Najam javne gradske površine u centru grada na nekim mjestima će trostruko poskupjeti. Naime, prema važećoj odluci, kvadrat na Rivi stoji 101,50 kuna, dok je na lokacijama poput Peristila, Pjace i Prokurativama 77,50.

U objavljenom Nacrtu pravilnika o određivanju visine zakupnine/naknade, zonama i načinu korištenja javnih površina za postavljanje kioska, štekata, štandova, pokretnih naprava i dr. na području Grada Splita, na Rivi kvadrat javne gradske površine plaćat će se 250 kuna, dok će se u sezoni, od travnja do kraja listopada iznositi 300 kuna po metru četvornom. Dok će na Prokurativama, Carrarinoj poljani i Voćnom trgu vlasnici kafića za štekat morati izdvajati 220 kuna po metru kvadratnom, a na Peristilu 250 kuna. Ta cijena vrijedi isključivo za ugostitelje.

U dokumentu Pravilnika navedene su zone za određivanje visine zakupnine/naknade. Zona jedan obuhvaća Trg dr. Franje Tuđmana, Obalu hrvatskog narodnog preporoda i Obalu Lazareta. Zona II. smještena je od granice sa zonom I., a obuhvaća javne površine omeđene Obalom kneza Domagoja, Poljanom kneza Trpimira, Zagrebačkom ulicom, Manuškom poljanom, Sinjskom ulicom, Teutinom, Matošićevom, Ban Mladenovom, Šperunom, Tomića stine, Obalom Ante Trumbića, Obalom Kneza Branimira, Sustipanskim putem do Uvale Baluni.

Treća zona je od granice zone II. i obuhvaća javne površine omeđene Solurat, Botićevo šetalište, Nazorov prilaz, Matoševom, Gundulićevom, Mažuranićevim šetalištem, Ulicom Slobode, Kralja Zvonimira, Poljičkom cestom, Spinčićevom, Šetalište Kalafata, Uvalom Trstenik, Šetalište pape Ivana Pavla II do Puta Duilovo.

Istoj zoni pripada dio javne površine u ulici Ruđera Boškovića. Četvrta zona je od granice zone III. i obuhvaća javne površine omeđene Sustipanskim putem, područje Marjanskog poluotoka, Lučicom Poljud – Mediteranskih igara, Put Supavla, Stinice, Dubrovačkom, Velebitskom do Šetališta pape Ivana Pavla II. Na koncu, peta zona je od granice zone IV. i obuhvaća ostali dio grada.

Prijedlog nacrta Pravilnika objavljen je na službenim stranicama Grada, a zainteresirani sugrađani, vlasnici štandova, kioska, štekata, mogu sudjelovati u javnom savjetovanju koje će trajati 30 dana. Nema sumnje da će ovakav nacrt odluke izazvati reakcije javnost.

Najam javne gradske površine u centru grada na nekim mjestima će trostruko poskupjeti. Naime, prema važećoj odluci, kvadrat na Rivi stoji 101,50 kuna, dok je na lokacijama poput Peristila, Pjace i Prokurativama 77,50.

U objavljenom Nacrtu pravilnika o određivanju visine zakupnine/naknade, zonama i načinu korištenja javnih površina za postavljanje kioska, štekata, štandova, pokretnih naprava i dr. na području Grada Splita, na Rivi kvadrat javne gradske površine plaćat će se 250 kuna, dok će se u sezoni, od travnja do kraja listopada iznositi 300 kuna po metru četvornom. Dok će na Prokurativama, Carrarinoj poljani i Voćnom trgu vlasnici kafića za štekat morati izdvajati 220 kuna po metru kvadratnom, a na Peristilu 250 kuna. Ta cijena vrijedi isključivo za ugostitelje.

U dokumentu Pravilnika navedene su zone za određivanje visine zakupnine/naknade. Zona jedan obuhvaća Trg dr. Franje Tuđmana, Obalu hrvatskog narodnog preporoda i Obalu Lazareta. Zona II. smještena je od granice sa zonom I., a obuhvaća javne površine omeđene Obalom kneza Domagoja, Poljanom kneza Trpimira, Zagrebačkom ulicom, Manuškom poljanom, Sinjskom ulicom, Teutinom, Matošićevom, Ban Mladenovom, Šperunom, Tomića stine, Obalom Ante Trumbića, Obalom Kneza Branimira, Sustipanskim putem do Uvale Baluni.

Treća zona je od granice zone II. i obuhvaća javne površine omeđene Solurat, Botićevo šetalište, Nazorov prilaz, Matoševom, Gundulićevom, Mažuranićevim šetalištem, Ulicom Slobode, Kralja Zvonimira, Poljičkom cestom, Spinčićevom, Šetalište Kalafata, Uvalom Trstenik, Šetalište pape Ivana Pavla II do Puta Duilovo.

Istoj zoni pripada dio javne površine u ulici Ruđera Boškovića. Četvrta zona je od granice zone III. i obuhvaća javne površine omeđene Sustipanskim putem, područje Marjanskog poluotoka, Lučicom Poljud – Mediteranskih igara, Put Supavla, Stinice, Dubrovačkom, Velebitskom do Šetališta pape Ivana Pavla II. Na koncu, peta zona je od granice zone IV. i obuhvaća ostali dio grada.

Prijedlog nacrta Pravilnika objavljen je na službenim stranicama Grada, a zainteresirani sugrađani, vlasnici štandova, kioska, štekata, mogu sudjelovati u javnom savjetovanju koje će trajati 30 dana. Nema sumnje da će ovakav nacrt odluke izazvati reakcije javnost.

Trostruko će poskupjeti najam štekata u centru Splita! Umjesto 101,50 kuna, prijedlog je da najam kvadrata na Rivi u sezoni iznosi 300 kuna

Najam javne gradske površine u centru grada na nekim mjestima će trostruko poskupjeti. Naime, prema važećoj odluci, kvadrat na Rivi stoji 101,50 kuna, dok je na lokacijama poput Peristila, Pjace i Prokurativama 77,50.

U objavljenom Nacrtu pravilnika o određivanju visine zakupnine/naknade, zonama i načinu korištenja javnih površina za postavljanje kioska, štekata, štandova, pokretnih naprava i dr. na području Grada Splita, na Rivi kvadrat javne gradske površine plaćat će se 250 kuna, dok će se u sezoni, od travnja do kraja listopada iznositi 300 kuna po metru četvornom. Dok će na Prokurativama, Carrarinoj poljani i Voćnom trgu vlasnici kafića za štekat morati izdvajati 220 kuna po metru kvadratnom, a na Peristilu 250 kuna. Ta cijena vrijedi isključivo za...
