorila je Karin.

Na novinarski upit hoće li im današnja najava ministra zdravstva kako će gužvama na PCR testiranju doskočiti tako što će se umjesto tog testa obavljati brzi antigenski test koji će vrijediti samo unutar Hrvatske, Karin je odgovorila da će njima biti pojačan pritisak testiranja, no mogu "dignuti" druge resurse za samo testiranje.

"To je test koji se puno lakše očitava, za njega je potrebno zdravstveno osoblje, ali nisu potrebni inženjeri laboratorijske dijagnostike, pa te testove mogu očitavati i liječnici, više medicinske sestre i sanitarni inženjeri, pa nam je automatski puno lakše. Kod PCR testa se uzorak mora pripremati, izolirati, detektirati ga i to je visoko sofisticiran postupak. Biti će nam lakše u smislu bržeg izdavanja nalaza", izjavila je Karin.

Još je rekla i da će uz to morati "dignuti" dodatne resurse jer će se ljudi testirati na brze antigenske testove. Ljudima treba reći i da im neće vrijediti testovi iz kućne upotrebe već samo brzi antigenski testovi koji će se raditi na uputnicu i ti su testovi relevantni i na europskoj listi testova za brzo testiranje. Pouzdanost im je od 92 do 98 posto, nastavila je, a ljudi će njime moći opravdati svoje bolovanje.

Na sastanku premijera Plenkovića i resornog ministra Beroša s vodstvom splitskog KBC-a bilo je među ostalim riječi o trenutnoj epidemolškoj situaciju na području županije, kao i o kapitalnim projektima koje unatoč pandemiji provodi splitska bolnica.
